Aicha Bascaro is not new to franchising. She is a 25+ year veteran in the food industry who started as a delivery driver and, through the years, was promoted to Area Supervisor, Franchise Consultant, Director, and Brand Vice President. She ran an organization for a franchisee and even built her own prototype brand. She was worked in domestic and international operations. She is the author of The Franchise Fix and shares why social media is not only important to franchisors but franchisees.
