Let's get weird and talk about the radical pilgrimage we all take during this human experience. Listen in as I discuss my personal journey and get oddly transparent with my truths, philosophies, and experiences. "The most noble thing you can do in this life is to heal yourself and share it with others so they can do the same." -Jordan Peterson
Just a nice solid rambling of where I'm currently at. It truly is beautiful what life can be. I must remind myself that I'm choosing…all the time. I chose the current path I'm on and I'm trying my best to welcome it all with open arms. Life is either a beautiful adventure or nothing.
Do the work necessary to be able to confront the inevitable challenges that will be presented to you.
My intention as of lately is to give myself grace in the pursuit of new spaces.
For me, for a long time, I just wanted things handed to me. I never really wanted to work for it. Any type of result. I wanted it now. I wanted it to just show up. But what I've slowly realized it that through the process of becoming, going through the challenge, obtaining the discipline, learning the necessary habits, and having the belief, I can maintain what I desire. If it was just handed to me, I couldn't of maintained it...it would've slowly disappeared.
We are wired for survival not for thriving, so when you start to move into a new space your old self will try to convince you it's a wrong move. Ignore that asshole.
I find myself starting a slow shift towards the true wealth in life. And for me that is inner peace, conscious congruency, and love.
My encouragement is to give up the want to ave control over everything. Hand your will over to God and allow him to guide you actions as you walk in this life. The more we let go the more he can do the work through us. Typically when we try to control every aspect of our life, that's when things get messy.
For the majority if us it's scary as hell to name a character defect. once we do this, it makes it real, it brings a certain level of awareness to it, and then....we have to work on it.
Be intentional with your life. Create your future or someone else will.
I encourage you to do the real work with others. journaling, meditation and reading...these are all good practices, but talking through things with someone else with an unbiased opinion can really allow you to clear a new space within.
Just an encouragement to take care of you health. We often neglect until we are in a space where all we do is want it back. I enjoy the quote: You cannot do great things unless you feel great.
when you start to move in any direction (when it's heart-led) you will be guided towards a higher meaning and purpose.
the information your are consuming i shaping your reality
Read James Clear's book-Atomic HabitsWe think from our ideas. If we never have any new ideas, we will always think the same and obtain the same results, keeping us in a stagnant loop of living.
My 100th Episode with special guest Wes Robins.
There are things that we run too in order to quench our desire's thirst. Most, if not all of these external, earthly desires will leave you thirsty. You'll keep running back to them, only to find yourself even more thirsty. They will never satisfy, they will never fulfill in the ways you think they will. God's well will never run dry. That is the only sustainable, infinite source we should run too and pull from. Purpose, meaning, fulfillment...these are things that God provides.
Being with oneself helps to tune back into that voice within that could possibly be diluted by the rise of the world.
I am always brought back to the notion that I must build my life upon a strong spiritual foundation, and from there my world can expand.
the next time you have all of your energy turned inward...try to shift it to another
I can only share what works for me in the pursuit of the highest version of myself. This is how I build daily confidence and trust
“Smart people learn from everything and everyone, average people from their experiences, stupid people already have all the answers.” – Socrates.
we typically focus on changing the symptom rather than the cause.
our brains are wired for survival. it takes a high level of consistent practice to rewire our minds towards growth and positivity.
What makes you think you are prepared to receive for what you are asking for in this life?
If we continue to run from challenging spaces the less likely we are to learn, overcome and grow into alignment with God.
Discipline is taking your power back from external vices.
self-reflection is key for real growth. take a personal, moral inventory on a consistent basis.
it's always serving you. the world is simply giving you suggestions, but it's up to you to define it.
I am no longer leaving room to argue with myself on things I said I would do.
this is a pretty raw, authentic episode about my relationship to alcohol and the steps I'm taking to remedy it.
love, respect and care for yourself enough to do this.
I've been on both sides and I promise you that being a conscious creator opposed to an unconscious creator will allow for a more beautiful, intentional, peaceful life.
surround yourself with these people...please
the sooner you accept the fact you cannot control others actions and behaviors, the better off and more peaceful you'll be.
be the type of person that people want to share their good news with
it all begins with your thoughts ladies and gentlemen

go easy with yourself as you take a step in a new direction
be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind
Set an intention, move towards it, and let go of how is shall come to pass.
We are emotional creatures meant to feel all that is available. When you start to sit in the lower vibrational states for too long it begins to feel comfortable, and that's when life starts to get dangerous.
life is either a daring adventure or nothing.
I encourage you to ask WHY you want the things you seek.
goal: to bring the darkness to the light
You are making choices all day long....now whether you're conscious of it or not is up to you pal.
