Our culture teaches us that suffering is to be avoided at all costs. Looking into our scripture helps us understand that suffering can also help us be who God intends us to be. Scripture: 1 Peter 1v6-9, 1 Peter 3v13-18, 1 Peter 4v12-14, Isaiah 43:2-3
The only thing that can ease the tension is hope is by living a life of faith. Scripture: Hebrews 6v13-19, 1 Corinthians 15v12-19

Faith is a commitment to the unseen, a trust in the one who fulfills promises, regardless of the evidence at hand. Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5v7
In the letters (epistles) we get a full picture of the Christ. We see the crucified, resurrected and exalted Christ. Scripture: Colossians 1:15-20
We imagine the Savior with us in Church or as we pray but God is with us wherever we go. He walks with us! Scripture: John 2v1-12, John 1v14, Isaiah 9v6-7
For those of us who are in between our past and our promise. Scripture: Genesis 28v10-22
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law. Scripture: Galatians 3v13
