I found this statement that simply jumped out at me from Dolphins Enlighten (@embracetruejoy) and it reminds me to just keep doing good!! This was part of it: “All it takes is one person to start and make a change for the good and impact the world greatly.” The main part that is really simple when you look at it was this: “I cannot do all the good that the world needs. But the world needs all the good that I can do.” Each person has their world changed by bit of kindness, encouragement, love, helpful action, etc. So remember, it's not necessarily the ENTIRE world, but each “world” of a person that you are able to help in some way. I need to remember this a bit more often. The “world” does need more of us doing this for sure. Thanks for listening. Send us a textKute has been recognized as the “Mindfulness guru that billionaires go to for advice” by Inc Magazine. With a high social media profile, he has been featured on the Larry King Now Show, Dr. Drew, NPR, Fox and Friends, Mind Body Green, and many more. His interview with Tom Bilyeu on the popular podcast, Impact Theory, as well as Bulletproof podcast received rave reviews. With everything going on in the world, there's never been a more important time to discuss the topic of surrender. The Magic of Surrender is a guide to move you past inner struggle to discover the power of letting go of control and how letting go leads to more. Typically surrender is considered passive. Kute wants to show people it isn't about giving up, it's about being strong and courageous. It's about tapping in. This inspiring book shows how surrender is a key factor in the lives of so many great people throughout history and shows how readers can move past barriers in their life to discover the freedom and possibility on the other side of surrender. Saw this image of a poster on a city wall - it came from Drew Maddux (@DrewMaddux) and before that quote, he asks: “Are you willing to outlast the wait?!” The quote on this poster: “The ‘win' is coming, don't let the ‘when' worry you.” The key is to just keep working hard. Good habits over and over make a difference. Thanks for listening. I think so many people, at different times in life, get caught up with this one. I found it from Motivational Quotes (@motivational) and it was simply titled, “Don't worry”. It's all about how we need to not worry about what people are thinking about us, or not liking us; when really they are working on liking themselves. As we get older I think we see the truth in this and I know that I wished that I had learned this earlier. Thanks for listening. I found this powerful, yet simple reminder about what growth is not connected to. Motivational Quotes (@motivational) reminds us that: “Anyone who has grown mentally, physically, or spiritually knows that growth is not found in comfort.” Don't get me wrong, there are times to be comfortable for sure. But, I know I can't spend most of every day looking to simply be comfortable. I need to put action behind things that I must do, get to do, want to do, etc. Talk with that person in the mirror to see what's next for you to tackle. Thanks for listening. The Thought Leader Revolution Podcast | 10X Your Impact, Your Income & Your Influence
“There are basically only two reasons you face a challenge. You're being guided… or you're aware you need to change direction, but you're kicking and screaming, not wanting to go.”Success often stalls not because of a lack of effort, but because of misalignment between your conscious goals and subconscious beliefs. When internal narratives contradict what you're trying to achieve—like the fear that success means being alone or hurting others—you hit invisible limits. This episode unpacks how those hidden patterns form and what it takes to shift out of them, so your energy stops working against you and starts moving things forward.Dr. Lise Janelle shares how she helps high performers remove unconscious blocks that quietly sabotage growth. Her Heart Freedom Method reveals where old stories are creating resistance, and clears them without years of analysis. Whether you're plateaued at a certain income, feeling burnt out, or constantly second-guessing yourself, her process brings clarity and restores momentum. With practical examples from Olympic athletes and entrepreneurs, she explains how alignment leads to breakthroughs—personally and financially.Dr. Lise Janelle is a success coach, former chiropractor, and creator of the Heart Freedom Method. She's the author of Conversations with the Heart and co-author of the upcoming book Unstuck with Jack Canfield. Her mission is to help people achieve their full potential by aligning their mind, heart, and subconscious so they can experience lasting success and fulfillment.Expert action steps:1. Use challenges as fuel. When obstacles show up, pause and ask how they can serve your growth instead of questioning your worth.2. Be your own biggest supporter. Treat yourself with the same encouragement and compassion you'd offer a best friend, especially when things get tough.3. Get clear on who you are and what you want. Even if it's scary, defining your purpose and direction will inspire action and move you forward with confidence.Learn more & connect:1.
