People who experience grief are walking around with a broken heart. Unresolved grief can turn into clinical depression, which can be debilitating. There is hope in knowing that there is help available and that God wants us to be free from grief and depression. There is freedom in grief recovery. Have you ever experienced feelings such as a loss of interest, hopelessness, insomnia or sleeping too much, changes in appetite, or loss of concentration? These all sound like symptoms of depression but could be symptoms of grief! Depression doesn’t always have a cause, but grief does.
