In episode 523 astrologer Ashley Otero joins me to discuss the astrological significance of Bad Bunny's recent Super Bowl halftime show and its deep connection to the history of Puerto Rico, focusing in particular on Saturn-Neptune conjunctions. We demonstrate how the performance aligns with a powerful series of Saturn-Neptune conjunctions that have coincided with pivotal moments in the island's past, including the granting of US citizenship in 1917, the ratification of the Constitution in 1952, and the formal request for self-determination in 1989. Through this lens, we analyze the archetype of the Saturn-Neptune cycle, symbolizing the dissolution of boundaries and structural ambiguity, to understand Puerto Rico's complex political status and the cultural resurgence taking center stage today. This eventually leads to a discovery about how the Saturn-Neptune conjunction signature is relevant to the broader Spanish speaking world of the Americas in general. This is part of an ongoing series where I keep noticing how the Saturn-Neptune conjunction is showing up in notable and surprising ways through current events in the news, and by looking into the history we can better understand the archetype of what that planetary alignment is all about. This is a collective reset where images and ideals meet authority and reality. It feels like a threshold moment as it occurs at 0 degrees Aries, a launching point for something new. In the coming months and years we will see a reimagining of institutions as Saturn's structures meet Neptune's dissolving impulse. Old frameworks may crack while new ones are created. There will be deep societal questioning with "what is real versus what is illusion in governance, media, geopolitics and societal narratives." We will see shifts in collective identity. Aries is about self-assertion and beginnings. Some astrologers even look at past Saturn–Neptune conjunctions and see parallels with major transformations in world order, ideology, and cultural identity — making 2026's alignment feel “epochal.” On an inner level, this conjunction can feel like: Dissolution of Old Beliefs Neptune dissolves outdated psychic structures; Saturn asks: What remains when illusion fades? A note: On the interview concerning the 3 channel video “Same as me” from 2002 shows an abbreviated day in the life of a total of 18 different versions of the artist. Only viewed three at a time, the possible variations are synchronized across time and space or arise in daydreams of elsewhere or other than. For Campbell, the process of making the video revealed the thesis of the work. “It was very challenging to learn how to reenact my self…. it was hard to keep up with myself.” Beth Campbell, (USA, born in Illinois), demonstrates the inextricable entanglements of past, present, and future through her thought-provoking sculptures, installations, ceramics and works on paper. Equal parts humorous, prescient and morbid, Campbell confronts an overwhelming multiple future, culled from research on the philosophies that fueled the early internet and AI. Campbell is best recognized for her drawings and mobiles that draw from a specific moment in her life, multiplied into a profusion of speculative possibilities. The drawings, each titled with the opening line, “My potential future based on my present circumstances…”, mimic the form of a tree diagram, a graphic structure used to visualize probability and hierarchy. This diagram becomes Campbell's means to channel anxieties about an overwhelmingly multiple future. She began to make these drawings about her life as an artist in New York City in the late 1990's. In them, she suggests taking a moment to look both forward and backwards, taking into account actions and positions and the circumstances that led to them. Beth Campbell earned her BFA from Truman State University in 1993 (Kirksville, MO) and her MFA from Ohio University in 1997 (Athens, OH). She has held over a dozen solo exhibitions at galleries and institutions, including The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, Ridgefield, CT (2017); Sculpture Center, Cleveland, OH (2010); “Following Room” at The Whitney Museum of American Art, New York, NY (2007); Kate Werble Gallery, New York, NY (2020, 2017, 2012); the Public Art Fund, New York, NY (2007); White Columns, New York, NY (2000); and Nicole Klagsbrun Gallery, New York, NY (2008, 2005, 2004). Her work has been shown at MoMA PS1, the New Museum of Contemporary Art, the Brooklyn Museum of Art, Artists Space, and the Bloomberg Financial Offices in Conjunction with Sculpture Center. Campbell has also been featured in exhibitions at the Carnegie Museum of Art, (Pittsburgh, PA); Manifesta 7 (Italy); The Andy Warhol Museum, (Pittsburgh, PA); Contemporary Arts Center, (Cincinnati, OH); OK Center, (Linz, AT); and EX3 Centre for Contemporary Art, (Florence, IT). She has a large commission permanently on view in the Landmarks program at the University of Texas at Austin (Austin, TX). Campbell received a Guggenheim Fellowship (2011), a residency at John Michael Kohler Arts Center, Arts/Industry Residency (2010), a Louis Comfort Tiffany Fellowship (2009) a Pollock- Krasner Foundation Grant (2006) and a Rema Hort Mann Foundation Art Grant (2000). Neptune has been waiting for the outer planets to align to create the opening for humanity to connect to the higher self, the part of the soul that directs our learning path and enables our connection to universal consciousness. There are also conditions within humanity that need to be present to make it happen.
The Saturn–Neptune conjunction of 2026 is one of the most important astrological alignments of the decade—and in this episode of the Astrology University Podcast, we explore how to work with this powerful transit rather than simply endure it.Exact in February 2026 at 0° Aries, Saturn and Neptune bring together two very different archetypal forces: structure and dissolution, realism and idealism, discipline and longing. In this episode, astrologer Tony Howard focuses on the personal experience of this conjunction—especially for those with planets in the early degrees of the cardinal signs or the late degrees of the mutable signs.Instead of forecasting events, this conversation centers on conscious participation. What are the invitations of this transit? How can you respond creatively, psychologically, or spiritually? And how do you stay grounded while navigating themes like disillusionment, hope, escapism, responsibility, and faith?Topics include: What Saturn and Neptune represent individually—and how their conjunction works Sobering up, seeing through illusions, and taking responsibility for patterns of avoidance Creative and spiritual possibilities of Saturn–Neptune cycles Mental health themes, including the inner critic, isolation, and compassion Four practical steps for working with Saturn–Neptune in a conscious, healing way Timing insights for February through spring 2026, and what comes next in this long-term cycle This episode is adapted from Tony's Astrology University webinar Receiving the Saturn–Neptune Conjunction and offers tools for reflection, choice, and meaningful engagement with one of the defining transits of our time.If you're feeling the weight—or the call—of this moment, this episode offers clarity, context, and a grounded way forward.

Nick Dagan Best joins me to discuss the rare triple conjunction of Venus, Mars, and the Sun that took place in early January 2026. We review the major news stories that coincided with this alignment, with a primary focus on tracing historical recurrences to show how each event is tied to specific precursors that occurred under similar triple conjunctions over the past century. We spent the first week of the year witnessing a decade's worth of history unfold in just ten days. In this episode, we analyze how the precise alignment of these three planetary bodies in Capricorn correlates with the dramatic geopolitical events we are seeing now, including the US military strike on Venezuela, the escalating tensions regarding Greenland, and the widespread protests in Iran. Our discussion builds on our previous episodes on recurrence transits, by showing how they work when more than one planet is involved in a recurrence, creating a more specific repetition of events. This is a deep dive into mundane astrology, looking at how the past informs the present through the repetition of planetary cycles. This is episode 518 of The Astrology Podcast. Every ~36 years, we experience the alignment of Saturn and Neptune, two slow-moving planets in our solar system who each have a lot to say. Alone, they're impactful, but together, they're era-altering and generation-defining. They'll align perfectly on February 20th, but the influences have been felt for the past year. It's BIG. And weird. And frustrating to feel through, but a perspective shift toward clarity is coming! Tune in to learn all about it! ‼️PS — Look at where 0 degrees of Aries falls in your birth chart using Placidus House system when we get to the last third of the episode (for the potential of finding where this conjunction lands in your chart)! I neglected to mention that crucial detail.‼️
Guest: Bob Zimmerman. A standard solar conjunction has caused a temporary communication blackout with Mars rovers, a routine event for which spacecraft are prepared. In other scientific developments, astronomers have detected the wake of a companion star moving through the atmosphere of Betelgeuse, while new archaeological evidence suggests Neanderthals possessed the technology to create fire 400,000 years ago, pushing back the known timeline for this capability significantly.1959
I'm back after an unexpected pause and ready to ease into what's unfolding in January. Between January 4–11, a rare triple cazimi occurs as the Sun, Venus, and Mars unite in Capricorn — a convergence that happens only every 6–7 years. In today's broadcast, we explore this powerful transit through Astrology and Human Design, focusing not on predictions, but on what is being revealed: * Ambition, authority, and action intensifying * Values (Venus), will (Mars), and consciousness (Sun) merging * And the tension between aspiration and greed as all three planets activate Human Design Gate 54 – Divine Inspiration (Drive)This is a moment of discernment, not resolution — a sorting process that asks for awareness, integrity, and conscious engagement.Register for the AstroDesign 2026 Webinar here: https://livingastrology.thrivecart.com/astrodesign-2026-webinar/

January 2, 2026 Daily Devotional: “The Conjunction”Psalm 66:12 "You made men ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water. Yet You brought us out into a place of abundance. This verse is a powerful reminder that our current struggles are not a dead end, but a passageway. While the language of "fire and water" sounds intimidating, the promise at the end of the verse is one of the most beautiful in the Bible. The insight on Psalm 66:12 paints a picture of extreme trials."People riding over our heads" describes the humiliation of defeat, while "fire and water" represent the two most destructive forces in nature. Fire consumes; water overwhelms. However, the most important word in this verse is "yet." The Psalmist doesn't say they stayed in the fire or drowned in the water. He acknowledges that while God allowed the testing, God's ultimate goal was never their destruction. The fire was for refining, and the water was for washing away the old. The destination was always the "place of abundance". A Hebrew word (revayah) that literally means "saturation" or "overflowing." It's the same root word used in Psalm 23 when David says, "my cup runneth over." Just trust the divine process, Sometimes God leads us into difficult seasons not to punish us, but to prepare us. Just as silver is refined in heat, our character is often forged in the seasons where we feel "walked over" or overwhelmed. Always focus on the conjunction; "yet" When you are in the middle of a crisis, remember you are merely passing through it. It is a corridor, not a cage. The fire and water youare in today is not your final home. Afterwards, expect the overflow! The "place of abundance" isn't just about material wealth; it's about a soul so saturated with God's presence that it overflows to others. Your greatest season of ministry or personal growth oftenfollows your hardest season of testing.
In this powerful and consciousness-expanding episode of Unleashing Intuition Secrets, Michael Jaco sits down with George H. Lewis — artist, author, astrologer, healer, and international speaker — to explore the profound significance of 3I Atlas reaching its closest conjunction with Earth during the Winter Solstice. George shares deep insights into how this rare celestial alignment acts as a catalyst for awakening, inner transformation, and collective consciousness shifts. Through the lenses of astrology, sacred symbolism, art, and sound, he explains how cosmic cycles mirror humanity's inner evolution and why this moment represents a turning point for those attuned to higher awareness. Michael and George discuss how 3I Atlas symbolizes the reconnection to our divine blueprint, encouraging inner work, intuitive development, and frequency elevation during a time when the veil between worlds feels thinner. The conversation invites listeners to move beyond fear, reclaim spiritual sovereignty, and align with truth as global consciousness accelerates. This episode is not about prediction — it's about activation. A call to remember who you are, why you're here, and how this Winter Solstice alignment may mark the beginning of a new chapter for humanity.
The Health Minister has told Clare's Oireachtas members that the development of a new hospital with an emergency department in the Midwest will be progressed "in conjunction" with other approved measures. Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill has met with TDs and senators from this region after confirming that all three options recommended by HIQA's review of emergency care capacity in the Midwest have been accepted. It means the Government will begin work on expanding capacity at University Hospital Limerick, extending the UHL campus to a second nearby site, and developing a new Model 3 hospital with an emergency department in the region, in the new year. Bodyke Fine Gael TD Joe Cooney says while the long-awaited new facility won't be delivered in the short-term, it won't be left on the long finger.

Professor McMeekin states clearly that communism, specifically Marxist-Leninism, prospers only in conjunction with extreme violence and the disintegration of governance norms. The discussion covers the French revolutionary Babeuf, who advocated for the overturning of private property, centralized rationing, and "cleansing political violence" against "class enemies." Babeuf set a precedent for the centrality of political violence to the communist project. Marx later embraced the Paris Commune of 1871, even though he did not organize it, seeing the Commune's violence—including the killing of class enemies and throwing women and children into battle—as proof of the veracity and sincerity of a true communist revolution.

JOIN SHERI HORN HASAN @ FOR THIS WEEK'S ASTROLOGICALLY SPEAKING PODCAST WHICH DROPS SEPTEMBER 12 @ https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speakingThis week's podcast focuses on the fall out from Uranus station retrograde & Pisces Full Moon total lunar eclipse of September 6 & 7, respectively, along with this week's upcoming Sun/Mercury superior conjunction & third quarter monthly lunar square. And phew, what a week it was! As astrologer Ronnie Dreyer noted in early September, when Uranus stations retrograde along with an eclipse, the week or two leading up to & after these astro events can be filled with all sorts of shocking events. It's common knowledge among astrologers that the themes of eclipses often make themselves felt prior to when they are exact. Combined with the retrograde station of Uranus, it seems that the chaotic, violent events of the past two weeks certainly prove this to be true. This podcast explores the nature of this past week's shocking events--from earthquakes in Afghanistan that killed 2,200 people & ones off the coast of Oregon, to the fall of prime ministers & other high-level officials in France & Japan. And then there's the protests by Gen Z members that torched a government building & killed 22 in Nepal, leading to their prime minister's resignation. From Russian drones violating NATO's airspace in Poland to Israel's attempted assassination of Hamas negotiators by targeting them in Doha, Qatar, to the murder of right wing political activist Charlie Kirk in Utah, such shocking events illustrate a whole lot of violence in a short period of time.Of course it doesn't help that transiting Mars in Libra has been waxing closer to its exact opposition to dwarf planet Eris, the goddess of chaos, discord, & strife, & wounded healer Chiron—both in Aries—which perfect on September 15 & 16, respectively. Goes a long way to explaining the current chaos—much of it born of violence, not only in the U.S. but around the world. We explore these details, along with a look at Charlie Kirk's untimed birth chart to determine how Mars was conjoining his natal Libra Sun/Jupiter conjunction as Eris & Chiron opposed them. And then there's the fact that the upcoming 29'05” Virgo New Moon solar eclipse—activated circa January 23 when the transiting nodal axis hit that degree--falls on his 28'23” Venus in Virgo on September 21. Part of the theme of this fall's eclipse series is linked to concerns about the health of someone young—as per traditional astrologer Bernadette Brady in her book “Predictive Astrology, The Eagle And The Lark.” I think we can all now see the veracity of this given that Charlie Kirk was only 31 years-old at the time of his murder on September 10.And let's not forget that on September 11 the Brazilian Supreme Court convicted former President Jair Bolsonaro of overseeing a failed conspiracy to overturn the 2022 Brazilian election in a coup plot that included disbanding courts, empowering the military and plotting to assassinate the then president-elect. SUN/MERCURY SUPERIOR CONJUNCTION: THERE'S STILL HOPE TO DEVELOP A BETTER FUTURE PLANWhen the Sun conjoins Mercury in Virgo for their superior conjunction on September 13, between now & Mercury's next retrograde station on November 9 is a time “when a completion of action stage dominates,” according to Jungian astrologer Erin Sullivan. “The maturity of projects, ideas, & actions has arrived & the…direct phase is an opportune time to recap the full rewards available,” she explains in her book “Retrograde Planets, Traversing the Inner Landscape.” “Though still a forward moving time, it is a thoughtful time, too, one which requires more deliberation before initiation.” During this period “Mercury says there is still hope to develop a better plan than the one from the past.” Hopefully democrats will feel this energy & heed the message from Brazil that something similar may happen here in the U.S.—eventually…Meanwhile, this eclipse series is also associated with potential “important paperwork,” according to Brady. It should not surprise us then that the public has become privy this past week to never before seen documents related to sex trafficker & pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. And to his convicted co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell. And that these include not only the Epstein Foundation-released now infamous “birthday book,” but also a trove of 18,000 emails between Epstein & Maxwell (& others) made public between September 8 & 11.As we await the September 21 Virgo New Moon solar eclipse, which opposes Saturn retrograde in Pisces & Neptune retrograde in Aries, we first have the Mercury/Saturn opposition on September 17.
