When getting cheated on goes terribly wrong.  Bettina shares a story about how she caught her man where he should have never been and it is hilarious.  A friend of the show, Chris Green, joins the IRSPNSBL CREW with talks about women, being single until you are married, and how parents unintentionally disrespect our offspring without knowing so.  

Sometimes the IRSPNSBL crew plans to record for quick second and sometimes we just get in our bag and we can not shut-up.  This episode is one of those can not shut-up moments.  On this episode, Ms. 8th Grade Fine, talks about her child being gay and shares a few stories of raising her during her daughters' discovery.  Somehow, sex rears its ugly little head, so we decide to sit on this topic for a moment (see what I did there).  Mavriq questions the responsibility of bad sex while Tina expresses how women are not achieving orgasms as much as men.  The crew revisits the raising of kids in the black community when family members and others are involved.  The last 45 minutes we discuss the treatment of Simone Biles, Naomi Osaka, and Sha'Carri Richardson as they go through hardships in their respective sports.  These powerful stories lead to a small argument that leads to a very healthy discussion about how to police our own black community with the presence of accountability and responsibility.

This episode will forever hang up in the rafters.  Mavriq and KK invited our mothers as guests and to be honest with you, it was more than we bargained for.  There is soooooo much to uncover in this filterless, grown-up conversation where our mothers discussed raising us into the men we are now without a handbook.  Our mothers talked about the struggle of being a single parent, the issues of dating as a single parent and why they decided this was the correct path for them.  They dropped gems from an older generation on the importance of trust in relationship, knowing your worth as a woman, and even left us with some insight from a woman who has been through this thing called life to other women who have yet been to where these women have been.  We had a wonderful time with our moms and a special thanks to a local podcast and friend for this idea.  Without this idea the world would never know the logic of Chicken (KK's mother) and how many times 22 goes into 60.....

Mavriq shares a Dave Chappelle joke that illustrates to men the dangers women encounter living their everyday life for simply having a vagina.  And then like clockwork, Bill Cosby makes it to the pod.  Now the IRSPNSBL crew has no idea how this happened, but following the Pill Cosby chat, a much needed cultural conversation from the perspective of man and women develops.  We discuss if black woman protect black men as they speak of.  We bring up our threatening nature to white folks, police brutality, asian hate, and even parenting black son.  This really turns into a great convo with a very level headed conclusion.  A MUST LISTEN!!

The IRSPNSBL crew would first like to congratulate PAPA K on the new addition to his family, his first grandbaby.  In this episode, D. Jones joins us as we explore how moms and dads can go through the same thing and yet experience something completely different from one another.  Moms fighting dads. Dads fighting moms.  And when the smoke clears, the child is left figuring things out on their own.  The crew discuss how winning the lotto can create an a$$hole out of a person followed by rare sports commentary.

The IRSPNSBL crew dig deep in our intellectual bags on this one.  Bettina speaks her mind on normalizing the mature woman body, stomach brains and all....LOL!!  The crew then discuss where we gain our confidence from and how society affects the confidence of men and women differently.  Colorism amongst different cultures and intercultural dating become a topic of exploration.  Mavriq exits with an insightful ted talk about buying black and how irresponsible it is as an exclusive practice.

IT'S OFFICAL!!  Our IRSPNSBL antics caught up to us and we are officially dropped from whatever distribution deal we thought we had.  The men in this world just might not be ready to hear what needs to be said.  So f$%k it, hear us talk about what got us dropped this weeks proves how on point our conversation from two episodes was.  We also discuss kids behavior in school and professionalism amongst the youth of the black community and our thoughts on "code switching".  We share how our weeks have been while we talk music.  Lastly, congrats to Zaila Avant-garde on her spelling bee win.  Check out the crew as we show why we should never spell a word without the help of spell checker.

Lets have the conversation.  The IRSPNSBL crew start off by discussing the characteristics of what is wanted from a significant other and ranking different traits from a 1-5; loyalty, great sex, personality, money, or looks.  Come to find out, being superficial is very official.  We follow-up with a discussion of raising a child as a single parent.  We dig into several aspects of single parenting.  We discuss allowing friends to be bad parents, co-parenting and being a provider, men taking care of their children as opposed to women, bringing new significant others around your kids too soon, and much more.  Please join the conversation cause this one may hit home.

With this being the end of Black Music Month, the IRSPNSBL crew brings in this episode with our music picks and loves.  Once we finish talking the blues, we transition to a more serious beat.  Starting off with a discussion about people accepting others wants and not trying to change them for who they are to a deeper and polar opposite convo of humanity and checking people for their wrong behavior.  Some how we spoke about raising kids and came up with how being intentional should be your intention of parenting.

The IRSPNSBL crew really enjoys having those convos that shouldn't be heard…maybe we went too far on this episode.  It all began with a masturbation joke and women not being allowed to express sexual health to the dropping of our distribution deal.  And this was in the first 10 minutes of pressing record.  On a lighter note, Mavriq gave a special shot out to a Luckey man on his wedding day as well and a birthday wish to his youngest child.  KK discusses women and their make up while we all break down Juneteenth.  We close this side A with a deeper talk of our biggest personal downfalls, social double standards and the push of femininity on masculinity.

Now it is time for the IRSPNSBL crew & Ken Turner of the 1409 Podcast to get into our bag on the B-Side.  We kick off this episode discussing women and their bonnets and understanding that even when MoNique has a positive message, people still just do not want to hear it.  After that we dove into Asian-hate.  Asian-hate has rightfully so became a hot topic that needs to be addressed, but listen to the IRSPNSBL crew as we talk about how it should not be compared to Black-hate.  Lastly, we discuss unplanned pregnancies and there is no way we should talk about this and have so many different silly convos but damn it...we can not take anything serious.

Ken Turner from 1409 Podcast joins the IRSPNSBL crew.  On this episode, we just chop it up with a fellow colleague and have casual conversation about life and discovery.  We find out KK and his family is terrified of scary movies.  Mr. Ken Turner has a very vulnerable moment as he recaps a recent moment of a mans' weakness and the road to take back home.  And Mavriq tried to figure out and express the significance of a boyfriend/girlfriend.  Join in the conversation as we also talk about the petty things women leave men for and the ever so fun social media stalking.

At times, the real truth can hurt more than a false lie.  Honesty is not always the best quality.  The IRSPNSBL crew talk a variety of topics this week.  We discuss the importance of showering before sex and how to not take place in road rage.  And in honor of the NBA playoffs, we talk NBA players and crazed fans. Lastly, local music talent, Rex Dolce, joins us to play his fourth installment, OLD WAYS, while also talking that sh!t with us.

Random cutting up, funny mind-provoking banter, and laugher is all the IRSPNSBL crew has for you on this episode.  This week we ride Tina and the warriors after their early season exit while at the same time trying to find a man she can "ride" and she was not convinced.  We can never make it white for her....I mean right, OOPS!!  Mavriq discuss his showering habits while wiping his thoughts and ideas of other hygiene situations that had him drop blood.  KK celebrates his baby brothers birthday and how much comedy is worth to him...or not worth to him.  The IRSPNSBL crew also discuss how Governor Greg Abbott needs to take several seats and roll on after his "Heartbeat" bill and Rex Dolce gives us another sweet sound with his track, VOICEMAILS....

I do not know how the IRSPNSBL crew pulled it off but they had an uncomfortable conversation, a ted talk, and a roast all at the same time.   Rather the situation is about having unprotected sex or not or how to sexually pleasing your partner how they want to be pleased one thing is for sure.....COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE!!

For the month of May, the IRSPNSBL crew will feature the musical talents of San Antonio's own, Rex Dolce.  This week we decide to show the world a light and fun side.  Mavriq shares his curiosity of how we enter heaven and why he can not go to bed at his own leisure.  Right before the show, KK gets stopped by a mobile chop shop.  And Tina is literally on cloud 9.  This one will definitely have your stomach hurting.

The IRSPNSBL crew rewind to a topic from last week and get into their bag about how they learned to love.  In this crazy world we live in women are doomed from the start.  We also dig deep into how we learned to parent and we can all say better parenting comes with experience.  As we learn, WE GROW!!

What loyalty use to be, loyalty is now not.  The world is a forever evolving place but the only constant is your significant others phone should never be recognized by your best friend's car stereo bluetooth....LIKE EVER!!  The IRSPNSBL crew also talk accountability.  No matter if you are confronting a cheating relative or paying bills or working towards something significant, you must always know your purpose and hold yourself to a standard that makes sense.  Im lying!!  The IRSPNSBL crew didn't get that deep but we had a great conversation and greater laughs.  Just press playyyyyyyy........

Free game on this one!!  When talking relationships with others kids or separated parents there is always more than mommy and daddy and babies to consider.  And when you have others to consider, communication will always be the key to success.  The IRSPNSBL crew talk about it from the aspect of our personal lives when Tina positions a very interesting question..."Who taught us how to love?"

Round 2....FIGHT!! They say honesty is the best policy when in actuality, people just don't want to be the last one to know sh!t.  And when KK is sharing his opinion please let him have an opinion cause at the end of the day, he and Mavriq just want to be understood.  And while those two knuckleheads are in there feelings, Tina was starving herself during an abbreviated Ramadan thanks to a friend of the show, Rawi.  Hopefully she can get a meal soon cause we hear her eggs are worth 20K plus....

Let the games begin!! As we enter round one (explained later), we try to clean up some things.  With the normal banter between the IRSPNSBL crew, we begin by celebrating Tina's main squeeze Steph Curry and his record breaking performances this month.  Mavriq gets into a personal story about his daughter's history teacher's remarks about Harriet Tubman as well as a new African friend that was made over the week.  Then KK and the crew talk about how the internet is f@&king up our lives and how we realized our individuality is all we really have.

It is always good to just talk and have the conversation.  So, the IRSPNSBL crew does exactly that.  KK and Mavriq detail some of the biggest stories for the week.  They also sit and discuss music and the state of women rappers.  But, we do not just talk about the ladies.  We also dive into a real ni**a vs a real man conversation.  Not one soul is save with us.  Come listen in as we discuss other topics.  How we always get caught up in such things will never be a surprise...

The IRSPNSBL crew really threw on their big girl panties.  Starting off with the 8th DayOf The Week, the crew tackled culture appropriation, sexual assault, and domestic violence.  From there, the crew got into a good exchange during a reply from an IRSPNSBLI YOURS sent from one of the heathens.  Next, we get into our personal bag about code switching, and loyalty, and kids respecting the step-parent.  And if all that was not personal enough, the IRSPNSBL crew damn near sheds a tear when they open up about their children, death, and recognizing wounds.  This one gets a bit heavy but its always good for the soul to open up like this every once in a while.  We ask you to come join us as we have these tough conversations sprinkled with tons of laughter...

At times a conversation may sound like a debate while at other times a debate may sound like a conversation.  Well, with the IRSPNSBL crew, there is no telling what you will get.  We are really enjoying the banter that our 8th Day Of The Week creates.  If you are unfamiliar then you definitely should listen in.  This weeks 8th Day goes over reparations, pettiness, the idea of gun control, and other worldly issues added with plenty of laughter, jokes, and tangents.  When we get off the 8th Day, the crew decides to get personal and talk about relationships.  Are side-pieces the new wave, marrying a "seasoned" individual, what we want to know about our significant other and the things we do not ever want to hear, and also if we can handle that truth if it ever hits our ears.  Just press play and make sure what we have to say hits your ears...

If there was one thing Mavriq has learned while being with the IRSPNABL crew, it would be how the delivery must be an almost exact representative of the meaning or people will never hear your words.  This is something Mavriq has always disliked, so please bear with him.  Mavriq also discussed how seeking information is greater than seeking validation.  Tina also gets in her bag about rather or not do people understand what being an ally truly is.  Much more is being dicussed, so make sure you are listening in and join the conversation.

On a topic heavy week, the IRSPNSBL crew discuss some of the most publicized stories and make it relevant to us none celebrities.  When the world mentions Asian hate, the crew talks about support coming from and for different communities are key to fight against racial hate.  Instead of talking about Deshawn Watson, the crew debates the difference between allegations and convictions.  Kirk Franklin and Derrick Jaxn are both speaking truths to many and yet their words lose meaning due to them not being perfect humans.  And lastly, the IRSPNSBL crew ask the question....."Do women know how to court a man?".

So here is a week in the life of the IRSPNSBL crew.  KK almost lost an eye to a strap accident.  Our special guest was stalked by an over the phone customer service worker.  Mavriq was trying to figure out how why poeple treat their pets so crappy.  And Hey3 was running late due to a cooking and booty calls.  And without Tina this week, let's hope we can stay on track.  And you do not have to wait 90 days to get this work....

When seeking the "perfect" significant other, many topics will rise that will make and break your choice as to whom you decide to give your heart to.  You may have to determine if the one you want to love is bouncing off of a rebound type situation.  If they pass the rebound test, you may have to deal with the baggage of the one you are interested in having had prior same sex relationships.  Or maybe they are very attractive and seem to not be trusted.  Or maybe their past sneaks up from behind them and shows a racist history.  What if the one you choose has a best friend of the opposite sex.  The beginning of an intimate relationship can be very trying to most, so the IRSPNSBL crew is here to verbally navigate through these situations and have that conversation.

If you never thought the IRSPNSBL crew was problematic....hold our beer.  The best part about being in the studio is being able to disagree and yet understand one another.  From parents buying their teen child a dildo to scenario about being an a$$hole or not to online dating and rejection, the IRSPNSBL crew stand on polar extremes and bring the conversation to our heathens.  The crew even discusses burning bridges or cancelling relationships, karma, and online dating and yet still we find no common ground.  Help us sort all these thought and as always....come join the conversation.

The IRSPNSBL crew is at it again.  On this episode, we takeoff by giving our heathens the real deal on several news stories covering the CEO of Nike whose son was reselling rare sneakers to Texas lifting the mask mandate all the way to Derek Chauvin's court case as well as "transpeople" court room updates.  Mavriq always being confused or he is simply playing dumb, has a lost understanding of toxicity so KK and Tina try to school the lost soul.  And in all this talk, Mavriq finds out how his selling of dreams just my be his toxic trait...thus the title.  The cancel culture is outta hand and we must discuss this along with this crappy and biased media.  So yea, we talk about it.  And then we get controversial critiquing different methods teachers have taken to teach black history to students.  With all this being talked about maybe we need to stop cancelling the culture but instead continue the culture.  Great idea Mikey Herring.

As we embark on Women's History Month, the IRSPNSBL crew, in our very own IRSPNSBL fashion, pays homage to the greatness of women.  And trust us, we do love all women, our mothers are women.  Tina also goes into her bag to educate Mavriq and KK on what exactly lesbian adult time consist of while Mavriq tries to understand the portrayal of black women in porn.  Mavriq also underestimates how speaking raw thoughts may not be the way to go regardless of your intentions.  As we leave our heathens, we discuss our question of the week; Do you feel awkward listening to sexual/love songs by gay male artist?  And we have that talk while also attacking the cancel culture in music.  I do not think the IRSPNSBL crew will ever have the same view point on anything.

Let the IRSPNSBL crew start our banter off with the 8th Day of the (our weekly news run down for those who get information from memes).  From there we tackle the Equality Act and transpeople.  Afterwards, the IRSPNSBL crew just laughs and tell jokes with a special guest, Cedric.  Make sure you join as KK also mentions his pet peeve and Mavriq discusses his last fight.

It is always a pleasure to have a guest join the IRSPNSBL crew in the studio.  And having Cedric on the mic with the crew makes for no exception.  This session was laughter upon laughter upon laughter.  If we were not giggling about our own fears we were giggling about dealing with kids who think they run the house.  If we were not cracking up about Forest Whitaker's eye vs Lebron James hairline we were cracking up about Tina's "utility belt".  If we were not chocked up about wrong turn babies we were chocked up about answering other peoples front doors.  This episode will have your gut turning and your cheeks hurting.

Coming off the coldest week of our lives, the IRSPNSBL crew link up to tell you how South Texans handled alittle bit of alotta ice.  Tina tries to bring chill to a woman's resting bitch face.  Mavriq tries to shake and shiver off the mother of his kids.  Hey3 is too strong too slide through the city for help. And KK just freezes.  Also, the Heathens gave the IRSPNSBL crew some insight on love being earned or given as well as if dating yourselves would be something you would do.  Having the crew back is love so come and join in on the conversation d@mn it........

This is where we get into our bag.  We say join the conversation and on the B-SIDE is where the conversation is had.  Our special guest, AJ the Queen, opens up questioning self reflection vs cultural appropriation.  The IRSPNSBL crew ponder over being pro-black and dating white and also feminism and how it effects the american household.  And as always, Mavriq and AJ get into a passionate exchange involving semantics, effective communication, and accountability.  Here is where the conversations occur so make sure you join in.

Words are known to be a powerful tool.  In one breath, you can ignite a war merely from words muttered and in that very next exhale, you can bring about peace.  The IRSPNSBL crew has never been a stranger when it comes to words.  We also understand that it is not only our words that matter but the "context" that holds all the weight.  So wether Tina says "F&ck 'em!!" or Hey3 recited a sexy story just remember that if it is not for you then do not make it about you.  Now that we got that out the way, your ears should be ready to listen to the IRSPNSBL crew discuss things from sissy hand shakes to the black origins of famous sayings.  We also play a game of Culture Tag with special guest AJ the Queen.

Not all boys' nights are at bible study groups or saving kittens from trees.  Sometimes we like to cut up and let it hang, our thoughts that is.  And as Tina R.I.P.s (Rest in Pumps) on her night off, the IRSPNSBL crew adds some Chivalry and fun to our cast.  When men council we only look to heal and uplift one another.  And in doing so we discussed topics of twerking on the gram, having private conversations in the comfort of your home when words like n!gg@ are involved, the limits and loyalty of a side piece (we were not really too sure how to discuss this side piece deal cause as the world knows, black men do not cheat).  We were also questioned as to if we would feel comfortable having a woman proposed to us, if we would marrying wealthy or if there is a need of being financially sound to support a family, and how feminism has changed the roles of the households we attempt to create.  This is an earful and we all will need a shot after this one...a shot of cranberry juice that is.
