(too insignificant, too weak, too poor, too challenged, etc.) • Zacharias had a problem believing God could do what He said. Mary's only question was practical, functional. è Mary's responses exemplify that PREPERATION, AND DEVELOPMENT come before MANIFESTATION. • Mary's worship and declaration were evidence of her heart's preparation. (Luke 1:46-55) ✸ Mary's spirit was “pregnant” with the Word of God before her body was pregnant with the Child of God.

Send us a Text Message.VIDEO PODCAST HEREWe begin a discussion on what the Book of Mormon  teaches about life after death and specifically the lack of teaching on the "Prison House"   There is a much different plan of salvation taught in revelations that came after the Book of Mormon.  It involves charts and graphs and different levels of glories as well as places people are housed until they can be resurrected.  Teaching alludes to the ability to possibly repent on the other side of the vail and receive some kind of glory, maybe being with the Father, of maybe "just" the Son or the Holy Spirit.    None of this is found in the Book of Mormon.  This episode may present more questions then answers but we have additional videos planned on this topic of what happens when we die and what does the Book of Mormon say compared to our church traditions. The feast of Maundy (or Holy) Thursday solemnly commemorates the institution of the Eucharist and is the oldest of the observances peculiar to Holy Week. Holy Thursday was taken up with a succession of ceremonies of a joyful character. the baptism of neophytes, the reconciliation of penitents, the consecration of the holy oils, the washing of the feet, and commemoration of the Blessed Eucharist. A short little part of my podcast from Conner that aired two weeks ago. Conner runs for NIKE and runs distances from the 1500m to Marathon. He is currently intently training for the 2024 US Olympic Marathon Trials, which will take place on February 3rd in Orlando, Flordia.  Previous to his professional running career, he competed for BYU, where he was a multiple-time NCAA Champion and debatably the greatest runner to ever come out of that program.  Conner holds PRs of 1:46.99 in the 800m, 3:36.29 in the 1500m, and 3:52.76 in the Mile.  In today's conversation, Conner and I discuss NCAA athletes running fast at altitude, his recent training, closing a workout in a 4:09 mile, being mentored by Jared Ward, his thoughts on the trials, and so much more! Lucas Stauffer is an American born professional soccer player who has traveled the world playing the beautiful game. He's found success both domestically and abroad, and has challenged himself to find opportunities to grow himself both on and off the field. At a very early age he was tested in Holland and Denmark, an experience that really opened his eyes to the levels around the world. Lucas also enjoyed a fruitful career at Creighton University, before being taken 26th overall in the MLS draft by the Vancouver Whitecaps. Most recently he's spent time at the historically massive Carl Zeiss Jena in Germany and at the Las Vegas Lights in the USL Championship. We spoke about going abroad at a young age, proving yourself in trials and in preseasons, reaching out to clubs, Regionalliga and USL Championship comparisons, the importance of good relationships in the game, time without clubs, consistently being overlooked but always showing his worth, and how proper preparation is something he prides himself on. While attending PodFest a week or so ago, I had the TV on in my hotel room and caught some of the analysis on for the AFC Championship game. As I listened, I thought how they spend so much time, so many hours preparing for the games that they almost run out of things to talk about. I'm an Eagles fan, so I'm thrilled that it will be the Eagles against the Chiefs for the Super Bowl, and I'm really hoping the Eagles will win. There have been thousands of hours of analysis to prepare the fans for the Super Bowl—imagine if they did all the analysis and had all the conversations, but didn't play the game? That would be crazy—but this is a struggle I see Realtors having a lot. They think about what they can do to improve their business, but that's ALL they do. They have talked and prepared and prayed and planned, but at some point it becomes time to stop preparing and take action. The time for analysis is over—it's time to play the game. Don't get me wrong, I'm all about dreaming. If you've listened to my podcast for any length of time, you know I've probably got more ideas than anyone in the world. Even with all the plates I have spinning, there comes a time where I've processed enough and it's time to get moving. I encourage you to do the same. Don't have so many ideas that you don't take action. I hope you can apply this to your real estate business. If you've been discussing and thinking for a long time, maybe you need to make that jump–make that decision. Make sure you're moving forward. The biggest struggle is overthinking, and the only bad decision you can make is not making one. Stop overthinking and start making decisions.
