Brie attacks Palmer Tech, holding the board hostage until Felicity turns herself over. Curtis tracks down Oliver's hideout, discovering his secret in the process, so that he can offer his help to the team to save Felicity, her mother, and Thea. The team arrives at Palmer Tech, but Oliver is stung by one of Brie's robotic bees. Back at the hideout, Curtis realizes the sting actually implanted a bee within Oliver and it is replicating itself. Laurel uses her Canary Cry to disrupt the frequency controlling the bees to save Oliver. Felicity is able to evacuate the board members, while Brie reveals she is after the chip because she has a tumor that is going to leave her paralyzed. Curtis develops a virus to shut down the bees, which works and uses them to stop Brie. In flashbacks, Oliver goes after Reiter who reveals that the idol has already started to grant him mystical powers. As his powers dwindle, Reiter escapes into the tunnels. Andy Diggle tells his brother that he was approached by Malcolm about a plan to break Darhk out of prison. Oliver and Diggle foil H.I.V.E.'s plan, but it turns out to be a ruse designed to let Malcolm and League followers invade the bunker and steal Darhk's idol. The team attempts to locate Malcolm, with Andy providing intel. Malcolm delivers the idol to Darhk, but it will not work because it is incomplete. Diggle reveals to Andy that he personally hid the missing piece in another location. Oliver does not trust Andy and confronts him; Diggle interrupts the interrogation and sides with his brother. Darhk orchestrates a prison riot, and the team sets out to stop him, with Andy joining them. However, when the team reaches Darhk, Andy turns on them and gives Darhk the missing piece to his idol. With his powers restored, Darhk stabs Laurel as revenge upon Captain Lance before escaping with Malcolm, Andy, and several inmates. Laurel later dies at the hospital. In flashbacks, Oliver helps the island prisoners escape and sets off a bomb to bury Reiter and keep him from leaving the tunnels. Flash - "Flash Back" and "Versus Zoom" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_The_Flash_(2014_TV_series)_episodes#Season_2_.282015.E2.80.9316.29 Barry travels back in time to when Hartley Rathaway attacked the team, and changes places with his past self in order to have Dr. Harrison Wells/Eobard Thawne help him solve the Speed Force equation. However, after a Time Wraith follows Barry to the past, Eobard deduces Barry's deception and attempts to kill him. Barry is able to convince Eobard that his plan succeeds in the future, but that in order to maintain it, he must help Barry become faster. The wraith comes to the lab, where Caitlin and Cisco are forced to accept help from a captured Hartley to deter the wraith. Afterward, the Barry from the current time arrives, forcing an explanation of the time travel event. Eobard provides the future Barry with the information needed to solve the formula, so that he can return to his time. Before he leaves, Barry tells Caitlin and Cisco to find a way to stop the wraith. As Barry prepares to make the jump through time, the wraith arrives, which forces the past timeline's Barry to intervene, so that his future self can return. Back in his time, Barry is confronted by the wraith again, but a reformed Hartley arrives with his sonic gauntlets and defeats the wraith. Years earlier on Earth-2, a young Hunter Zolomon watches as his father murders his mother and is subsequently sent to the local orphanage. In present day, Barry tests the tachyon accelerator and is able to enhance his speed four times greater than normal. Barry decides to re-open a breach back to Earth-2, and he believes that Cisco's powers are the key to opening the portals. Meanwhile, Wells recounts how the particle accelerator explosion on his Earth created Zoom, an adult Zolomon, a convicted serial killer who was receiving electroconvulsive therapy during the explosion. Cisco opens a breach and Zoom immediately comes through, chasing Barry back to S.T.A.R. Labs. There, Barry uses images of Zoom's parents as a distraction to trap him, but Zoom manages to escape. Zoom kidnaps Wally and demands Barry's speed in exchange for Wally's life. Barry agrees, so Wells siphons all of his speed force, leaving Barry powerless. Zoom injects the speed force into himself, and he kidnaps Caitlin with his enhanced speed, before escaping.
Welcome back to the ArrowFansUK episode review podcast. After months of waiting, 'Eleven-Fifty-Nine' finally revealed who it is that is in the grave teased in the season four premiere. ABOUT ARROW: Arrow is an American television series developed by writer/producers Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, and Andrew Kreisberg. It is based on the DC Comics character Green Arrow, a costumed crime-fighter who was created by Mort Weisinger and George Papp. It premiered in North America on The CW on October 10, 2012, with international broadcasting taking place in late 2012. The series follows billionaire playboy Oliver Queen, portrayed by Stephen Amell, who, after five years of being stranded on a hostile island, returns home to fight crime and corruption as a secret vigilante whose weapon of choice is a bow and arrow. Unlike in the comic books, Oliver does not go by the alias "Green Arrow" in the television series. Arrow also features appearances by other DC Comics characters --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

The writers have written so well for me and I've had such an incredible arc. It made sense to me creatively. Laurel's story has come to an end in the Arrowverse. I love everyone on set and our crew. Being there for four and a half years, they've become family, so it's hard to not go into work every day and get to work with such amazing people. That part is certainly sad, but I was okay with it. We all came to an understanding that this was what was going to happen and it made sense to me. I think the shock value is good. It's such a jolt and a turn in the story that it gives the writers so much more to do and places to go with it. Otherwise, I feel like shows can get stale. SPOILERS/NSFW - DC on SCREEN #150 - Arrow 4x18 - Eleven-Fifty-Nine | Review - After months of speculation, the question is finally answered. Damien Darhk, as if you couldn't have guessed, was the dirty deeder, and he placed one of Ollie's arrows into Larurel Lance to keep his word to Quentin. Even worse, Darhk only had the upper hand in the fight because Andy Diggle betrayed the team (as Oliver said he would) leaving John blaming himself for Laurel's death. It's a tough world these characters live in. Anyway, sit back and enjoy (or re-live) our thoughts (both good and bad) on this episode of Arrow!

If you can make it past "Eleven-Fifty-Nine", you may just survive. Oliver strongly suspects Andy Diggle is not as loyal as it has appeared. But the rest of the team is not convinced. But he's about to be put to the test, as Damien Darhk works his magic to get himself out of prison. Oliver knows his team is falling apart, and Laurel is moving on to bigger things that could give the team an inside resource to Ruvé Darhk's new era. But she wants to go on one more mission as Black Canary. Jay and Josh try no to focus on the past…or the future…or sadness… on this week's Green Justice: An Arrow Podcast.
