John 5:2-3, 5-8 “Inside the city, near the Sheep Gate, was the pool of Bethesda with five covered porches. Crowds of sick people—blind, lame, or paralyzed—lay on the porches. One of the men lying there had been sick for thirty-eight years. When JESUS saw him and knew he had been ill for a long time, HE asked him, “Would you like to get well?” “I can't, sir,” the sick man said, “for I have no one to put me into the pool when the water bubbles up. Someone else always gets there ahead of me.” JESUS told him, “Stand up, pick up your mat, and walk!”

Isaiah 40:3-5 “Listen! It's the voice of someone shouting, “Clear the way through the wilderness for the LORD! Make a straight highway through the wasteland for our GOD! Fill in the valleys, and level the mountains and hills. Straighten the curves, and smooth out the rough places. Then the glory of the LORD will be revealed, and all people will see it together. The LORD has spoken!”
1 Samuel 24:12-13 “May the LORD judge between us. Perhaps the LORD will punish you for what you are trying to do to me, but I will never harm you. As that old proverb says, “From evil people come evil deeds.” So you can be sure I will never harm you.”

The kings of the earth prepared for battle; the rulers gathered together against the LORD and against HIS MESSIAH.' “In fact, this has happened here in this very city! For Herod Antipas, Pontius Pilate the governor, the Gentiles, and the people of Israel were all united against JESUS, YOUR holy servant, whom YOU anointed. It was JESUS, but she didn't recognize HIM. “Dear woman, why are you crying?” JESUS asked her. “Who are you looking for?” She thought HE was the gardener. “Sir,” she said, “if you have taken HIM away, tell me where you have put HIM, and I will go and get HIM.” “Mary!” JESUS said. Is this event not recorded in The Book of Jashar? The sun stayed in the middle of the sky, and it did not set as on a normal day. Stepping into one of the boats, JESUS asked Simon, its owner, to push it out into the water. So HE sat in the boat and taught the crowds from there. When HE had finished speaking, HE said to Simon, “Now go out where it is deeper, and let down your nets to catch some fish.” “MASTER,” Simon replied, “we worked hard all last night and didn't catch a thing. But if YOU say so, I'll let the nets down again.” And this time their nets were so full of fish they began to tear!
