Welcome to a deeply moving love story of redemption, faith, and partnership in this episode of Intimate Conversations: Dark Night to Divine Light with Dylan Gemelli and his wife, Queenie. A God-first couple united by humility, devotion, and teamwork, they join me for an honest conversation about healing the past, choosing integrity, and building a marriage rooted in truth… and humor. Dylan shares his journey from prison, addiction, and self-destruction to faith, service, and purpose, and how meeting Queenie during the lowest chapter of his life became a turning point. Queenie reflects on seeing his heart beyond his past, receiving his truth with compassion, and choosing love without judgment. Together, they open up about what it means to place God first in marriage, not as religion, but as daily practice. Prayer, honesty, forgiveness, and humility became the foundation that allowed trust, safety, and joy to grow. Their relationship is a living example of how two imperfect people can evolve together when pride softens, responsibility leads and hearts open. We also explore how complementary differences strengthen a relationship, how playfulness and laughter coexist with devotion, and how a healthy partnership fuels purpose, leadership, and service in the world. We also talk about: -Redemption, responsibility, and owning your past without shame -Choosing honesty early and letting truth build trust -God-first marriage as daily practice, not performance -Forgiveness, humility, and resolving conflict quickly -Complementary differences as gifts for growth -Play, laughter, and joy as spiritual practices -How love and partnership fuel purpose and leadership This episode is a reminder that your past does not disqualify you, ever. And that faith can be lived through love, and that when two people choose truth, humility, and God first, something deeply beautiful becomes possible. Too many trades and construction business owners ignore their accounting until tax season hits, then spend days manually entering receipts from shoeboxes instead of using technology that does it automatically. We tackle the business operations side that gets pushed aside when you're busy doing the work that actually gets you paid. Steve reveals his manual QuickBooks process while Brad walks through why people fail to pay themselves properly, the three different rates you should be charging as owner-operator-CEO, and how to stop leaving money on the table with bad estimating. We explore tactics for building overhead into quotes without overcomplicating the math, why technology like receipt scanning apps can save days of work, and how understanding your customer's busy season changes your sales follow-up game completely.Highlights:HighlightsWhy paying yourself only after everything else is taken care of means you're getting a fraction of what you're worth instead of paying yourself first. How to calculate what you actually need to charge by separating your field labor hours from your CEO hours from your ownership compensationWhy most jobs are quoted wrong because overhead and profitability aren't properly estimated into the numbers. The garage door company example where tactical empathy in follow-up messaging closed the deal after understanding their busy season. Why seven touches before giving up beats three attempts, but only if you change your approach when the message isn't landing.Subscribe to Blue Collar BS for practical advice on running your business better. The Founderz Lounge Episode #73 with Don Varady and Steve Bon.Don and Steve are back with another round of Business & Bullsh*t, where real entrepreneurs break down what's happening in business, what's changing in culture, and what owners need to stop whining about and start fixing. This one starts light, then gets real fast. They rip through the top menu trends shaping 2025, from boba and Dubai chocolate to Korean flavors, matcha, protein overload, pickles, and the rise of mocktails as younger consumers drink less. Then Steve pulls a weird one from CES. A lollipop that lets you “listen” to music through bone conduction while you eat it. It turns into a bigger convo about why brands have to create experiences people cannot get from a screen. From there, the episode bounces through Black Rock Coffee's aggressive growth goals and what “Barista First culture” might be doing right, then shifts into theaters reinventing themselves with premium experiences, funnels, and the push toward IMAX and 3D.But the real core of this episode is the Hot Take.“It is kind of the norm now for business owners to complain about staffing issues… When are we gonna stop using it as an excuse? And I feel like we either need to adapt or die.”They unpack why “just pay people more” is not the full answer, how expectations have shifted, why career paths matter more than ever, and what it takes to get people truly engaged. Don shares a direct strategy that has worked for him, and why ownership, not just pay, is what keeps the right people around. They wrap with a Fast Five full of one-liners, old school nostalgia, and a reminder that excuses are expensive.Tune in to hear more...Timestamps:[00:00] Trailer[01:26] Founderz RoundUp[05:39] Music-Playing Lollipop Launch[07:44] Random Bullshit[10:27] Movie Theater Industry Comeback[15:36] Founderz Hot Takes[19:37] Building Career Paths for Employees[24:19] Founderz Fast Five[28:21] Bringing Back Old TechnologyKey Takeaways: • “It is kind of the norm now for business owners to complain about staffing issues… and I feel like we either need to adapt or die.” ~Don Varady• “The money coming in has to be greater than the money going out. Our world is full of light and dark. There are times when it feels like the darkness is threatening to overtake. One only needs to glance at the daily news to determine that humans are capable of unimaginable cruelty. It can be hard to believe in the power of love when so much hate persists. So what do we do? How do we hold onto hope and faith in humanity when the rage burns so intensely? This is a question we must all ponder for ourselves. Resistance can take many forms. Clicks don't pay your bills, and vanity metrics don't build profit. In this episode, Leisa slices through the hype, the jargon, and the excuses to get honest about where marketing dollars actually go to die in medical aesthetics. She covers the red flags every clinic owner should watch for when vetting an agency, why the "just give it 90 days" line deserves a serious side-eye, and the 2026 marketing reality check that most practices aren't ready for.In the members-only portion, Leisa goes deep on the business-to-business referral framework that quietly outperforms flashy ad funnels, names the specific partnership categories winning in 2026, and delivers the hard truth about why no agency can save a practice that hasn't fixed its own systems first. Eric kicks off 2026 with an audio essay rant targeted at the ham-fisted "percentage" math that people use to answer the question: "How much of a whiskey's flavor comes from the barrel?" In the censored words of George Carlin: "It's all BS, and it's bad for ya." To demonstrate this, we sift through GC-MS whiskey sample results, human neurobiology, and behavioral economics. In the end, it's a poorly posed question invented to solve a problem that doesn't exist, and it colors our expectations about flavor in harmful ways.

The Founderz Lounge Episode #71 with Don Varady and Steve Bon.Don and Steve are back with another round of Business & Bullsh*t, where real entrepreneurs break down wins, screwups, and what actually moves the needle, without the corporate fluff. At one point, Quiznos had more than 5,000 locations and was one of the fastest-growing franchise brands in the world. A few years later, it was in bankruptcy. This episode digs into how greed, broken incentives, and poor franchise decisions helped collapse a once-dominant brand, and what current and future franchise owners often overlook as a result. Walk with me into a powerful story of loss, rebirth, and fierce integrity in this unforgettable episode of Intimate Conversations: Dark Night to Divine Light with Lopa van der Mersch, Founder and returning CEO of RASA, mother, and devoted student of Tibetan wisdom traditions. Lopa returns to the podcast for her first public conversation after years of deep initiation. She opens up about the season that dismantled everything she thought she was. Divorce, single motherhood, stepping away from leadership, and the sudden loss of her home in a devastating fire that erased nearly every external marker of identity. What followed was not collapse, but a profound rebirth. We explore how this identity death reshaped her leadership, her spirituality, and her relationship with compassion. Lopa shares how people pleasing and subtle compromise once shaped her path, and why returning as CEO required an uncompromising devotion to integrity, even when it did not make financial sense. Together, we dive into Tibetan wisdom, nervous system healing, and the difference between compassion that depletes and compassion that nourishes. Lopa reveals the daily rituals that now anchor her life, from unplugging at night and beginning mornings in practice, to allowing devotion to pulse between motherhood and leadership. We also talk about embodiment, pleasure, and beauty as necessities, not luxuries, and how RASA was born not as a product, but as a devotion to creating businesses that heal rather than harm, that nourish both people and the planet. We also talk about: -Identity death and rebuilding a life after everything falls away -Leading with integrity when compromise no longer feels possible -Tibetan wisdom as a refuge in grief, betrayal, and loss -Compassion that includes the self, not just others -Nervous system rituals that support sustainable leadership -Embodiment, sensual grounding, and pleasure as medicine -Conscious business as a path of healing and service This episode is a living transmission of what it means to lead from truth, trust yourself again, and build a life that is sane, humane, and deeply soul-led. About Lopa: Lopa van der Mersch is the founder and returning CEO of Rasa, a beloved adaptogenic beverage company that has served over 20 million cups worldwide. She's a mother, a truth-seeker, and a woman who has walked through profound initiations—burnout, loss, betrayal, rebuilding, and ultimately a return to leadership with far more wisdom, compassion, and clarity than before. Guided by years of deep spiritual study—and rare Tibetan masters who helped reshape her understanding of energy, purpose, and resilience—Lopa brings a powerful blend of grounded business strategy and embodied intuition to everything she does. Her mission now is simple and radical: to build companies that nourish rather than deplete, that consciously cultivate the human virtues that make life worth living and business worth doing, and to show that commerce can be a force for real good without sacrificing our health or our humanity. This week, Lisa sits down with Sandra Silverman, author of From Bullsht to Botox* — a raw, hilarious, and deeply healing memoir about beauty, self-worth, and what happens when we finally stop outsourcing our validation. Sandy has done everything — facelifts, liposuction, lasers, lymphatic sculpting, microcurrent tools, and the full emotional transformation that comes after realizing no procedure can fix a wound that started in childhood. Her story is as real as it gets: she opens up about adoption, trauma, toxic love, divorce, and the slow, powerful process of learning to love yourself from the inside out. We also dive into the practical stuff — from the lymphatic hacks that slim and de-bloat in minutes to skincare products that actually work (spoiler: one costs $17 on Amazon). You'll learn:

The Founderz Lounge Episode #70 with Don Varady and Steve Bon.Don and Steve are back with another round of Business & Bullsh*t, where real entrepreneurs break down wins, screwups, and what actually moves the needle, without the corporate fluff. It starts with a simple observation. Protein is suddenly in everything. From Sweetgreen's 106-gram protein bowl to protein water showing up on shelves, Don and Steve question whether this trend is about fueling people or just another marketing arms race. How much is too much, and at what point does “healthy” turn into hype? From there, the conversation shifts to something just as widespread. Our growing inability to sit in silence. They dig into society's addiction to constant noise and stimulation, especially among younger generations, where background sound is always on and silence feels uncomfortable. In some cases, the absence of earbuds or white noise now triggers anxiety instead of calm. The episode wraps with sharp takes in the Founderz Hot Take and a fast-paced Founderz Fast Five, tying together food, focus, and what happens when everything in modern life gets pushed to the extreme.Timestamps:[00:00] Trailer[01:21] Founderz Roundup: Sweetgreen's protein bowl[03:37] Sound addiction[06:04] Random Bullshit[08:02] Gen Alpha[10:56] Founderz Hot Take[13:46] Founderz Fast FiveKey Takeaways: • “Humans in general are overstimulated, and they've just lost the ability to meditate.” ~Don Varady [05:18]• There was a study done where they were looking at what is basically an audio addiction. Join Kamal, Mark and me for the Aryaa 2-Week Detox beginning January 26, 2026 at www.aryaaorganic.com. Mark and I will be sharing masterclass videos and recorded teachings, and I'll be doing the detox right alongside you for my third time! Step into a conversation that feels like a sacred masculine council with Kamal Hans and Mark Jenkins on this episode of Intimate Conversations: Dark Night to Divine Light. Two men from very different worlds, united by devotion, integrity, and embodied conscious leadership, join me for a powerful dialogue about purpose, alignment and what it truly means to live and lead from the heart. Kamal shares his courageous journey of walking away from massive financial success in the tobacco industry when his body and soul could no longer tolerate misalignment. That awakening led him to donate everything he had built and devote his life to creating Aryaa Organic, blending ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern science, intention, and frequency to create food as medicine. Mark opens up about his extraordinary rise from growing up in Brooklyn during the crack era to joining the Navy at 17yrs, and how physical transformation became the doorway to confidence, leadership and service. His path from training people for free while living in the projects to training celebrities like Beyonce and the late D'Angelo, is a living example of humility, grit and embodiment. Together, we explore why true wellness must be sustainable, why detoxing is about far more than food or weight loss, and how intimacy, vitality and aligned relationships are created from the inside out. We also talk about: -Walking away from success when it costs your soul -Turning money, status and achievement into service and purpose -Food as medicine through frequency, intention and sacred design -Embodiment as the foundation of confidence and leadership -Growing up in survival yet choosing a new path forward -Why fitness alone is not wellness without nervous system regulation -Detoxing emotional suppression, numbing behaviors and old coping patterns -Intimacy as an inside job and the power of embodied generosity -Conscious business, wellness and intimacy as one unified devotion This episode is an invitation to stop outsourcing worth to external success and invest in the inner architecture that creates meaning, vitality, and love. You can also explore Mark's work at www.markjenkinsmethod.com and receive a complimentary month of his online training when you begin the detox with us. ➡️ Go check out patreon.com/allanapratt for Exclusive content! In recent years, many have expressed the proliferation of meaningless jobs. This goes beyond the burden of mundane tasks. It is the burden of not knowing if most of your working life has any benefit to society beyond the good pay. In this talk, we will look at how people have increasingly reported the sense that their work is meaningless (and potentially harmful), and then at David Graeber's work on the topic, from his influential book Bullsh*t Jobs (2018). Then we will ask if Graeber was onto something and if so, how might the Christian respond with the gospel to a society filled with telemarketers and PR departments. On this episode of Lip Service, the crew sits down with comedian Godfrey for a wide-ranging conversation that blends humor, intellect, and raw honesty. Godfrey breaks down why the best comedians are often the most informed, how reading and curiosity shape great conversation, and why “double intelligence” is essential to comedy. He opens up about funding and independently releasing his stand-up special Rebel With a Cause, sharing behind-the-scenes stories involving unexpected support, industry politics, and trusting the right people. The conversation also dives into discipline, health, food prep on the road, gym routines, and why taking care of yourself is non-negotiable—especially as you get older. Along the way, Godfrey gives candid takes on relationships, dating dynamics, masculinity, spiritual skepticism, and why he refuses to follow trends just to fit in. Unfiltered, hilarious, and thoughtful—this episode is classic Lip Service energy with a deeper look into how Godfrey thinks, works, and lives.

Holly Swenson's presence instantly softens a room. An award-winning author, registered nurse, wellness advocate, and mother of four boys, she carries a rare blend of grounded wisdom, calm authority, and deep maternal devotion. Her life and work are rooted in presence, intentionality, and the belief that how we live and parent today shapes generations to come. Welcoming Holly to this episode of Intimate Conversations, opening Season 14, Dark Night to Divine Light, there was a felt sense of steadiness, elegance, and emotional safety as we explored what it truly means to parent and live from a regulated nervous system, a full heart, and a conscious yes to life. In this nourishing and deeply practical conversation we explored: How Holly cultivated her calm not because life was easy, but because adversity taught her how to become the calm in the storm, supported by daily rituals of quiet, meditation, and intentional presence. What it actually looks like to create non-negotiable space for oneself as a parent, including waking before the household, lighting a candle, making tea, and tending her inner world before tending to everyone else. Why boundaries are acts of love, not control, and how consistency, kindness, and clarity help children feel safe, respected, and empowered to develop their own sense of self. The importance of co-regulation in partnership and parenting, and how choosing to remain grounded instead of reactive can de-escalate emotional storms and restore connection in moments of overwhelm. How Holly and her husband stay aligned as parents through open communication, mutual respect, and shared values, creating a stable emotional foundation for their family. Why screen boundaries matter deeply for mental health, including no phones at the dinner table, no phones in bedrooms, and intentional unplugging during family time and vacations to restore true connection. Holly's powerful STOP, DROP, GROW & GLOW framework, beginning with slowing down and self-reflection, releasing old patterns and trauma, cultivating supportive habits, and finally embodying a life of aligned self-care and presence. Her reflections on motherhood as a sacred initiation, including releasing guilt around staying home, honoring caregiving as meaningful work, and trusting the seasons of life as they unfold. The truth that children are some of our greatest teachers, offering wisdom, presence, and reminders to slow down, notice, and live with wonder. Why softness is not weakness, and how strong, loving leadership in families comes from being both firm and tender, embodied and emotionally available. This conversation is an invitation to pause, breathe, and remember what truly nourishes a family and a soul. It reminds us that presence is medicine, that boundaries create safety, and that when parents tend their own inner world, they give their children a lifelong gift of emotional resilience and love. You can connect with Holly, explore her book Stop, Drop, Grow & Glow, receive her complimentary Peace in the Pause challenge, and learn more about her Glow Forward parenting course at www.liveyourglow.live. ➡️ Go check out patreon.com/allanapratt for Exclusive content! Don and Steve are back with another round of Business & Bullsh*t, where real entrepreneurs break down wins, screwups, and what actually moves the needle, without the corporate fluff. It starts with a simple question. What is the most you would ever pay for a cup of coffee? That question gets real when a café in Dubai offers a $980 cup made from rare Nido 7 Geisha beans, with only 400 cups available worldwide. Absurd, or brilliant? From there, the conversation opens up into a deeper look at business reinvention, brand fatigue, and the real cost of change. Don and Steve unpack Panera's return to its “apex,” focusing on value, menu refreshes, and the decision to prioritize food over flashy tech. That leads into a broader discussion about innovation versus human connection, and what brands risk losing when they chase trends instead of trust. Don also shares firsthand challenges from the ongoing Clean Eatz rebrand. The episode wraps with sharp takes on skyrocketing Super Bowl ad costs, shifting brand loyalty among Gen Z, pop culture detours, bourbon mashups, and a fast-paced round of the Founderz Fast Five.Timestamps:[00:00] Trailer[01:03] Founderz Round Up: Panera[05:40] Super Bowl Commercials[08:17] Pop Culture: Nicki Minaj[10:05] Jeffrey Epstein[11:29] Social Media Update[11:56] Lululemon Stock[15:06] Strange News[17:07] Weekly Mashup[20:41] Hot Takes: Modern Heritage[26:18] Founderz Fast FiveKey Takeaways: • Gen Z is cutting spending by 13% this year. There are some moments when my life gently asks me to sit down, soften, feel and tell the truth. This solo episode of Season 14 marks a moment, recorded at sunset in Santa Fe, opening under the theme Dark Night to Divine Light. This episode is a quiet, powerful homecoming and nourishing personal reflection of why I have returned to solo episodes and why I coach. Not from theory. Not from branding. But from lived experience, grief, integration, and devotion to Truth. In this tender and revealing episode, I explore what happens when we stop suppressing our feelings and stop performing to keep others happy. I speak about how every time we abandon a part of ourselves, that separation echoes outward into our relationships. And how, when we bring those parts home, something in us finally rests. Our nervous system softens. Our presence deepens. Our intimacy becomes real. This is what it means to meet ourselves, so we can be truly met by another. I share about moving into my new home in Santa Fe after seven years of living nomadically, and the grief that arose when I let go of a dream that did not unfold the way I once imagined. The grief associated with accepting life as it is, rather than how I hoped it would be, made me melancholy. And yet that acceptance became a doorway to peace, power and deeper alignment. This episode explores why living in the "why?" keeps us stuck in our heads, spinning in analysis, while avoiding the feelings that actually want our presence. I speak about the alchemy that happens when we allow ourselves to feel fully. Pain does not just pass. It transforms. Shame becomes wisdom. Betrayal becomes clarity. Fear becomes embodied knowing. We are MORE from feeling. I share client stories that illustrate this truth, from individuals learning to come home to their bodies after years of over-intellectualizing, to couples transforming their relationships through radical honesty, presence, and community witnessing. From a young man whose nervous system finally found safety, to couples renewing vows not from obligation but from Soul Truth. Throughout the episode, I return again and again to the heart of my work. Coaching is not about fixing or saving. It is about walking with someone into the places they thought were unfeelable, staying present, and bowing to their courage as they reclaim themselves. It is about integrity, ownership and humility. I cannot ask someone to do what I am unwilling to do myself. This solo is also a meditation on the mystery and the beauty of NOT knowing. I reflect on how the question "What if?" does not have to lead to worse case scenario fear. It can lead to wonder. What if it turns out better than you ever imagined? What if love finds you? What if your presence becomes the answer to someone else's prayer? This episode is an invitation to live with your heart splayed wide open. To welcome your darkness and your light, to be with it all. To remember that intimacy begins within, and that when we come home to ourselves, we discover we were never separate from the Divine at all. Thank you for being here. Manex Ibar feels like ancient wisdom wrapped in warmth, wonder and a major dose of otherworldly badassness. A mystic, shaman, and visionary entrepreneur, he bridges sacred tradition with evolutionary science, guiding individuals and organizations to awaken higher consciousness and remember who they truly are. It was such an honor to welcome him back to Intimate Conversations to close season 13, "Heart Broken Open." Our dialogue was a tapestry of mysticism, science, and raw humanity — exploring near-death initiations, divine downloads, and the creation of his revolutionary system, The Sphinx Code. In this extraordinary and soul-stirring conversation we explored how Manex's life has been shaped by profound initiations, from being struck by lightning to literally drowning and being brought back to life with the help of a whale. He shared how these experiences opened channels of divine communication and seeded his lifelong devotion to integrating ancient teachings with modern understanding. We explored the origin story of the Sphinx Code, a system he downloaded that weaves together archetypal psychology, sacred geometry, numerology, and the Fibonacci sequence. It maps the subconscious architecture of the soul and reveals each person's unique blueprint for transformation. What began as a mystical insight became a tangible app and oracle system that has transformed lives worldwide. Manex revealed how the Tarot, once dismissed by him as a "fun game," became a sacred frequency map guiding human evolution. He described how each archetype vibrates with a specific frequency, forming a dance between the masculine and feminine energies within us. Together, we looked at my own Sphinx Code chart — and how "Death," my harmony card, symbolizes transformation, transcendence, and the pure joy of spiritual rebirth. He spoke of meeting his wife, Victoria, and how her mathematical and astrological brilliance expanded the Sphinx Code by integrating it with the I Ching, Kabbalah, and astrology. Their co-creation revealed that wisdom is not meant to be owned but shared, evolving through union and humility. We also touched on the sacred lessons of being human — divorce, fatherhood, and love as initiation. Manex shared how heartbreak, like the lightning and the waves, can strip us bare only to reconnect us to the Divine pulse of life. He reminded us that pain can be sacred when it humbles the ego and reawakens devotion to purpose. This conversation is a portal — a remembrance that we are each an unfolding code of consciousness, pulsing with divine intelligence. It invites you to honor both your mystical and human nature, to dance between the seen and unseen, and to live as your full embodied light. You can explore your own archetypal blueprint and the Sphinx Code at sphinxcode.com. ➡️ Go check out patreon.com/allanapratt for Exclusive content! Gogmazios is a pussycat in comparison. 0:15 - Larian studio good. Larian CEO bad. 26:23 - Compared to the original, the Trails in the Sky remake comes up short a few regards but overall, was very enjoyable 50:09 - Gogmazios doesn't hold a candle to the difficulty or raw spectacle of a triple Blangonga fight in the arena! The Founderz Lounge Episode #66 with Don Varady and Steve Bon.Don and Steve are back with another round of “Business & Bullsh*t,” where real entrepreneurs talk wins, screwups, and what actually moves the needle in business without the corporate fluff. They kick things off with camping like “homeless men” and wild childhood clubhouse stories, then pivot into why U.S. franchise chains are growing faster internationally than at home and what that really says about brand strategy. From there, they get brutally honest about restaurant standards, why most places lose customers to complacency instead of competition, and the consulting contract that almost ended Don's company and completely changed how he looks at legal protection.Along the way, they hit everything from DoorDash quietly exploding with Boomers and Gen X to Stiller's Soda, strange news, and a rapid-fire round of business lessons, bad decisions, and hard-earned perspective.Hit play for a straight shot of real talk on growth, risk, and what happens when your standards drift before your sales do.Timestamps:[00:00] Trailer[00:50] Founderz Roundup: International franchising[02:53] DoorDash[04:16] Pop Culture Bull Sh*t: Stiller's Soda[05:21] Social Media Update[06:41] Strange News: PepsiCo[07:43] Weekly Mash-Up[07:46] Netflix and Ring Doorbell[09:03] Founderz Hot Take[10:11] Founderz Fast Five[10:17] Childhood memories[11:06] Devil's Night[11:26] Clubhouse in the woods[12:21] Business lesson[13:28] Partnership[14:56] Strangest things seen while driving[16:35] Movie titleKey Takeaways: • 2024, U.S based chains that expanded outside of the U.S. posted a 4.8% cumulative international growth versus 1.4% domestically. ~Don Varady [01:13]• “Your product isn't the problem. After working with Ken for about four years online, I had no idea that an in person session would turn out to be one of our deepest sessions ever, RIGHT before welcoming him back to the Podcast in person! From our very first conversation years ago, to now hugging him in person for the first time, his unique gift of Divine Presence has changed my life. I feel so safe to face my darkest shadows in his profound presence of truth, humility, and the Divine. I've become such a more embodied coach, friend and woman with his support. In this connected and extraordinary conversation we explored… -How Ken went from being a mortgage lender to being called into his work as a healer, starting with a silent meditation retreat that changed the course of his life. -His unique gift of guiding people beyond concepts into direct embodied spiritual experience, where the divine is not an idea but a lived reality. -What "soul embodiment" truly means, dropping from the head into the hips and into the raw, unfiltered experience of being. -Ken's early years of integration, when the sheer energy moving through him would cause convulsions, and how over time his nervous system expanded it's capacity to hold the depth of transmission. -The profound humility he carries in his work, never claiming power over another but instead walking alongside them in the sacred space of discovery. -Our shared reflections on surrender, vulnerability, and allowing ourselves to feel terror, grief, and raw emotion without judgment—trusting that integration and intimacy with the divine will emerge from being with what is. -His teachings on the developmental stages of consciousness, from disempowered to empowered to integrated, and how each stage invites us into deeper wholeness and love. -The reminder that true intimacy with ourselves, each other, and the divine is found not in certainty, but in surrendering to the unknown. I've heard in the past the concept that everyone is inside of me, yet working with Ken I've had the embodied experience of it's truth. We really ARE all One. This conversation is an invitation to embrace and welcome feeling all aspects of yourself without judgment, to experience yourself as the divine, not as an idea but as a living embodiment. Ken reminds us that we don't need to have it figured out, we only need to surrender, feel, and allow the unknown to reveal its sacred beauty as our very life. How blessed I am to walk with this man on my journey. ➡️ Go check out patreon.com/allanapratt for Exclusive content! About Ken: Ken W. As mayor of Baltimore and then governor of Maryland, Martin O'Malley used transparency and statistics to drive his city and state forward into the Information Age. And then he — literally — wrote the book on the subject. His conclusion after more than a decade in public office? "We live in a time of enormous opportunity," O'Malley said on the latest episode of How To Really Run A City to our hosts, former Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, former Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter and Citizen Co-founder Larry Platt. "It's the dawning of the Third Industrial Revolution. People want to believe that tomorrow can be better than today." O'Malley, a former Social Security Administration Commissioner and Irish clan chieftain, knows the stakes of the current political moment. Yes, you have to lead with joy. But to get people back from the brink of political despair, you've got to get shit done at the local level, because if we can't deliver the goods of a republic – the services that make a republic worth having — then we can't blame people for not following us. "Over the last 20 years," O'Malley said, "trust in the federal government has fallen to an all-time low. But trust in local government – in city government – has held steady." Join us for a no-nonsense episode with a no-nonsense leader who knows how to get shit done at multiple governing levels — and whose prescription for both his Democratic party and the country write large are lessons we should learn to preserve what matters about living in America. I've coached for more than 20 years. And every step of the way I've had several coaches who reveal my blind spots, encourage me to move beyond my edges, and enhance my mastery which I'm honored to pay forward with breathtaking results for my cherished clients. Most of these coaches have been one-on-one, yet every few years I join a group coaching program and meet phenomenal colleagues. In my current teacher trainer coaching program with John Wineland, right out of the gate a lovely woman reached out from the UK saying she felt a special connection to me and wanted to get to know each other better. Wow. Talk about feeling seen and valued. Now for over a year we've been connecting before or after the live workshops for dinner or even a trip to the Turkish baths, as well as checking in online with each other's brave, soulful journeys. Kate Joyner is a true blessing in my life and what a treat to dive deeper into her magic and mastery Live in Mallorca, Spain for the podcast. In this beautiful. delicious, witchy, intimate conversation we discussed... -How she's lived on the edge of a national protected forest for several years communing in sacred relationship with nature. -How as women we've lost our magic, magic that originated in the temples and when persecuted, we fled to the forests, hunted and hiding our light, wisdom and Magic, fearing for our lives. -How we can't truly lose our magic forever, it's in there- she helps to ignite it in extraordinary rituals, ceremonies, practices, initiations and celebrations she facilitates globally as women reclaim their true essence. -How she fully embraces the transformative power of the shadow, the darkness, the underworld, and craves of romantic life partner who can meet her there and even take her deeper. -How our true light is found through embracing our dark emotions, the depth of our underworld, our messiness, letting go of control, all of it is the path to light and love. -How she's committed to deeply honoring her intuition as she makes choices from her knowing not her mind, such as living in South America after her father passed and now, leaving that beautiful forest knowing her time there is complete as she embraces moving back to the States. -How in my opinion, her embracing of her Darkness is so alluring, she's deeply joyful as opposed to surface happy, she's trustable because she won't bullshit you, she's an accurate barometer of Truth and I'm honored and delighted to call her my sister. ➡️ Go check out patreon.com/allanapratt for Exclusive content! There are some moments when you just have to pinch yourself. The Universe conspired to weave two paths together… I had JUST had lunch with upcoming Podcast Guest Stephanie James who mentioned her line up for her upcoming workshop. Then my Calendar revealed a Podcast interview with a familiar name… Lisa Campion, a brilliant psychic mentor, author, and healer whose heart and wisdom shine so brightly. Turns out Lisa and Stephanie are besties! What a delight to discover my world is getting smaller and smaller! And what an honor to feature Lisa's psychic gifts, evolution of her capacities and her mission to help sensitives embrace their superpowers. In this rich and magical conversation, we explored… -How Lisa discovered her psychic gifts as a child, grew into her calling at 19, and eventually created her own modality, Quantum Healing -What it means to shift from 3D identity into 5D consciousness — releasing ego, competition, and old karmic contracts to live from the heart -The sometimes painful "purges" of body, mind, and emotions that prepare us to embody higher frequencies of light -How her Reiki practice transformed into transmitting pure light energy, and why so many students are now drawn to learn this next-level healing work -Lisa's take on fluidly moving between 3D (practical life), 4D (intuition/psychic), and 5D (unity consciousness) so we can stay grounded while still expanding -Our shared experiences with clients shifting from old teacher–student hierarchies into true co-creation, empowerment and embodiment -The ecstatic states of union with the divine we can access through dance, movement, and embodied practices like Flamenco and Biadanza -How healing and intimacy happen not only in sessions but in community, connection, and the courage to let old stories die so our true soul essence can rise. Lisa's joy, gifts and authenticity are such a gift to the world. Her vision is clear: to train an army of healers and lightworkers who uplift humanity one conscious soul at a time. Her answers to my questions on After the Show on Patreon (www.Patreon.com/allanapratt) reveal even more vulnerabilities of our lives as single moms, our love of dance and our heart's most precious dreams. ➡️ Go check out patreon.com/allanapratt for Exclusive content! About Lisa: Lisa Campion is not your grandma's psychic. She's the mentor you wish you'd met before you started doubting your own gifts. Since childhood, Lisa's been seeing energy, colors, and the kinds of spirits most people only talk about on Halloween—except, for her, it was Tuesday. These days, she's the go-to resource for every emerging psychic, empath, and "I-feel-too-much" healer who secretly suspects the world needs them. (It does. She'll prove it.) As the founder of Quantum Light Wave Healing and author of four books—including the best-selling The Art of Psychic Reiki —Lisa is equal parts quantum science geek and kitchen-table mystic. Forget vague "trust the universe" advice, Lisa translates your intuition and psychic hits into practical tools you can use to transform lives, starting with your own. Her mission? Radical, but simple: train an army of healer to go out there and save the planet one conscious soul at a time. If you've ever felt too sensitive, too "out there," or just plain too psychic, Lisa is here to show you that's really your superpower. Off-duty, you'll find her gardening, dancing her heart out, or watching old sci-fi movies, delighting in every scrap of magic this world can throw at her. (Yes, she's probably barefoot. No, she's not judging your crystals.) Ready to find your own next-level psychic gifts? Drop your story at LisaCampion.com , sign up for her newsletter, or just leave her a comment about your own psychic adventures. Seriously. She reads them all.
