New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced his resignation yesterday, one week after New York Attorney General Leticia James' office released a damning report detailing allegations of sexual misconduct leveled against the governor by 11 women who worked for him. In recent weeks, state leaders including Governor Andrew Cuomo and Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul have insisted New York will distribute its supply of COVID vaccine with community health equity in mind.
