We had a real aha moment — the kind that hits when you're bone-tired, frustrated, and feeling like life is just happening to you instead of you leading it. We were checking all the "healthy living" boxes — eating right, working hard, staying productive — but still felt stuck. Exhausted. Out of sync with our own bodies. That's when everything shifted.
