Nicole Perry is a curious, raw FM radio talk show host who created her radio show based on a whim—when a woman she had just met said, “I’ve been listening to you from the other room and you sound like you'd make a great radio talk show host.” Nicole is currently writing her debut book, entitled “I A…
Did you know? Because I had no idea! When your largest asset is your home, the first person to contact is your neighborhood real estate attorney. Why? Because the purchase and sale agreement IS a binding contract. Hold onto your seats y'all because in this episode I dare to shed some light on the dark subject of death, the attraction to death, the incorruptible body, and much more. I believe I have broken through the uncomfortable here. This is a must-listen!
We are all about A Course In Miracles this summer! ACIM for short. And I am so blessed and appreciative to have this amazing platform to be able to bring this amazing content to you. In this show, we dive into sin vs. error, the unreality of sin, and punishment and wrap up the show with giving and receiving. Of course, we sprinkle in some amazing music to help share this content with Ben Cox, Ellie Goulding, Joss Stone, and The Dazz Band. Tune in live to hear most of the music on 95.9 WATD-FM locally in the Boston area or 959watd.com anywhere... on this planet :) and smoochies to you all for joining me on this amazing journey!!!
We kick off this episode with Have a Little Faith by John Hiatt~such a classic! And we continue with the body, and how we "need do nothing". I really love sharing this thought-provoking content because reading those words and saying them outloud, "I need do nothing" is such a powerful statement to be reminded of. We also dive into love is not learned, healing, faith, and faithlessness. It's a pretty great show! Enjoy!
Ch 18. IV. The Little Willingness: Para #2 Trusting not in our good intentions because they are not enough, but that our will and willingness are what really matters. And all that happens is what is meant to be and that we are somewhat stuck in our unworthiness. In this episode, we also dive deeper into the body and how there is nothing (aka no thing) outside of ourselves.
We are in Chapter 17 of A Course In Miracles (ACIM) and diving deeper into uncertainty, things already happening, faith in separation vs. wholeness, dreams being chaotic and not reality, and how we do not take them seriously, so we could actually choose to not take illusions seriously.
This is our final episode on the principle of miracles diving into such ideas as; the miracle acknowledges everyone as our brother; a major contribution of miracles is their strength in releasing...; the miracle is an expression of an inner awareness... and revelation not being reciprocal.
Based on A Course In Miracles (ACIM) in this episode, I cover principals #26 through half of #37. I know, it's kind of silly to stop halfway through but I ran out of time! It's all in good fun regardless!!
I was only able to cover The Principles of Miracles 1-24 from ACIM so this episode will continue into part 2 and part 3. The principles as revealed in A Course In Miracles (ACIM) are simply beautiful!!!
Empathy is part of this discussion, along with more about forgiveness of illusions, recognizing what we want, understanding that we like to keep what we create, and remembering love.
In this episode we cover life and the body from Lesson 133; host and hostage from Chapter 15; Lesson 134 forgiveness and pardon; and lesson 135 threat and armor. It's an episode full of thought-provoking content!
In this episode, I go into my thoughts about love, relationships, the holy instant, guilt and anger, perception, and much more. What will you hear?
A quote from Ch 15; Section VIII "...forgiveness is not loss, but your salvation. And that in complete forgiveness, in which you recognize that there is nothing to forgive, you are absolved completely."

ACIM Chapter 13 review
This episode was so fascinating to listen to! I gain so much value in reading some of the ACIM lessons and text and of course sharing this great information with my listeners, however, listening myself is giving me an even greater understanding! Everything is so applicable to my everyday life and I am so grateful to share and take you along on my journey.
In this episode, I share how my vibrations are shifting and how I am decoding the wiring in my brain. All the while living a more fulfilling life! All of this is so relevant to living in today's world now and when the book came out in the 70s. I love the examples of how life is working for me and hope you can relate these messages in your everyday life.

Cynthia Riggs brought so much content to this discussion we could have talked for hours! I absolutely resonated with Cynthia's point of how planning is expansive—and not at all limiting. And frankly, the investment is so nominal, and I shared how her course should indeed be mandatory for every woman entrepreneur and small business owner! Having attended Cynthia's webinar and using the One Page Business Plan really helped me to see the value that planning brings and it was so great to expand on my personal experience and thoughts with our listening audience so they too can understand that planning creates a foundation for a more aligned business for growth. What a delight to interview Pub6T5's new owner Jessica Moore! Her enthusiasm and eagerness to be an integral part of her community were what stood out for me the most. We really zipped through our conversation and yet still had the time to dive into a ton of great content about being in the restaurant industry. In particular, I loved the parts where Jessica spoke about acceptance and open-mindedness, two strong values of hers, that came through clearly in our interview. Jessica's appreciation of the interview was so apparent and helped our conversation about the intricacies of owning a restaurant and purchasing through a pandemic fall effortlessly into the mics. I absolutely loved how the dietary options organically came through our conversation because it's so important for people to see how much they are striving to be even more inclusive than they already are. Jessica was so excited and grateful to share her voice and she can't wait for someone to come into the pub, introduce themselves, and say they heard about her humble restaurant through Powerful Women Revealed and just had to come in and check it out! https://www.pub65.com
Fran Lambert is one of my go-to experts for understanding the details we all want to know when it comes to our health. We are both in agreement that it is all about progressing in the best direction that we each want to go in, and when Fran sprinkled in her thoughts about time and how most people will say they have no time, it really hit home with me. When I speak about the ego during this interview, Fran was right with me explaining even further that the ego is really; false evidence appearing real. And we both reflect how fear is one of the biggest obstacles that can stand between us and making the decision to change what we are doing. Being grateful is a huge part of our health journey and loving ourselves exactly as we are; is key. Fran has so much experience, wisdom, and insight that I learn so much every time we take the radio stage together! I really loved listening to Fran when she talked about how the body makes cortisol, engages to produce adrenaline, and shuts down the digestive system—completely diminishing the efforts we make. She has more knowledge than anyone I know! Understanding is part of the process, as well as having a strong reason why, and you can contact Fran Lambert to have the accountability you are looking for to jumpstart your way to better health today by visiting LambertAndLambertCoaching.com.
I am preaching in this show for sure. But I can't stress it enough that how I was able to change my diet and create something that is sustainable for me, I had to change my mindset first. And if we think it will be ‘hard', we will be right. If we want to make change happen, we must create a new belief, and attaching ‘pain' to the old habit is key to making that change happen. I do talk about sugar and grace and how even the thought of the potential medication was all the ‘leverage' I needed to help me grab hold of something I could do and remain focused. The thought of medication to ‘fix' my blood pressure was the invisible incentive I knew would help me to take control of my heart. Towards the end of this episode, I spoke briefly about forgiveness and I will be addressing this subject more in another episode coming up soon!
Compassionate Truth and Pet Energy Healing
Michelle and I had had so many great things to spark the conversation and we could have talked forever! I was hoping to be able to mention her upcoming event called "Live To Lead" but you can check out all of her webinars and events at ATeagueOfYourOwn.com/events.
I believe Elda Dorothy has the most kind and compassionate energy a human being can have! Our conversation began with discussing how important it is to get to the root cause of any stuck emotions and how each step through the process and journey can help peel back the onion to reveal even more layers. Elda shared that her goal is to help her clients have reactions that are neutralized and then once their root causes are cleared their body creates a new way of being. Essentially, it felt like Elda will stop at nothing until her clients are able to allow their energy to flow through their bodies so they can release any physical pain through this amazingly effective healing process. It is always such a pleasure for me to have conversations around our physical and mental wellbeing and learning about Elda’s point of view and her energy healing style was so enlightening. Interviewing Carey was super fun and energizing! We talked about how fascinating the real estate world can be especially through investing and how amazing it can be to create wealth in the here and now, as well as in the future. Carey talks about how her journey into the real estate world organically flowed with next step after next step- that were truly in alignment with her new lifestyle and expanding family. Unwaveringly, Carey talks about how much value she brings to the table and to her clients in the form of marketing, presentation, strong professional skills, and does it all through her easy-breezy transaction management style from ‘tip to tail’ as she called it. I highly recommend connecting with Carey to learn more about how you can get started and invest and attend one of her many educational workshops. Visit BigPictureRealty.kw.com today!
I felt like I was interviewing my long-lost twin with Bri Motil! Bri is the founder of www.BrilliantlyBalanced.Life and her passion to support the wellness of people came through so clearly in our easy conversation. One of the things we talked about that totally hit home with me was when Bri mentioned the mind-muscle connection. And a huge light bulb went off in my head when Bri said how important it is to continually ask ourselves if we are getting stronger—or weaker—with each new day. Bri couldn’t stress enough the importance of form and how so many people are getting it wrong even with online videos! It was so awesome to hear how she takes screenshots and sends them to her clients to be sure they understand the proper form! I agreed completely with her—that doing the harder things in life is so worth it for when we get older. My show is definitely not a techy kind of show, but it was so eye-opening to hear Bri talk so passionately about how the chemicals in wine these days are painfully out of our hands. Or is it? Bri is so easy to talk to and would love to connect with anyone she describes as her ideal client who additionally would like to learn about the different ways to host a clean-crafted wine event through your community, learning about her wine clubs and even how long her fitness and wine clients have been loyal to her for many years.
To say that I am grateful that Cath has come into my life is an understatement for sure! We are so on the same page about how we feed our bodies as well as the importance of moving them. And I absolutely LOVED that she mentions neither of these things is a punishment AND that eating healthy is the greatest form of self-care. It is so exciting to know that she is in the Bahamas and is also an avid traveler to the U.S. often. We touched upon how the “quick fixes” do not equate to “sustainable” weight loss and how she walks every step alongside her clients because she truly cares about their whole well-being. Cath wants to connect with women who would like to learn more about her program and how she teaches you everything you need to know about letting go of unwanted weight and I love that she said the information is something you will take with you throughout your lifetime. I highly suggest connecting with Cath today via: email: CathieUK@gmail.com text: 272-828-6767 Instagram: @WeightLossWithCath Website: Anew-u.com
Erin Bose was such a wonderful guest!!! I loved hearing about her story as she brought our conversation to such a point of intimacy when she shared her battle with anxiety. It was not surprising to me that she originally didn’t think that the MLM business model would take her to where she is today, and it was refreshing to hear about her corporate structure analogy. I felt such a kinship with Erin when she talked about social media and having the confidence to put yourself out there—and how she supports her team with those everyday challenges with hesitancy. Helping others succeed in whatever they do seems to come from Erin’s core—and her company’s core values represent so much more to the community. Erin talked about how Scout and Cellar has filled a gap for her time “going back to work” and would love to discuss the process more with anyone interested in having an easy conversation about the potential of a fun, flexible and lucrative business as a wine consultant. You can connect with Erin at ScoutandCellar.com/ErinBose
Heather’s confidence was extremely evident in our conversation and that confidence was combined with her calm energy. She shares openly that the more she knows what her clients’ needs are—as well as what they don’t need, the more equipped she is in helping them achieve their goals and desires. Also, accommodating the sellers’ needs within her clients’ offers—while representing her clients’ needs and desires—and how that, helps her clients move to the top of the list when making an offer, so to speak. I absolutely love that Heather has fine-tuned one of her ideal clients to be the person who doesn’t necessarily think they can own a home and how she helps those clients see the opportunity to build equity within their home when they own vs. rent. The more we spoke the more we realized how much information there is in the real estate discussion! Contact Heather for a FREE consultation to learn more about the current market, figure out if buying or selling is right for you, what types of offers are being accepted and what it means when a home inspection is “bad.” Heather is happy to discuss what it means if the house doesn’t appraise for the price that is offered to the seller, the importance of submitting all documents to the lender, and how not obtaining any additional debt until the loan is closed and complete is crucial. Heather additionally has a huge referral network across the country and worldwide to help with anyone’s real estate needs. www.HeatherReidy.kw.com
