Let's talk about 2023....how was it for you? Mine was fairly on the horrible side after the unexpected loss of my mom. Let's talk about dreams and how I incorporate it into my spiritual practices. It's usually a hugely untapped spiritual area for people. Give this a shot and you may be incredibly surprised at how messages can come through to help you in real life. In short, have a protection practice before opening yourself up to spiritual connections in your dreams; set an intention to receive from source/god messages for your highest and best (on whatever topic); and be open to the timing and symbology that can come through.  If you're telling yourself you can't remember dreams, that's your problem. Not only does life feel like it's constantly changing but it's not slowing down either. In the past, these times usually put me into a frantic energy or unsettled feeling or a "well I just gotta get through it (and avoid emotions completely)" attitude. Processing tough or hectic seasons with energy management practices has helped me greatly. I have a critique on the current ghost show culture out there. My critique involves our ethical obligation in that interaction, as well as our ethical obligations to the living souls who have been living or working in an area with paranormal activity.  We need to do better.
