Our expert host, Nicole Perry, is joined by some great guests to discuss the potential of social media networks becoming banks. At the end of 2022, Elon Musk held a meeting with Twitter employees laying out plans to turn the social network into a bank - complete with a high-yield money market account, debit cards, checks, and loans. Musk is not the first social media mogul to see the power of combining banking and social networks – but, to date, that melding of likes and filters with APIs and KYC has proved difficult in many markets. So how have these two worlds collided so far, what is stopping social media banks from happening, and what could happen in the future? This week's guests include: Ross Gallagher, Manager, 11:FS Jason Mikula, Publisher, Fintech Business Weekly Nik Milanović, Editor, This Week in Fintech This episode is sponsored by Amplitude In today's volatile market, financial services companies that want to thrive must prioritize customer loyalty and engagement. Today's case is fairly current and in Texas. We will talk about a man who involved himself in a disagreement between a woman and her fiance. Our murderer felt this woman was disrespecting her significant other so he bound her hands before assaulting her with a machete, before murdering her with an axe, in a room full of witnesses. Not one person went to the police until the woman's remains were found dumped like garbage on the side of the road. Our victim left behind three daughters, her name is Nicole Perry. Our murderer was just sentenced in August of 2022, he is Rafael Castillo. We kick off this episode with Have a Little Faith by John Hiatt~such a classic! And we continue with the body, and how we "need do nothing". I really love sharing this thought-provoking content because reading those words and saying them outloud, "I need do nothing" is such a powerful statement to be reminded of. We also dive into love is not learned, healing, faith, and faithlessness. It's a pretty great show! Enjoy!
We are all about A Course In Miracles this summer! ACIM for short. And I am so blessed and appreciative to have this amazing platform to be able to bring this amazing content to you. In this show, we dive into sin vs. error, the unreality of sin, and punishment and wrap up the show with giving and receiving. Of course, we sprinkle in some amazing music to help share this content with Ben Cox, Ellie Goulding, Joss Stone, and The Dazz Band. Tune in live to hear most of the music on 95.9 WATD-FM locally in the Boston area or 959watd.com anywhere... on this planet :) and smoochies to you all for joining me on this amazing journey!!!
Hold onto your seats y'all because in this episode I dare to shed some light on the dark subject of death, the attraction to death, the incorruptible body, and much more. I believe I have broken through the uncomfortable here. This is a must-listen!
Ch 18. IV. The Little Willingness: Para #2 Trusting not in our good intentions because they are not enough, but that our will and willingness are what really matters. And all that happens is what is meant to be and that we are somewhat stuck in our unworthiness. In this episode, we also dive deeper into the body and how there is nothing (aka no thing) outside of ourselves.
We are in Chapter 17 of A Course In Miracles (ACIM) and diving deeper into uncertainty, things already happening, faith in separation vs. wholeness, dreams being chaotic and not reality, and how we do not take them seriously, so we could actually choose to not take illusions seriously.
This is our final episode on the principle of miracles diving into such ideas as; the miracle acknowledges everyone as our brother; a major contribution of miracles is their strength in releasing...; the miracle is an expression of an inner awareness... and revelation not being reciprocal.
In this Special Episode, my guest, Nicole Perry and I have some fun while talking candidly about some not so fun emotions, Depression and Anxiety. In a world that feels a bit out of control, we discuss our experiences and what helps us when difficult emotions arise. While we can't control everything that goes on in the world, we can control how we react.

Empathy is part of this discussion, along with more about forgiveness of illusions, recognizing what we want, understanding that we like to keep what we create, and remembering love.
I was only able to cover The Principles of Miracles 1-24 from ACIM so this episode will continue into part 2 and part 3. The principles as revealed in A Course In Miracles (ACIM) are simply beautiful!!!
In this episode we cover life and the body from Lesson 133; host and hostage from Chapter 15; Lesson 134 forgiveness and pardon; and lesson 135 threat and armor. It's an episode full of thought-provoking content!
In this episode, I go into my thoughts about love, relationships, the holy instant, guilt and anger, perception, and much more. What will you hear?
A quote from Ch 15; Section VIII "...forgiveness is not loss, but your salvation. And that in complete forgiveness, in which you recognize that there is nothing to forgive, you are absolved completely."

This episode was so fascinating to listen to! I gain so much value in reading some of the ACIM lessons and text and of course sharing this great information with my listeners, however, listening myself is giving me an even greater understanding! Everything is so applicable to my everyday life and I am so grateful to share and take you along on my journey.
In this episode, I share how my vibrations are shifting and how I am decoding the wiring in my brain. All the while living a more fulfilling life! All of this is so relevant to living in today's world now and when the book came out in the 70s. I love the examples of how life is working for me and hope you can relate these messages in your everyday life.

I am preaching in this show for sure. But I can't stress it enough that how I was able to change my diet and create something that is sustainable for me, I had to change my mindset first. And if we think it will be ‘hard', we will be right. If we want to make change happen, we must create a new belief, and attaching ‘pain' to the old habit is key to making that change happen. I do talk about sugar and grace and how even the thought of the potential medication was all the ‘leverage' I needed to help me grab hold of something I could do and remain focused. The thought of medication to ‘fix' my blood pressure was the invisible incentive I knew would help me to take control of my heart. Towards the end of this episode, I spoke briefly about forgiveness and I will be addressing this subject more in another episode coming up soon!
413 Ethnography host Amrita Acharya interviews Harry Duffy, auto mechanic and owner of Duffy's Front End Service on Bridge St. This episode was produced and hosted under the Editorial Board of the Sophian. Audio edited by Nicole Perry.
My guest this week uncovered an extremely dark past in our collective history regarding women, sex, and mass imprisonment. Between the first and second World Wars, thousands of women were rounded up, tested, and forcibly incarcerated over suspicion that they'd contracted a sexually transmitted disease. Some of the women who were imprisoned were married. None of them had done anything wrong. In fact, the youngest prisoners? Were children. Dr. Nicole Perry, with the University of Kansas, spent ten years researching this deeply disturbing chapter in U.S. history before penning the book, "Policing Sex in the Sunflower State." Dr. Perry's research lends a voice to these young women with lessons that continue to resonate today. Their stories - are Diary Entry #12.
Spring is here my friends! Now is the time some people try to crash diet to get ready for bathing suit season only to crash and burn. In today's episode, I have a very candid conversation with Author, Talk Show Host, Motivation Speaker, and my friend, Nicole Perry. We talk openly about fad dieting, why they don't work and the importance of self love during any weight loss journey. You don't want to miss this special episode.

When the idea came to me to start this journey, I had no idea where it would take me. All I knew was that I needed to change what I was doing. Period. I was not healthy. And I wasn’t loving myself nearly as much as I could have. So, why did I continue to write and stay on this journaling path, even when many times I wasn’t placing myself in a good light? Because I was sick. And in order to save my own soul I knew I had to strip away what I had consciously learned over the years as well as what I had subconsciously absorbed through my environment. I knew there was no other choice but to start over. Albeit there were a few health concerns within my body when my journey began, I was still not feeding myself nearly enough love. Somehow deep in my core I knew by sharing my story, and putting my thoughts into the written word, would indeed be one of the greatest lessons in my life. But more importantly, it would be the greatest gift I would ever give to myself. PowerfulWomenRevealed.com

Rob and Paul host Nicole Perry of CareStack, live from the Darby booth at the GNYDM 2019. The Dental Amigos chat with Nicole about Millennials (the largest generation group in the Country), understanding the profile of Millennials and what they're looking for in a patient experience, how to get Millennials into your dental practice and what CareStack is doing to help with that mission. CareStack is a complete cloud-based clinical and business management platform designed to maximize practice efficiency. Darby's great tagline, "Vintage is only cool if it's vinyl," is the perfect backdrop for this episode. Minnesota native, Nichole Perry, fell in love with dentistry as a patient, not a practitioner. In August of 2018 her charisma and commitment to the future of the industry brought her to CareStack, where software is the gateway. Nichole brings a fresh perspective and a passion for bridging the gap from practitioner to the successful business owner to an innovator in the industry. Listeners can learn more about CareStack by going to www.Carestack.com and they can also connect with Nicole Perry on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/nicholeperry3/.
