    We love old houses. We live in old houses. We also hate old houses, but that's beside the point! Morgan and Jeanette discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly truths behind owning an old house. Jeanette's home was built in the 1890's while Morgan's is a Sears Kit house. So whether it's knob and tube wiring, lath and plaster walls, or basement drainage issues - we can get past the issues as long as you haven't painted over the stained wood trim!
