You've learned about Heart Hunger. You've discovered the Red Zone and the Green Zone. You've started understanding why pornography isn't simply about willpower.So... now what? One of the biggest challenges I see after coaching thousands of Christian men is that information doesn't automatically lead to transformation. It's one thing to understand the framework. It's another thing to know how it applies to your story. In this episode, I explain why I created the Personal Recovery Plan and how it helps men move from confusion to clarity by understanding the true issue beneath their struggle with pornography. I'll walk you through exactly what happens during a session, who it's designed for, and why personalized clarity often becomes the turning point in lasting porn recovery. If you've been asking yourself, "Why do I keep relapsing?" or "I understand the concepts, but how do I actually apply them?" this episode is for you.If you've already taken the Clarity Quiz and you're ready to stop guessing, I'd love to help you build a personalized recovery strategy based on your story, your patterns, your Heart Hunger, and your season of life.
After everything you've learned throughout the Freedom Foundations Series, one question remains:Now what? This final episode isn't about learning another recovery strategy. It's about becoming the man you've been building toward all along.Throughout this series, we've explored your inner world, your Hungry Heart, formative wounds, regulation, the Red Zone and Green Zone, leading the boy within, renewing your mind, repentance, forgiveness, and intimacy with Jesus. But none of those lessons were meant to stay as information. They were meant to become your new way of living. In this episode, Shawn helps you step out of survival and into maturity by showing you how to live from what is true rather than what merely feels true. You'll reflect on how far you've come, identify what has changed in your heart, and create a simple daily rhythm that helps you continue growing with clarity, confidence, and freedom. You'll also work through a practical exercise to develop your own New Man Mantra: a simple, personalized reminder that keeps your heart anchored in truth and helps you intentionally respond to life's challenges. In this episode, you'll discover:Why repetition, not more information, is what creates lasting transformationHow to recognize the growth God has already begun in your heartWhat it looks like to lead yourself with confidence instead of reacting from survivalHow to build simple daily habits that reinforce truth and emotional maturityA practical exercise to help you continue walking in freedom long after this series endsWhether you've listened to every episode or you're just beginning your journey, my hope is that this series helps you understand your heart, renew your mind, and become the man God created you to be.Thank you for joining me throughout the Freedom Foundations Series. It's been a privilege to walk this journey with you.If this series has helped you see your struggle more clearly, don't stop here.Ready for your next step?

Worst take of the week and The Red Zone: All the latest football news from this week.
Daniel Chamberlain and Kenny Simpson discuss summer coaching installs and upcoming open installs, the Field House's June focus on defense, and a quote from the forthcoming Team Themes Volume Six: “Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.” The episode's main topic is red zone offense, defined less by the 20-yard line and more by when defenses change behavior, with Simpson distinguishing “high red zone” (playbook still open) from “low red zone/goal line” (condensed space). They explain why offenses need a red zone plan due to tighter windows, increased defensive aggression, amplified penalties, and pressure to finish drives, noting spread teams often struggle without answers. They outline building a plan around 2–3 trusted run plays and 2–3 red-zone man-beater pass concepts, using motion, condensed splits, adjusted route landmarks, tempo, QB run or wildcat, and identifying defenders forced into unfamiliar roles.00:00 Podcast Kickoff00:36 Summer Talk01:10 Open Install Trips03:18 Crabs And Oysters04:24 Quote Of Week05:57 Field House Updates07:48 Sponsor Break11:08 Red Zone Basics13:31 High Vs Low Red18:33 Why Plan Red Zone21:03 Pressure And Identity22:43 Spread Offense Challenges24:26 If Then Counterpunch25:21 Red Zone Pressure26:09 Automatics Break Down26:57 Bend Dont Break Defense28:10 Core Pass Answers30:50 Run Game Adjustments32:02 Motion And QB Run35:14 Route Landmarks And Downs40:04 Force Multipliers Tempo44:45 Find The Stress Defender46:35 Sponsors And Sign OffDaniel Chamberlain:@CoachChamboOKChamberlainFootballConsulting@gmail.comchamberlainfootballconsulting.comKenny Simpson:@FBCoachSimpsonfbcoachsimpson@gmail.comFBCoachSimpson.com

Ten straight up weeks, then a sharp pullback — and if you're two to five years on either side of retirement, the fear is real. This is the Retirement Red Zone: the last mile into and out of your retirement date, and the most fragile window in your entire financial life. This week on Money On Tap, Ben Brayshaw and Dan Michelon turn last week's market-history conversation into a practical playbook for anyone near retirement: how to avoid the paralysis that wrecked so many retirements in 2008–2009, and what to actually do right now. What you'll learn:Why a 35-year-old and a 65-year-old should do the opposite thing in a pullbackThe accumulation-to-distribution switch most people don't know existsWhat history says: after 40 sharp selloffs since 1980, markets were higher 75% of the time a year laterSequence-of-returns risk — why the first five years decide everythingBuilding a 1–3 year retirement runway with ~4% cash and T-billsRebalancing a 60/40 that drifted to 75/25Diversifying away from a top-10 that's now 40% of the S&P (8 of them tech)Buffered ETFs — a 20% buffer with a 12–15% cap, explainedFoundational income, annuities, and the tax-aware withdrawal piece most firms skipPlus Money In The News:Consumer prices rose 4.2% annually in May — the highest in three years (CNBC, Jeff Cox)Elon Musk poised to become the first trillionaire — and just how much a trillion dollars really isA top JP Morgan strategist's four ways to prep your portfolio for “considerable danger” (David Kelly)Mentioned on air: Our short sequence-of-returns risk video — watch it at brayshawfinancial.com.Read the companion blog: brayshawfinancial.com/blogSchedule a free consultation: app.greminders.com/t/9f3ce72e/initialconsultaFull Money On Tap episode library: brayshawfinancial.com/money-on-tapContact UsPhone: 855-226-8551Email: info@yourmoneyontap.comOffice: 116 South River Road, Bedford, NH 03110Web: brayshawfinancial.comWhat is the retirement red zone, and why does it matter? The retirement red zone is the roughly ten-year window covering the five years before and the five years after your retirement date. It matters more than almost any other period because of sequence-of-returns risk: a major market downturn while you're beginning to withdraw income can permanently damage the plan, even if the market later recovers. Two people who invest identically but retire a few years apart can end up with opposite outcomes based solely on timing. Navigating the red zone means shifting from maximizing gains to mitigating losses — stress-testing the plan, building a cash runway, rebalancing, diversifying, and adding guardrails like buffered ETFs and guaranteed income.

Master the defensive rules of the low red zone as we analyze why Match Quarters disappears and how coordinators adjust inside the 15-yard line. Backed by 2025 NFL data, this episode breaks down the strategic shift from nickel to base personnel, the surge in cover zero, and static-front mechanics designed to stop condensed vertical-run games.—In this episode:The Death of Match Quarters: Inside the 15-yard line, match quarters completely evaporates, dropping from 22% in the high red zone to nearly zero as defenses shift to aggressive bracket coverages and cover zero to eliminate passive space-mitigation.Offensive Distortion Filters: Elite offenses weaponize condensed formations, quick-return motions, split-flow action, and quarterback-run elements within the low red zone to restrict defensive surface area and force coordinators into predictable man-centric tells. The Goal Line Personnel Swap: To combat vertical, penetrating run schemes like duo and power, NFL defenses drop their Nickel usage by 10% below the 50% threshold, favoring heavier base personnel structures.Static Front Mechanics: Defensive coordinators abandon lateral read-and-react techniques at the goal line; run stunts plummet to a microscopic 2% in the low red zone as units prioritize static, single-gap vertical penetration.Aggression Spike: When facing clear passing tendencies inside the 10-yard line, defensive blitz rates surge to 38%, utilizing edge pressures and simulated Cover Zero looks to contract windows and accelerate the quarterback's internal clock.—Timestamps:00:00 - Red Zone Overview and Part 1 Recap01:22 - The Disappearance of Match Quarters Inside the 1501:53 - 1.
