Listen as Pastor Rob McCoy—Charlie Kirk's pastor and close friend—addresses the conspiracy theories targeting those closest to Charlie, explains why Christians must reject speculation and "vain babbling," and issues an urgent call to pastors about the moment we're in.Charlie Kirk discipled an entire generation out of intellectual slavery. He gave them biblical confidence and taught them how to think. Now, in the aftermath of his death, Christians are being swept into conspiracy theories instead of focusing on what God is doing through this tragedy. Pastor Rob explains why this is spiritual warfare, how to maintain biblical peace amid chaos, and why this revival will fail without proper discipleship.✅ YOU'LL LEARN:How to apply 2 Timothy 2:14-17 to conspiracy theories and speculationWhy joy (not happiness) and peace (not absence of conflict) matter nowThe Moses/Joshua framework: Charlie freed them, pastors must lead themWhy the Jesus Movement had massive conversions but zero cultural impactWhat discipleship (not conversion) actually looks like in practice
Pastor Rob Ketterling reminds us that the same God who designed the laws of nature still moves beyond them. When we open our eyes, we begin to see His hand bringing order where there should be chaos, healing where there was pain and faith where there was doubt.

Pastor Stephen Martin and Pastor Rob McCoy share powerful testimony from Charlie Kirk's memorial service, revealing the biblical pattern of martyrdom and why faithful witness always produces revival. Drawing direct parallels to Stephen's stoning in Acts 7, Pastor Stephen explains the three results that always follow martyrdom: explosive church growth, new courageous leaders rising, and former enemies becoming brothers in Christ. Pastor Rob—who spent four days with Charlie in Korea just before his death—shares intimate stories revealing Charlie's true character: his incorruptible integrity with money, his servant heart toward waitresses and strangers, his hours of daily Scripture study, and his passion for leading people to Jesus. He addresses the conspiracy theories dividing Christians and calls believers back to biblical perspective. Charlie wasn't killed for his rhetoric or tone—he was martyred because he spoke God's truth in a world that hates God's truth. The result? 1.4 billion people watched his memorial and revival is breaking out across America. This episode will challenge you to examine your own courage, confront gossip and division, and trust God's sovereignty even when evil seems to win.✅ Why martyrdom always causes the church to explode in growth✅ The biblical pattern from Acts 7 that's repeating today✅ Charlie's real character: stories from someone who knew him intimately✅ How to maintain biblical perspective during cultural persecution✅ Why conspiracy theories dishonor martyrs and grieve the Holy Spirit✅ The three results of martyrdom Christians are witnessing right nowRelated Scripture Study:

This week, Pastor Rob unpacks the powerful parable of the unforgiving servant (Matthew 18:21–35) and shows us that forgiveness isn't about forgetting — it's about freedom.Through five thought-provoking questions, we're invited to look honestly at our hearts and how we handle offense:1️⃣ Does God keep score?2️⃣ Why does God frame forgiveness in terms of debt?3️⃣ What is the unpayable debt we owe God?4️⃣ How should we respond when that debt is wiped clean?5️⃣ What does it mean to be “delivered to the torturers” until repayment?Pastor Rob reminds us that forgiveness is not condoning, tolerating, or reconciling without accountability. Instead, forgiveness is freedom—freedom from keeping accounts, from bitterness, and from the cycle of being an offended offender.

Pastor Rob grew up in tumult and trauma that built in him an alcoholic addiction by age 11 and a hard heart. An encounter with Jesus, though, took him from a place of hatred to grace. Pastor Rob has found himself called to extending unconditional love to people he once marginalized, building safe spaces on the same ground he used to stand on to attack those he once saw as less worthy. Listen in to hear this encouraging story that lives out Ezekiel 36:26 of a heart of stone being replaced by a heart of flesh.
When we do not know what to pray, the Psalms gives us language to speak back to God. Pastor Rob reminds us that the entire book of Psalms is rich with prayers for all seasons of life-joy, gratitude, need, grief, and many more. Turn to God's gift of the Psalms to form your praise and prayers. This week, focus on one word, verse, or chapter from the Psalms to pray through intentionally.New North is financially sustained through your partnership.
