Happy New Year faithful listeners! Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) are back for more! 2017 has already brought a lot of change and more is yet to come. One of the most notable changes is the change in the console cycle for Nintendo, with the Nintendo Switch. We're here to talk about it, and there is a LOT to discuss. This episode features long-time guests of the show, Grant (GameDadGrant) and Paleo_Steno for a two-hour evaluation of the Nintendo Switch and it's games. In the first segment the gang discusses the overall presentation, the Joy-Con controllers, the Online Services shown so far, and the rather ingenious Parental Controls App Nintendo is developing. In the second and third segments of the show, it's all about the games. The games featured on this episode include but are not limited to… ARMS, ULTRA Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers, BlazBlue for Switch, Splatoon 2, Super Bomberman R, Fire Emblem Warriors, Puyo Puyo Tetris, Project Octopath Traveler, and even more than that… you know… like Super Mario Odyssey and some The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild! Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outro. Break music is pulled from Puyo Puyo Tetris and The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Full list of episodes
The jolly red man is back! Here's the second episode of tonight's Christmas Eve releases! I'm jolly, wearing red, and I come bearing gifts! Here is the first of two episodes releasing tonight. We recorded this episode earlier this week and it was quite a treat. Paul (Ploot), Dave (BeardedNerd), Joe (Ninsage), and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) put their focus towards the Wii U to have a bit of a retrospective using the framework of 'Four Distinct Questions'. Nearly twenty games get their due as the gang recants what makes the Wii U a console to remember (or occasionally forget). With the Switch releasing in just a couple of months we pondered if the Wii U will go down in infamy as a remembered gem like the Dreamcast or if it will be deemed more forgettable than that. What games were our favorites? Which games were the black sheeps? Which games did we miss out on? Which games would we urge get played before the Switch releases? This is what drove the conversation, and what a stellar conversation it was. Super Mario Maker, Nintendo Land, Wii Sports Club, Splatoon, ZombiU, Bayonetta 2, and so much more are discussed inside. Hell, even Funky Barn makes an appearance! Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outro. No break music is featured as this was an extended portion of a previous recording where no breaks took place. Full list of episodes
Merry Christmas Eve listeners! I'm jolly, wearing red, and I come bearing gifts! Here is the first of two episodes releasing tonight. We recorded this episode earlier this week and it was quite a treat. Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) spent an evening with Paul (Ploot) and Dave (BeardedNerd) to see what they've been playing and then take a look back at what games kept their interest on Wii U this past year. That segment was used as a means to lead into the main topic.. which was moved to the next episode due to total podcast length! Lots of great discussion here despite. The group mainly discusses, DuckTales Remastered, Super Mario Run, and Pokemon Sun. Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outro. Break music featured a rockin' tune from Pokemon Sun and Moon. Full list of episodes
Happy Thanksgiving to our American listeners and Happy November to everyone else! We've got just the audible treat for those with some free time this weekend! It's episode 95, Mall Lemmings! Inside you'll start with Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) discussing what they've been playing as of late. Joe just wrapped up Chibi Robo: Zip Lash. Learn how he found a way to enjoy it! Then he describes how he's enjoying the co-op mode in the Wii U hit, Yoshi's Woolly World. Lastly, It was a bit too premature to discuss some Pokemon Sun and Moon but Joe does have quite an intriguing tale to tell regarding his midnight launch for the game. Afterwards, Stephen divulges more about what draws in him into Paper Mario: Color Splash now that he's really had his time to sink his teeth into it. He's also been playing some Picross 3D Round 2… probably a good thing for a Picross-maniac like him. The duo discuss some quick My Nintendo woes before taking a quick break. Upon their return, the guys tackle this week's main topic. "Making Time For Gaming In Your Adult Life". How do they manage it? How could they manage it better? Despite their struggles, the guys managed to schedule a full length episode and they hope you enjoy! Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outro. Break music featured a jazzy tune from Picross 3D Round 2. Full list of episodes
Nintendo finally did it… they finally revealed the 'NX'… and Negative World is here to talk about it! In this episode you'll find that Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) are joined by the one, the only, Anand (Anand)! Games discussed were Mario Golf: World Tour and other Mario Sports titles, Destiny (Xbox), The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD and other Zelda games in that style, Paper Mario: Color Splash and the Paper Mario series… and finally SteamWorld Heist on Wii U. After the break the gang gets in to a detailed and lengthy discussion about Nintendo's Switch console which is coming in March 2017. Nintendo is aiming to keep their promise and the trio examine the system from the design, to the promotion, to the games Nintendo hinted at, and much more! The hype is real! Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outro. Break music featured a little ditty from Paper Mario: Color Splash. Full list of episodes

The end of August brings a fun and special episode of the Negative World Podcast! As per usual there's Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein), but unlike the last episode, there's plenty of guests this time! Stephen drove all the way to Joe's corner of the U.S. of A. in order to record this latest episode and with him he brought Erika (EponaEatsCarrots). Joe's Wife, Amy, makes four and the quintuple is rounded out by Negative World's own Lou (TheOldManFromZelda). This episode primarily has a focus on Now Playing and general floating discussion, but all of it is wonderful! Games mentioned include, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Zero Escape: Zero Time Dilemma, Pokemon GO, Pokemon Platinum, Fable, Pokemon Yellow, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD, Star Wars: Battle Pod, a Star Wars pinball machine, Cruis'n USA, WRC II Extreme, everyone's favorite Baseball games, Super Mario Maker, Road Rash 3, Kirby's Epic Yarn, Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, The Magical Quest Starring Mickey Mouse, Mario Kart Arcade GP 2, and even somehow classic dollhouses get mentioned. (Well, the mention of the Strong Museum of Play probably led that portion.) It was a ton of fun to record and I hope it's a ton of fun for you to listen to! Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outro. There is no break music in this episode, but there is a brief visit from a surprise guest named Sab! Full list of episodes
Welcome to another episode of The Negative World Podcast! This time Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) go it alone without a guest and for that, the show is a little shorter than normal. Well, the format is a little different too. Joe and Stephen start off with some banter around the new Nintendo NES Classic Edition. Then they discuss Japan's new Kirby Cafes. They wrap things up with a mention of the new amiibo functionality coming to Animal Crossing: New Leaf as well as a bit of banter on the notion of retroactively adding amiibo functionality to games. Once the break hits you'll find familiar music if you like to catch em' all… Joe and Stephen take time to dissect their experiences with Pokemon GO, Niantic and The Pokemon Company's new phone app. Both gentlemen have had ample time with it and discuss the social aspect they've faced as well as the glitches they've encountered. As someone who walked three miles tonight in hopes of catching a Psyduck, it seems the Pokemon GO hype is not GOing anywhere. Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outro. The 'break' music is a key track from Pokemon GO. Full list of episodes
With E3 firmly in the past now those frequent knuckleheads, Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) are joined by Dave (BeardedNerd)! The guys start by recalling what they've been up to. It's a unique mix of games this time with the newly released Mighty No. 9 and Shantae and the Pirate's Curse are discussed. Dave specifically mentions his play through of Star Fox Command and his experience with two versions of TMNT: Tournament Fighters. Joe's been attempting a Nuzlocke Challenge in his copy of Pokemon Blue and it's interesting to hear how that's going. Afterwards we have a What Do You Fink segment inquiring about Splatoon and the NX before moving to the meat and potatoes of this episode. In the main topic the guys discuss Mr. Shigeru Miyamoto and his role with the company now. How is it affecting Nintendo? How were things back in the old days and how will things be going forward? Does the average gamer actually have the right to be tired of his efforts? This and more is found inside! Give it a listen! Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outro. The 'break' music is a featured track from Mighty No. 9. Full list of episodes
Fans and listeners new and old, welcome and hello! We have an exciting episode for you today on this American-holiday weekend. We present to you the Bulby/Trivia Special edition of the Negative World Euphonic! This over-three-hour-long episode of the Euphonic podcast has a very special theme with a very special premise. Bulby is a man who spends a lot of his time involved with his passions for 8-bit sounds and video game music. Just check out his YouTube page. He frequently uploads new videos which showcase this man's talents. Typically he creates 8-bit renditions of non-8-bit video game tracks and has a particular fondness of Nintendo. With his blessing we wanted to showcase some of his work and celebrate what he has done. The idea evolved over time into one of a Trivia special. In this episode you'll find Tim (ShadowLink), Matthew (TriforceBun), and Grant (GameDadGrant) as three contestants joining Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) as we explore Bulby's expansive catalog of music. The gimmick? No, it's not motion controls, but instead after the contestants try to figure out what song is being remixed, the person who got the correct answer fast enough had a shot at a trivia question related to the game/song/franchise. It was a lot of fun and now you have a chance to hear it! We even had some special guests show up like a certain 'spy', 'bird', and 'professor'. It was a revolving door of special guest appearances! We explore songs from most of Nintendo's consoles and handhelds and the trivia is a unique mix. How well do you fare? Feel free to keep score for yourself as we'll explain and answer every single trivia question in the show. Can you beat Tim, Matthew, or Grant? Download, listen, enjoy, and find out. Then go visit Bulby over at his various webpages and support this guy would ya? At the very least, spread the word. This music deserves to be heard! Bulby's Link's Of Relevancy:Bulby's YouTubeBulby's PatreonBulby's SoundCloudBulby's TwitterBulby's FacebookBulby's TwitchYou should also consider checking out his new video series, Original Sound Theory. The first episode just released a couple of days ago and it was incredibly interesting. It's about Mario Kart 8's soundtrack and it's well worth the click and view. You can comment on the music, the show, etc. on Negative World, Facebook or, Twitter. Enjoy the show! (Also, note that any music contained within this show is a property of Bulby the artist or of Nintendo. The only non-Bulby track contained is our half-way break interlude which features a beloved turtle you may know from a special Nintendo franchise. Huzzah! It's E3 week once again on good ol' Planet Earth! All the key gaming companies are showing off their latest and greatest and we're here to discuss it! On this very special E3-edition of the show Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) are joined by Chris (Chrisbg99) and Lou (TheOldManFromZelda)! The show is broken up in a few different chunks. First up, as Nintendo did in their E3 Treehouse presentation yesterday, we lead off with a brief mention of the latest we saw from Pokemon Sun & Moon. Then we climb our way into a much meatier helping of discussion with the elephant in the room… The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild! It feels so good to have some kind of footing of the direction in Aonuma's latest Zelda game for the Wii U and NX. After an intermission break with some The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword music, we jump back in for more content. After the break we start things off by discussing the new amiibo that Nintendo revealed this week. Then we briefly mention some other things Nintendo had announced yesterday. If only we recorded this tonight and not last night… so much info released today even! Check out the website for more info there. This portion of the discussion tapped us out on Nintendo news so we switched over to some 'Nontendo' news and catch up with the cool things Microsoft and Sony are up to as well. It's a good time to be a gamer and it's a good time to listen to the podcast! Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outro. Full list of episodes
Grab a slice, cause it's time for another episode of the Negative World Podcast! This time 'round, Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) are treated with a visit from Grant (GameDadGrant) to discuss Nintendo! To start things off the gang discusses Mop It Up's Nintendo Systems Survivor Poll at about it's midpoint. Then there's a brief mention of Tadpole Treble news. Finally there's a rousing Now Playing segment featuring discussions on Project X Zone 2, Final Fantasy Explorers, Bravely Second, Xenoblade Chronicles X, and SteamWorld Heist. After the intermission we get into the primary topics, starting with Miitomo. They dive deep into their experiences and the hits and misses of Nintendo's first true app. This leads into discussion about the future of Nintendo Apps. The topic shifts into recent Pokemon Sun & Moon news before some discussion about Nintendo's secretive nature leading up to E3 and the gang speculates on the future of Nintendo and gaming in general. The break music selection is a couple of delightful tracks from Project X Zone 2 and Miitomo. Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outro. Keep an eye out for future episodes! I hope you're also enjoying the Euphonic Podcasts. Another is releasing shortly and there will be a casting call soon for a very special competition-based Euphonic! Stay tuned! Full list of episodes
Happy April, It's another episode of the Negative World Podcast! In this episode we find a nice return to form where Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) sit down with Jamie (PogueSquadron) to discuss video games! Each gentleman has something special to bring to the opening discussions. Jamie shares his experiences with live-streaming as he tells us about his Twitch channel, Turnabout Stepladder at Twitch.tv. Joe recalls how things went with the 2nd Annual Smash Bros. Charity Tournament with Child's Play Charity. Lastly, Stephen details how things have been in the 'Best Pokemon Ever' March Madness Bracket. The final results should go live in the next day or two so keep an eye out! In Now Playing we've got a bevy of games to discuss. Jamie explores with us the unique Steam-based RPG-experience found in Undertale. Joe focuses on Final Fantasy Explorers. How does it relate or differ to games like Monster Hunter? He'll explain! Stephen rekindles some love with an old favorite, Pikmin 3. Other games get a mention as well so tune in! Lastly, the trio discusses the recent 'hoax' regarding a supposed Nintendo controller that matches the original patent filed a while back. Just before the discussion it came to light that the whole thing was faked but the guys discuss the feasibility of that design anyway and the upcoming speculation around Nintendo's new system. The break music selection is a couple of delightful tracks from Undertale. I really hope this game comes to Wii U or 3DS. Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outro. Keep an eye out for future episodes! Euphonic Podcasts are poised to make a return after a 2015-Hiatus. Full list of episodes
Hello, and welcome to the Negative World Podcast; a podcast about video-games by the Nintendo fans at NegativeWorld.org. This is the first episode of the new year; the first of many. In it, you'll find that Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) talk with Peter (Octorockin) about the Negative World GOTY Awards for both the Wii U and the 3DS. They use this major site-event to do an overall review of the year 2015 in gaming as well as a look ahead to the Chinese Year of the Mankey, err Monkey… 2016. Some games that are discussed are… Super Mario Maker, Splatoon, Yoshi's Woolly World Xenoblade Chronicles X, Freedom Planet, Runbow, Fast Racing Neo, Codename: S.T.E.A.M., Stretchmo, BOXBOY!, Tadpole Treble, and Yooka Laylee. However this is just a small amount of games mentioned. There is so much content in this episode! The break music is non-existent as we just keep trucking away. Though, Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outro. Full list of episodes
Welcome to an archaic episode of the Negative World Podcast! Recorded way back in October, just before I bought a house… Thus that's the excuse I've got for why this hasn't released. Free time has been way more scarce than ever but alas, I love the show and I love Nintendo and so does my co-host Joe! The podcast is still alive and kicking! In fact, while you enjoy this episode, Episode 85 is already in the editing bay! In this episode you'll find that Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) talk with Paul (Ploot) about some major titles which came out back in the September/October 2015 timeframe. Most notably of course is the main attraction this episode, the big ol' Super Mario Maker discussion. Joe also details the initial announcement of his currently active NinTemple Pokemon Gym League! You can learn more and sign up at the link provided or just PM Joe about it! The break music is one of my absolute favorite tracks from Yoshi's Woolly World. As always, Negative World's site owner and operator, Zero provides the intro and outdo. Full list of episodes
The Negative World Podcast is back! We've taken an unintentional hiatus this summer as so much energy of mine is spent right now on advancing my off-line life. Joe and I hadn't much time to catch up either so we got our schedules aligned and recorded a new episode of the show! It's our shortest (main) show ever in fact at just over an hour long! In this episode you'll find that Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) have a grab bag of topics to discuss. To start things off they discuss Joe's recent endeavor into the world of pub trivia with other Negative Worlders. Then they discuss Video Game Vinyls for a moment. Thirdly Stephen brings up this new amiibo news regarding the Shovel Knight amiibo. After that it's a brief Now Playing segment (or more like Been Playing) where Joe has been focusing on Kirby and the Rainbow Curse primarily while Stephen is still up to his neck in ink with Splatoon. I hope we'll be able to get back to the usual podcast schedule and lengths soon enough but for now we might be seeing shorter episodes like this one. I'd also like to get the Negative World Euphonic back and running. If anyone wishes for that as well, let us know in the comments. We finish the show with a mention of the late Satoru Iwata. I had intended to make this episode an Iwata-ganza but with everything going on I haven't been able to write a show that would do him justice. So we plan to do something in remembrance soon enough but not at this time. As I just saw his name roll in the credits of the last game I beat, he will always be remembered and he'll always be warming our hearts even when he is no longer with us. There isn't any specific music in this episode but the show's theme music is, as always, from Negative World site owner and operator, Zero. Full list of episodes
Thank you for your patience fellow Nintendo gamers! The final third installment of our E3 2015 episodes! What a fun romp it has been doing these! In this episode you'll find we almost come full circle. First up is Rob (Mr_Mustache), followed by Jon (HammerLord), and in our final segment we have a pairing with Paul (Ploot) and Dave (BeardedNerd). The host situation is shaken up a bit this time around as well with Paul jumping in Rob's segment to co-host and by the final segment Joe (Ninsage) takes his throne once more. Stephen (DrFinkelstein) is around the whole time because he loves to hear his own voice. ;) In this episode all guests get to speak their peace in the Five Questions of E3. Rob and Stephen discuss amiibo, its role at E3, and Animal Crossing Amiibo Festival. Afterwards Jon brings Smash DLC discussion to the table as well as a mention about LetsSuperMario.com. Go check it out! Once Joe joins the group, Paul and Dave discuss a gauntlet of topics to finish out the show. There's Star Fox Zero, Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash, Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, and finally Super Mario Maker! What a great way to end E3 2015 and our podcasts! Be sure to click the links which will take you to the various trailers where relevant. Music for the episode is borrowed from a few sources; Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Street Fighter II. The show's theme music is from Negative World site owner and operator, Zero. While we recorded this show last month in June, it is unfortunate that as I release it and write this post that the news of Satoru Iwata's death has travelled far and wide. There is no mention of that in this episode and we at the Negative World Podcast plan to pay our full respects with our next recording coming very soon. If you would like to discuss this tragic news and share in the mourning over at Negative World, you can do so at this link. The Power, The Wisdom, The Courage. Rest In Peace, Mr. Iwata. Once we gained some specific general perspective from each guest we dove into specific topics relating to E3 that each guest wanted to bring to the table. In this second episode Kriswright wanted to talk about Super Mario Maker and Yoshi's Woolly World. TheBigG753 chats about Metroid Prime: Federation Force and the NX. E3 was earlier this month and we sure do have an onslaught of podcasts coming your way. I'm trying my best to edit them quick but after a series of unfortunate events (and a lack of sleep) I have finally gotten this first one out! It's got a lot packed into it too! We recorded this on the Wednesday of E3 2015 and all in all, between the hosts, guests, and a special segment you'll find the following awesome Negative Worlders! We've got, Michael (Pokefreak911), Lou (TheOldManFromZelda), and Anand (Anand) as main guests. Then we have a special segment with Grant (GameDadGrant), Paul (Ploot), and Dave (BeardedNerd). Then finally of course there's Joe (Ninsage) and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) hosting the whole thing. For each episode, we asked each guest a series of five questions relating to Nintendo, E3, or some combo of the two. Once we gained some specific general perspective from each guest we dove into specific topics relating to E3 that each guest wanted to bring to the table. In this first episode Pokefreak911 wanted to talk about Nintendo's Overall Presentation and of course Xenoblade Chronicles X. TheOldManFromZelda chats about Star Fox Zero and The Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes. Finally Anand talks about Super Smash Bros. DLC for Wii U and 3DS while also bringing his own special topic about perception to the show. Be sure to click the links which will take you to the various trailers where relevant. You'll find a special segment sandwiched between the five answers segment from Joe and I and the first guest. In it is about ten minutes of immediate discussion that occurred right after the Super Smash Bros. Nintendo Direct that kicked off Nintendo's E3 week. I had been over at Ploot's house with BeardedNerd and GameDadGrant where we watched it live. Then we discussed briefly. All three of those guys will be actual guests in Episodes 81 and 82 but it's a fun mini-segment anyway. Music for the episode is borrowed from a few sources; Xenoblade Chronicles X, The Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes, and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS. The show's theme music is from Negative World site owner and operator, Zero. Please comment on the topics, the podcast, the guests, hosts, etc. on Negative World! Alas we are now in fateful June and the E3 birds are singing their songs! E3 is almost near and for that the podcasters of Negative World are in full swing! This episode puts together Joe (Ninsage), and Stephen (DrFinkelstein) with their buddy Hendrik (Jargon) as they discuss Nintendo gaming and run through E3 predictions. To start the gang gets another Yooka-Laylee Update from Stephen and then we hear Hendrik's thoughts on the upcoming Playtonic game. There's only a little over a week until the kickstarter ends so be sure to jump on it now if you haven't yet! Then Hendrik takes us down memory lane to the March Madness bracket he put on a few months ago. This one was based on third-party titles and we dive into how he put that together, the results, and what we learned about ourselves. After that the group goes into Now Playing where they start by having Hendrik run us through the latest Mario Kart 8 DLC Pack (2) and discuss each uniquely wonderful stage. Then Joe brings Mighty Switch Force to the table as well as Steamworld Dig. Both of which he nabbed in the recent Nindie Bundle by Humble Bundle. Stephen rounds things out with none other than Splatoon. Nintendo pulled a surprise Micro Nintendo Direct earlier last week so the crew dabbles into the little bit of news that brought us and then the guys dive in to an hour or so of E3 predictions pulled both from the internet and our own Negative World! We start off with more realistic ideas and then take on some more 'creative' ones. Music for the episode is borrowed from Chibi Robo! The show's theme music is from Negative World site owner and operator, Zero. Please comment on the topics, the podcast, the guests, hosts, etc. on Negative World! It's been a long cold winter... and it's been hard on the ol' Fink. He hopes you enjoy this long overdue episode feature and the company of his buddies Joe (Ninsage) and Grant (GameDadGrant). There are just a ton of games to talk about this episode. Project X Zone, the Pokemon Bank, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Mario Golf: World Tour, Mario Kart 8, Yoshi's New Island, and Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy for starters... and that's me only listing every other one! Between what we've been playing and what was in February 2014's Nintendo Direct, there's just a ton to discuss... so much so that we don't even have a break for a song. Of course still we have to give a big thanks to Zero for the theme music.
Happy New Year! The first episode of the Negative World Podcast for 2014 has released! It's a doozy too! Packed full of content, Stephen (DrFinkelstein) and Joe (Ninsage) are joined by, Andrew (Zero) for another 150+ minute episode. After some welcome-back-banter, the fellas tackle a whopping eight different games they're all playing. These range from some of the hot-items like Super Mario 3D World and The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds to some older titles like Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate and Steamworld Dig. After the 90 or so minutes of that, there's an hour-long discussion of the old Super Mario cartoons from the early 1990s. The gang remembers, reflects, rejoices, and re-considers what worked or didn't work in the three different cartoon series' that hit the US shores back then. They also fondly remember Captain Lou Albano and 'Danny Wells'. This discussion is an extension of the special audio treat found in Episode 57 of the show. With that said, Andrew has prepared a finessed version of the Super Mario Bros. Super Show theme song as performed by our beloved Negative World members. Be sure to give it a listen, whether in the episode or via the download link below. A big thanks to Zero for the theme music as usual. This episode showcases some classic tracks from Super Mario World in the interludes. Please comment on the topics, the podcast, the guests, hosts, etc. on Negative World! You can also reach us through Facebook or Twitter. You can find a standard version of this podcast in mp3 form at Negative World Podcast or on iTunes. Full list of episodesEnjoy the show! Wait a second! This isn't the Negative World Podcast! What is this Euphonic thing? Well, glad you asked disembodied question-asker! Welcome to the Negative World Euphonic podcast! These will not necessarily be a consistent ever X-weeks kind of thing, but from time to time Joe (Ninsage) and I (DrFinkelstein) will be recording episodes of the show where YOU negative-worlders get to help celebrate Video Game Music! Each episode we will have a thread prior where it will be up to you to help us think of some of the best video game songs based on certain themes. The only restriction is that the song must have been featured in a game that was on a Nintendo console at some point (this does include Virtual Console).
