Weekly Kingdom Outlook Episode 220-What is great faith? We frequently perceive faith as being exceptional only when we engage in fervent prayers for large matters. However, true faith is characterized by its quality, not its quantity.
In this week's message, we turn to Luke 7 and the remarkable account of a Roman Centurion whose faith caused Jesus Himself to marvel. While the Jewish elders praised the man's accomplishments and argued for his worthiness, the Centurion felt deeply unworthy—yet fully confident in Christ's authority. His request was simple: “Just speak the word, … Continue reading "An Example of Great Faith"
Welcome to The Daily, where we study the Bible verse by verse, chapter by chapter, every day. Today's shout-out goes to Dave Hassall from Palmetto, FL. Your commitment through Project23 helps deliver God's Word daily with clarity and conviction. This one's for you. Our text today is Judges 13:21-23 The angel of the Lord appeared no more to Manoah and to his wife. Then Manoah knew that he was the angel of the Lord. And Manoah said to his wife, "We shall surely die, for we have seen God." But his wife said to him, "If the Lord had meant to kill us, he would not have accepted a burnt offering and a grain offering at our hands, or shown us all these things, or now announced to us such things as these." — Judges 13:21-23 When the angel of the Lord vanished in the flame, Manoah panicked. "We're going to die—we've seen God!" That was his gut reaction: fear. But his wife had a different perspective. She saw the signs of God's grace—He accepted their offering, revealed His plan, and promised them a son. She reasoned, "If God meant to kill us, He wouldn't have done any of that." Two responses. One moment. Fear looked at the problem. Faith looked at the promises. This is our daily battle. Fear exaggerates. Faith steadies. Fear says, "This is the end." Faith says, "God isn't done yet." Fear locks onto circumstances. Faith holds onto God's character. We all have Manoah moments—panic at the unknown. A bad diagnosis. A financial setback. A broken relationship. Fear screams louder than faith. But like Manoah's wife, we need to pause and reflect on what we know to be true. God has already shown us His grace. He's already proven His faithfulness. He's already made His promises. Fear doesn't fit the facts. Don't let fear have the loudest voice in your life. Drown it out with faith in God's promises. Fear may shake you, but faith will steady you. ASK THIS: What fear is gripping me right now? What promises of God directly answer that fear? How can I rehearse God's past faithfulness when panic rises? DO THIS: When fear shows up today, don't stay silent. Speak God's truth out loud. Write down one promise from Scripture and put it where you'll see it—your desk, dashboard, or phone lock screen. Let faith talk back to fear. PRAY THIS: Lord, fear often feels louder than faith. Quiet my panic with Your promises. Remind me of what You've done and give me faith to trust what You will do. Amen. PLAY THIS: "Promises."
You will learn how to have a greater faith and your faith will be lifted!

It is the single greatest statement of faith in the entire Bible, in my humble opinion.Daniel 3:17-18, "If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.”Three young men refuse to bow to the golden graven image of the king, and are about to be thrown into the fiery furnace. They boldly proclaim their firm belief that God will deliver them through that fire - BUT IF NOT, they still will not capitulate to the culture's pressure to bow to an idol! And, as the scene unfolds, they experience "another in the fire," the Son of Man, a Christophany in the Old Testament, there in the fire with them. This is just one of the remarkable examples we explore today as we conclude this life-changing chapter in Hebrews 11 and bid farewell to a good friend, our series "Great Faith in Our Great God."(RAR2025EP45)
Moments of great faith stand in opposition to the temptation to give in to doubt and natural thinking. Great faith receives God's word, trusts His power, and waits for HIs intervention!
Great steps of faith are based on God's Word, and focused on obedience, not achievement. They take us out of our comfort zones and align us with kingdom purpose. God desires for us to have great faith!
Rev. Kenneth Bomberger gives today's prayerful thought based on the day's Scripture readings. Begin your morning in word and prayer with Rev. God desires us to have great faith in a great God, and to see Him do great things in our lives! We are called to be people of faith. Great faith is shown in great requests, and they are confident and rooted in who God is.

Great faith isn't about having all the answers—it's about giving God glory while trusting He'll do what He's promised, even when the outcome seems impossible.
The only thing that pleases God is faith – its is an expectation in the accessibility, the power, and the compassion of God! It carries a fresh revelation of who Jesus is, and is consistent in its posture.

Jesus only said of two people that they had “great faith”. Neither of them were Jewish.

Theme: A Canaanite woman comes to Jesus, desperate for him to heal her daughter. She will not be denied because she believes Jesus can work the miracle she longs to see come to pass in the life of her child. Jesus responds to her request by healing her daughter. And Jesus marvels at the great faith of this Canaanite woman, which stands in stark contrast to the disbelief of the Pharisees and scribes. Matthew 15:21-28

Imagine leaving power, money, fame, and comfort, and willingly choosing to live among slaves? That was precisely what Moses did, when "he became of age, refus(ing) to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter, choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin" (Hebrews 11:23b-24). Moses's choice to suffer instead of pursuing pleasure serves as an example to every believer in every age!Today, we explore the incredible walk of faith of Moses and his parents, Amram and Jochebed, and be encouraged that you too can stand firm in your faith despite the challenges presented by secular culture.Turn to Hebrews 11 for our next installment in our series "Great Faith in Our Great God."(RAR2024EP33)
A great faith is a faith that is totally dependent on the word of God. It doesn't wait to feel something, nor does it wait to see something. It trusts in God completely!Support the showhttp://www.gwafgbc.org http://www.gwafgbc.org/storehttp://www.gwafgbc.org/givehttps://vimeo.com/manage/videos

The Blossom Of Great Faith - Pastor Tyler Gaulden
A deep, personal devotional from Vivian Bricker. When life unraveled after the death of her mother, Vivian found herself standing at a spiritual crossroads. Her story is honest, raw, and deeply relatable. She trusted Jesus for salvation—but everyday faith? That was harder. Like many of us, she knew the truth in her head before it reached her heart. She believed God could heal and redeem, but wrestled with why He hadn’t stopped the pain in the first place. Yet through grief, studying Scripture, and time in His presence, her fragile faith grew into deep trust—one small act of belief at a time. ✨ Highlights: We often trust God with eternity but struggle to trust Him with tomorrow. True faith isn’t blind; it’s based on knowing God’s heart and seeing His faithfulness. Jesus still turns toward us, sees us, and says, “Take heart, daughter.” Faith grows when we take our pain to Jesus instead of pushing Him away.

Today, we embark on a brand new series on Rinse and Repeat, where we explore one of the most famous chapters in all of Scripture - Hebrews chapter 11, known as the "Hall of Faith."Here we will learn about 17 named men and women who had great faith in their great God, but more than that, we will learn why faith is so important to God.Today, we lay the critical foundation - and here is a hint - it is not about how much faith we have (Jesus said even a mustard seed quantity would suffice) but it is in Whom we have placed our faith that matters! So turn with me to Hebrews 11 as we begin this exciting new series, here on Rinse and Repeat!(RAR2025EP25)
