Hey lovely people, this episode is super exciting because I got the opportunity to interview my first client turned bff about her body love journey. Michael shares about how she overcame extreme diet restrictions and over-exercising by finding her passion in the gym with weight lifting. She shares with us her current journey training for a bikini body-building competition and how she finds the balance between the masculine of the training and her feminine, magical side. This interview really emphasizes how important self-love is when training as an athlete and how you can maintain your intuition regardless of what your diet looks like. Hi lovely listeners! Today's episode is all about manifestation. I held myself back from doing a solo manifestation episode because I felt like I didn't have enough information to share but the reality of that is far from the truth. We are all manifesting every day and all we need to know is inside of us. So I touch on some common myths and mistakes that I've heard or experienced with manifesting. I also give some types on how to become a master manifester.
