Episode 1:In this episode, Blaise Foret and Aaron Guetterman discuss the purpose of the Wake-Up and Win podcast before catching you up on how they arrived where they are today.Aaron went from serving tables to the military to earning $250,000/yr at 25 years old through an entrepreneurial venture. The lifestyle was there, married, kids, cars, a beautiful home… until the economy turned upside down in 2008. After 2 years of working as a stonemason for $25,000/yr, a fraction for what he was used to, Aaron sold a set of drums to attend an insurance agency conference, the belief to get to a 7 figure income came alive.Spoiler alert: Aaron hit it two years ago.Blaise's storyBlaise also shares his story of how he started working with Aaron through the Leazer Group. After years of speaking, preaching, and leading others, Blaise found himself at 32 back to the job he had at 18, working as a barista in a coffee shop. Committed to doing great work no matter what it paid, Blaise was often mistaken for the owner of the shop. Frustrated with his financial situation and believing he was capable of much more, he decided to join a car dealership to see what he could do.Within 3 months Blaise was in the top 3 of the salesman at the dealership and started selling 15-20 cars a month. While the money was good and the opportunity was great, Blaise realized he needed a commission sales job that didn't negatively impact his home life.He started in the Leazer Group shortly after and earned $120k in his first year. Wake Up and Win is about reaching more people looking to develop the skills, habits, and processes that create six-figure incomes, regardless of your industry.
