Send me a some feedback! In this episode, Mike revisits the creation process and introduces a powerful refinement that brings it into clearer focus. Moving beyond surface-level thinking, he breaks down how creating your life isn't just about mindset or vision—it's about the alignment between your soul, your mind, and your body. Using the framework of a triangle, he explains how each part plays a role in shaping what you experience in the external world. At the core of this conversation is a deeper truth: your external life is a reflection of what's happening internally. When your soul is clear on what it wants, your mind agrees with that vision, and your body feels safe receiving it, creation becomes natural. But when there's misalignment—uncertainty in the mind or resistance in the body—what you want stays out of reach. This episode brings clarity to that process and shows where the real work actually lives.Key TakeawaysCreation requires alignment between soul, mind, and body. It's not just about knowing what you want—it's about aligning every part of you with it. Clarity comes from the soul's desire to experience something specific. If you don't know what you want, you can't create it. Certainty is agreement between your mind and your vision. When your thoughts conflict with your desires, creation stalls. The body must feel safe to receive what you want. Stored fear, anxiety, and past experiences can block what you're trying to create. Most people focus externally, but the real work is internal. Your life changes when your internal world aligns with what you want to experience. Notable Quotes “We are not humans having a spiritual experience… we are spirit having a human experience.” “If you don't know what you want, you can't have it.” “Mindset is agreement between the mind and the heart.” “The nervous system has one goal… to keep you alive by keeping you in familiar circumstances.” “When the mind agrees and the body is ready to receive, you will start to see evidence of it showing up in your life.” Call to ActionIf this episode resonated, it's an invitation to look inward and get honest about where alignment may be missing. Not just what you want… but whether your mind agrees with it and your body is ready to receive it.If you're ready to go deeper into this work and bring your internal world into alignment with the life you want to experience, reach out directly to Mike at mike@innerwealthglobal.com.And if you're getting value from the Inner Wealth Podcast, make sure you're subscribed, and take a moment to rate and review so we can continue reaching more people who are ready to expand their life and circumstances in alignment.Mike's Media:Website: https://www.innerwealthglobal.com/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/mikekitkoInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/mike_kitkoTiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mikekitkoSubscribe to my YouTube: / @mikekitkoMusic Credit: "What's Left of Me" by Wes Hoffman & Friends

Your life will often move in the direction of your thoughts. In this episode of the Mind, Body, Spirit series, Pastor Joie Miller talks about mastering the mind and learning how to take control of your thoughts instead of letting them control you.The battlefield for many believers isn't always external—it's internal. Negative thinking, anxiety, comparison, and lies from the enemy can quietly shape how we see ourselves, others, and even God. But Scripture shows us that we are not powerless. We can renew our minds and align our thoughts with truth. In this episode, Joie shares biblical wisdom and practical ways to recognize unhealthy thought patterns, reject lies, and intentionally fill your mind with what God says. When you learn to master your mind, you begin to live with greater peace, clarity, and confidence in the life God has called you to.Get more encouraging videos every week by subscribing: https://www.youtube.com/@joiemiller436About Joie MillerJoie Miller lives in the Pittsburgh area with her husband, Nathan, and their five children. In this episode, Pastor Joie Miller starts her Mind, Body, Spirit series by focusing on the body and why caring for your physical health matters to God.So often we separate spirituality from our everyday habits, but the truth is that the way we care for our bodies impacts how we show up for the assignments God has placed on our lives. From energy and discipline to stewardship and obedience, our physical health plays a role in sustaining the calling we carry. In this conversation, Joie shares practical encouragement and biblical perspective on honoring God with your body, breaking unhealthy cycles, and viewing your health through the lens of purpose—not pressure. If you've ever struggled to see how faith and physical health connect, this episode will help you rethink your body as something sacred: the temple that carries your calling.Get more encouraging videos every week by subscribing: https://www.youtube.com/@joiemiller436About Joie MillerJoie Miller lives in the Pittsburgh area with her husband, Nathan, and their five children. What if the way we grow and choose our food could change not only our physical health—but our mental well-being too? Many of us feel disconnected from where our food comes from, yet the journey from soil to plate has a profound impact on our bodies, our communities, and even our emotional health. In this episode of the Never Perfect Podcast, Dr. Beth Capecchi sits down with farmer and entrepreneur Neil Smith to explore the powerful relationship between nutrition, agriculture, and mental wellness. Neil shares his journey from growing up on a farm to launching Grow United, a global platform focused on restoring trust in our food systems and supporting farmers worldwide. Neil used his economic success after selling a business to forge his inspiring life work which is difficult to do justice to. His life mission incorporates an incredible combination of farming, mental health, nutrition, banding together to build community and support networks for farmers, educating laymen about farming and nutrition, etc. Together, Beth and Neil dive into why modern society has become disconnected from food, how that disconnect affects both consumers and farmers, and what small changes we can make to improve our health and reconnect with nature. What You'll Learn in This Episode Why nutrition plays a critical role in mental health and emotional well-being How being disconnected from our food sources impacts both consumers and farmers The surprising link between farming culture, isolation, and farmer mental health Simple ways to shop smarter and eat more nutritious, whole foods Why local and seasonal food choices can make a meaningful difference How small lifestyle changes can improve health, resilience, and community connection About the Guest Neil Smith is a lifelong farmer, entrepreneur, and the founder of Grow United, a platform designed to reconnect farmers and consumers while creating more resilient and transparent food systems. If you've been playing small, doubting yourself, or waiting for the “right moment” to shine — this video is your reminder that you are the main character of your life.In this video, I'm sharing:
Bio By Ros BolandI'm Ros, 46 years old, and I am a Teacher Aide at a school in Dalby, Queensland, Australia. I have been married for 23 years to a wonderful man, Justin, who has been a great supporter of my journey. I have three amazing children, Jimmy, 21, Clare, 19, and Leila, 17, who are incredibly proud of me and my greatest assets. I grew up in a Lebanese family where food is such an important thing. Although growing up we didn't eat processed foods I was surrounded by great cooks. I was an active young girl and lived on a farm where we had to work alongside our Mum and Dad. I was always so much bigger than my peers at school, and I was always physically active. Once I left school, my weight increased as I was very social and never wanted to miss out. I put on a lot of weight living the lifestyle of most 18-year-olds. I ended up joining Gloria Marshal and lost a lot of weight, but soon put it all back on. When I got married in 2002, I joined Weight Watchers and lost 20kg, and I felt great. I was 78kg. Once again, I gotback into bad habits and put on weight plus some. In 2003, I had 2 miscarriages, and in 2004, I had my first baby, and Igained 18kgs. I just kept getting bigger after each pregnancy, and I was in denial as to how big I had gotten. I was resigned to the fact that I would always be a big woman; I come from a line of big people. I've always enjoyed cooking for my family and entertaining, and I just thought this is normal, this is who I am. In 2022, I went to my doctor, and she told me that I was morbidly obese and I was killing myself. I knew that I was in a bad way with my weight, and I just didn't know what to do. I have a family history of heart disease and diabetes, so I knew that I didn't want to end up like so many of my family members. My doctor suggested I take Ozempic, so I did. My highest weight was 153.2kg (337.7 pounds) in January 2022. I lost 20kg on Ozempic by July 2022 and could no longer get Ozempic due to not being a diabetic. I was honestly devastated as it was working so well. In September 2022, I ran into a friend who had lost a significant amount of weight and asked what she had been doing. We discussed Intermittent fasting, and I started listening to Gin Stephens' podcasts, immediately starting with clean fasting and delaying my eating window. I read her book, "Delay Don't Deny." I focused on what I was eating, and at first, I didn't really change what I was eating, but I soon realised my body wanted different things. I went on to lose 33kg and am still losing. My current weight is around 100kg. I don't actually weigh myself, but go on how my clothes feel. I don't set myself goals as I have struggled with this all my life, and I know I just get disappointed when I haven't achieved them. I started out unable to walk to the end of my street, which is only about 100 metres, and I knew I loved to walk, but I just didn't have the motivation to do it. I now walk between 7-10 kilometres 5 days a week, and this is due to IF. Walking with my best friend, Chelsea, has been the best thing for both my mental and physical well-being. Without her support, I wouldn't be so committed.Since starting IF, I haven't looked back; losing over 53kg over the past few years has been the best thing. I have had so many NSV along the way, and I will never go back to not living this lifestyle. To join the Patreon Community. Note: this is a re-run of episode 209Healing has become a big topic for me in the past few months.I have seen a return to the healing lineages of my ancestors and the direct orchestration of healing and healers coming together to practice their skills. When I looked at 2024, for the light side of the split, I saw that healing was going to enter our awareness and lives strongly this year, but it still took me by surprise when my own healing skills popped up again to be utilized. I have been diligent in making sure that they stayed unfocused since 2010 as it was made very clear to me that my public role was not as a healer, but as educator. In September 2024, I will be holding a Healers' Workshop at the Shamanshack. The workshop will be open for WalkWithMeNow.com members only and has a minimum attendance number of 8 people, and maximum of 33 people. If you are interested in attending, join the student body at walkwithmenow.com, and follow the information on how to register there.Back to our topic, the Forest.Larry and I live in the Olympic Rain Forest. Not in a town nearby, or a road by the side of the forest. We literally live inside the forest, surrounded by hundreds of acres of both old growth and tree farms. Some years ago, one of our friends visited us. She was an established healer at a nearby city at the time and, unbeknownst to me, she was having health and personal issues herself. We went for a hike into the forest. I wanted to show her a natural altar which Larry, myself and other friends and students had embellished with crystals, rocks and other pretty things. The hike to get to the altar was about half an hour long. We walked and talked about our latest happenings, previous lives memories, aliens, sasquatch and all the other things that are normal conversation among our friends here.At some point, halfway there, she stopped, took a few deep breaths and tears welled in her eyes. “I haven't felt this good in years,” she stated.“I had heard of the healing properties of the forest,” she continued, “but had never experienced it myself. It was all theoretical to me until now.”She then revealed to me that apart from her life's stresses, there was an underlying medical condition that had been getting worse. She said that it felt like the condition was actively being healed during our hike, and that she would get some lab work done when she got home, to be sure.I nodded and looked around at the forest. I had never heard of such a thing as the forest being a healing modality, but my friend was a professional healer and more informed than I was about healing modalities and experiences. The forest didn't feel any different to me. It was the same as it had always been, just there, breathing, living, beautiful, bright, pristine and, very much, sentient.I closed my eyes and tapped into it, and asked the forest around us about the healing. What I got back was an energy that I can only describe as “what is healing?”After my friend left, I did a bit of research on the internet and found several theories of how the healing force of a forest works. But, I have met plenty of locals, who also live in the forest, that are not exactly healthy. I understood, from my own healing knowledge, that it is not enough to be in the forest, or go to a healer, or take supplements, to have spontaneous or gradual healings. I understood that there was more to it than that. And it involves a healing story, perhaps a healer, and perhaps a modality that the person respects and has good effects on him or her.My friend got back to me a few weeks later and told me that her suspicions were right, that the tests had come back and that her condition was in remission. She also told me that after our visit, she had taken some radical life decisions which removed many stressors from her daily life.“The forest healed more than just my body,” she told me.In a recent healing story, for a different person, the wisdom of my ancestors came in again. It hadn't made an appearance for decades, but there it was. On the day of the healing, I woke up with the knowledge I had from childhood, that for the healing to be effective, I had to clear my energy field, body and mind to be absolutely pristine. And I understood. The forest, especially a loved forest, has a pure and pristine energy. And behind that pristine energy, there is unlimited life force, power and intelligence. A person, a human, can then direct that power with intent. In my novel series, The Return, I speak about how we and trees and plants are part of the same species. That where there are humans, flora exist. And where there is flora, humans exist. Our intelligence is very similar, also. As is our true, natural, frequency.Recently, a scientific study came out telling of how plants are highly related, at a genetic level, to humans. A percentage and relationship that was much higher than previously thought.I smiled, looked outside my window, into the forest, and winked. It winked back. The discussion doesn't stop here - listen to the full podcast episode for unfiltered insights from Inelia and our panelists.
