I was going to wait to post this episode tomorrow.. But I feel it will be of more value now... So...... We just finished our journaling and scripting workshop last week... and the focus of much of October was just that ... Journaling and uncovering the stories that have been keeping so many from understanding why they are experiencing what they are experiencing .. much of this work is Shadow work... the parts of us that we have been denying .. or pushing down / blocking .. coming to the surface ... and then in time eventually we will be shown that reality in our physical world with another attempt to make NEW CHOICES through those experiences .... the difference in these choices will be that they will align with love .. and trust instead of fear and doubt... It must be in this order for it to have any meaning .. It must be in this order for it to actual prove to you.. and this Universe that you are actually ready to live in a world where you don't create from that energetic frequency ... This can cause much confusion to the newly awakened human... You have been doing the work !! You have been uncovering the old negative story... Bravely facing it and purging it ... laughing.. crying.. shaking... all emotions at once ... and you even started feeling better for a bit !! It's working !! You have even been allowing a new narrative .. !! AND THEN ...... All of the sudden ... a recreation of all of those fears... situations and events that look EXACTLY LIKE all of the old stories you just healed !! ALL of the stories that you just uncovered and faced .... You already did this !!! why is it happening again .. this must be BULL SH **!!!! ..... It is not .. and this is the most important time to continue to make those healing and loving and trusting choices .... because once you release the energy ... .Even if it is with the intention of moving beyond it ... YOU will be shown a physical manifestation of it once again ... This is by design ... This is where the rubber meets the road ... and where it is the most important moment to make the choice that the version of you that you want to be would make ... It is not easy .. It is 1:30am and I am soo excited .. This episode is a special in the moment result of a Full Moon meditation that I just came out of .. and the exact process I use to uncover, process , and transmute through awareness of OLD stored energetic blocks and the stories that go along with them... With all of the external stimulus coming into and out of our awareness every single moment .. It can be very easy to forget that our bodies have a natural frequency and state ... and that your body is quite capable of reaching a state of homeostasis and balance just by focusing on our breath and the moment itself.. Current state humans have become unconscious to the fact that we can do this on our own and we rely very much on external factors to create the illusion that we need to take this... or not take that .. or check this ... listen to this .. believe that ... All part of an external reality that is a projection of your internal reality.. Remember .. YOU are the starting point for your state of attraction and awareness .. YOU CAN shift from the old paradigm of allowing the world to have power over you... To the natural state of trust and remembering that YOU set the tone ... and the tone will match what you emit ... Always ... And if you are being faced with something that seems incomprehensible ... not fair .. incredibly traumatic or unreasonable ... know that as you suffer through.. struggle through or fully succumb to the situation .. ~~. Why I believe that positive emotion and focus is why we are here and what we are evolving towards .. Because we yearn for reconciliation. When something isn’t right with someone or something ... we have a desire to make it better ... An inner call. Otherwise we would be happy when relationships we cared about ended .. and when people treated us bad. Or when we treated people bad. Or when terrible things happen in the world... It would feel "good" ... Like we are doing what we came here to do ! We’d feel it and want to create more of that bad thing if that's why we were here... But we don’t .. We have a desire to love and be loved ... and to help and to give .... It’s our perception of what we are told love is that created doubt and fear. Not love itself .., The direction humans are wired to go is LOVE ..... But over time of misusing and misunderstanding love and the universal laws wrapped around love ... We create a distaste and distain for love ... we lose the connection to love within ourselves. And then we project that lack of love onto the world we live in and the relationships we keep ...and then that projection is experienced back to us in our world as a mirror of who we are being and what we believe .... But you are love ... and you are wired to want to be in that state and create that state for others ... Realizing this in Every moment can really help shift how you feel .. and how to allow love to genuinely flow into and out of your life .. This is how I reconcile all things inside .. This is how I allow all labels to be understood .. and not me seeking to be understood ... This is how I moved to an alignment that looks to connect with love outside of any story that exists outside of me .. I believe we came here to transmute this fear energy through choosing love when it is most difficult .., and from that courage and faith we manifest and create the world we have said we wanted for so long .. Most of my life I had a pretty intense connection to a story that firmly believed that I was a victim of life... my situation .. the family scenario that I was born into ... the things that were happening "to" me .. that were absolutely out of my control... Who can "control" or choose to have their Mother die from cancer ... who can control having two sisters that were so much older than me that I had nothing in common and no real relationship with them,,basically alone in a house in a small town with a class of only 10 people from kindergarten till 8th grade... or a father who was a police officer and going to work every night.. so the narrative was ... "kiss your father goodbye" .. because you may not see him again .. .. Every time he left for work.... To say the least I grew up very Alone.. confused.. very scared.. and set up perfectly to slide right into a life that was consumed with overcompensation of fear in the world. I rebelled against fear and became a daredevil type.. who always threw caution to the wind.. ( but it's because I was so terrified and uncertain about life.. not because I was "brave" ).. and when that started to fall apart.... many terrible results and broken bones later .. That was when I shifted to my victim story.. my "you don't know what I've been through" ... my "It wasn't my fault " !! Look what's happened TO me ... It wasn't until I unsuccessfully tried to find my power and sense of self in the external world SOOOO many times .. having each of those attempts explode on me ( because it was absolutely not in alignment with who I was )... that I was able to finally surrender ... and take full responsibility for myself and the choices I made that created much of the chaos in my outside world as a reflection of my inside world.. When I realized I may not have " CHOSEN" to have my mother pass away .. or to be bullied or made fun of as a child... I may not have "CHOSEN" these things that I had no control over as a child... But as an adult I can CHOOSE how to perceive those things... and how to connect with my heart.. and how to take responsibility for how I feel in THIS MOMENT and project that forward.. This is when true clarity comes.. and this is when we can more authentically allow ourselves to create a life of what we WANT... not a life building walls up around what we say we don't want ... or what we believe happened TO us... Today we dive deep into an understanding that truly helps me to not only stay more connected .. but also to realize and bring it back what is really going on during my day .. not resisting it. Allowing what "is ".. without needing what my mind is "telling" me about it to direct the choices I make or the experience I have ... We can listen to this "knowledge" we obtain... but not rely on it for our sense of self or potential .. From here we shift more into what I feel the " Spirituality " label covers.... The HUMAN connection to nature.. realizing that we are not IN nature ... We are OF nature .. and that we always have been... we just developed a story that said we were separate ... The second part where many of us are bouncing in and out of .. is this "Spiritual" definition or understanding .. From this point .. if we maintain our positive choices that show our faith in that connection ... We will reach a state or frequency where true WISDOM is granted... This is the potential of higher conscious access that I believe we ALL have access ... Hello everyone ! We have been talking about so many amazing and unique ways for us to break through the old story and find our true sense of connection to our own inner guidance .. Someone asked me in an interview the other day .. If I could come up with one statement to sum up what the trajectory of the show would be ... what is it >?? I answered .. " To let everyone know that they absolutely don't need this show or any others to guide them in their life .. so the goal of the show would be to make sure that eventually no one needs to listen to it" lol !!!!! ... But there is a journey in place for all humans .. and there is so much amazing content out there.. Content that helped me when I was struggling to find peace and clarity inside of my minds story,... which lead ultimately to an inner connection and access to the source of this thing we can't name ... and there are different levels of consciousness that we can access but I believe that the true higher guidance from self must be " SELF REALIZED "... and if you are tuning into the frequency of shows like this or "teachings" like this ..( I put teachings in quotes because no one is teaching anything here.. We are helping each other remember what we already know... ) ... Then you are ready to find that inner guidance and the message of your life path .. all of the puzzle pieces exist inside of your awareness and your OWN connection ... Automatic writing is a VERY powerful way to begin understanding how you can gain access to it ... answer difficult questions once you get the courage up to ask them and want the answer ... and It can really give you a sense of peace... and release the outside world from having the answer ... The system to initially guide you there may be observed and " seen " in your external reality .... But the path and the journey to it is an "INSIDE" job ... lol !! When I was unhappy.. and unconscious or resistant to the fact that I could do things or allow things to make me happy.. I would go out of my way to find things that affirmed my story back to me .. This is how the brain works in our experience .. What we tell it to look for it will find.. and then the "findings" in the world will confirm that part of our story "back to us" .. and we will then adopt it as not just a belief .. but a conviction ... So if you're unhappy or angry ... What is needed for us to be able to have the opportunity of "knowing what unhappy and angry is".... It takes us knowing that there is ALSO ALL that has made us happy or grateful ... THERE HAS TO BE BOTH ... Or you would have no frame of reference for what you are feeling on either side ... It requires BALANCE to implement this and a real sense of understanding what is being presented to you and why... It is no secret that that so many humans collectively are waking up into a more conscious state of awareness of themselves .. but there is also the vast majority that are still accessing the unconscious "reactive" negative seeking and confirming loop cycle... Also.... Most of the platforms and advertisers and media ... KNOW that unconscious humans will respond and be triggered by fear inducing content and stories ... REAL OR NOT .... because the unconscious mind doesn't NEED facts to be triggered .. It just needs what it considers "evidence" and it will project that mirror of fear or judgment or anger back at whatever and whoever is in the way .. continuing the energy of fear and pain and suffering .... That energy will be manifested in infinite ways .. in infinite stories and articles and conversations ... But the ENERGY IS WHAT NEEDS TO SHIFT ... Not the individual story that may or may not be true ... SO... You are being called on by your SELF... and the Universe to stay the course .. Stay connected to yourself and your alignment practice .. Understand the energy of what's happening and do what you came here to do to shift that perspective and energy in your life .. and in the lives of others you inspire .. We have covered the Shadow Self and Shadow Energy healing on a few episodes of the podcast ... Today however we dive as deep as we've ever gone into easing the process and the tension behind these sessions and focusing more towards what is exactly happening during the process that allows "healing" or closure to take place ... I always like to make sure that I not only talk about my own previous personal path and journey to find my higher self or source.. but also new things that I find myself attracted to that represent new potentials, greater awareness and a sense of conscious expansion that I didn't know was possible. I have been focused very much on my breathing and how it relates to states of consciousness and overall states of being for quite a while now.. I recently however came upon another creator and spiritual guide through a mediation course that I'm personally taking. There was a link to a breathwork activity connected as part of the program and I dove in right away.. It was led by (Joshuamichael1147) and it was one of the more intense experiences that I've had ... By the end of this beautiful cathartic 20ish minute journey inwards.. I found myself experiencing somewhat of what I would compare a "runners high" to ... I've also done my fair share of plant medicine meditations and this experience had very similar characteristics to a mild version of one of those sessions when I was done... This lasted for days... Bringing more conscious awareness to my breath and how this flows in my moments has been what I feel is another "level" or deeper access to a portion of my reality that I was unaware of until recently .. Today we talk about what this was like, how I have used it in my days since finding this.. and also how we can all take a moment more to shine light onto our breathing process so we can allow greater conscious access through it ! Spiritual awakening , Conscious Evolution, Woke... Waking up.. Being in Alignment... It's called many different things... and there are many things both surface level in the world.. and also in the realm of the nonphysical that seems to be working together... but I believe a personal truth for me is that no matter what label or context it's put in.... Becoming more AWARE is really the name of the game.. Simply put, at the core of every self help, Spiritual, Psychological practice or meditative practice... Is realizing that we do or think things we don't like... becoming aware of why.. ( finding perspective ) ... and allowing the new narrative .. or belief reflecting that new awareness to be alive inside of you.. and also to be received into your world .. In todays episode we talk about not only being aware of the reasons why we sabotage ourselves initially ..... but also becoming aware that as we look to overcome those limitations the mind is going to notice that you have become the anomaly .... and it will do it's best to try and have you " fit in " again... be accepted again... and not outcast as the "happy" or aligned person you've now become .. One of my favorite sayings that I've grown accustom to using in my life along the way is this.. " The root of all cliche is the lack of research" .. This hit me in such a profound way in that first moment I heard it because I couldn't believe how true it was for me ... That all of the main methods and principals of universal laws of love and nature were all so simple and overused... I denied them in my life for so long because I kept looking for this impossible secret that must exist as far as how humans can feel better and connect again .. and stop suffering .... It has to be a Secret !! It can't be these simple things that are on every Hallmark card ! No way... Not for my life or problems .... But no ..... They were only cliche when I wasn't in alignment with them... when I was living in doubt and fear ... the ego couldn't accept that the answer was simply many of the over used statements or actions that we can do every day... I would repel it because these actions or statements are aligned with love... I had this resistance and this limiting story big time when it came time to include journaling and scripting into my reality ... But this was probably the single most profound thing that I've done which incorporates every single teaching from every different ideology or philosophy you can think of .... Because all of our old story that we journey is an illusion that exists in our minds memory of past energetic stamps ... and all of the minds creation of future events that haven't happened yet is an illusion.... and the source of almost all human anxiety... and we can release a good portion if not all of that resistance from practicing simple daily routines that break old patterns or loops... But now.. with a new perspective and narrative ...We are looking at that part of our lives from the version of ourselves that has been created from it .. The stronger more aligned well prepared and trusting knowing version of ourselves that came from that unconscious life .... I feel that this Full Moon represents this ..... The last few months have been spent sifting through the muck of the energetic swamp that was the mixture of our past energy cycles... and also some of the new energy and new reality that we now believe is possible for us ... This may have been a very up and down or confusing time for all of us ... Now ... Imagine that the work for this loop has been done .. You've come so far .. so far into your own understanding of what this is and means to YOU.... and from here the new stage has been set ... The new stage .. that NOW allows the fullest version of you... who YOU are right now... to create the world that you want to exist in. You are aligned with your source of this for you... and whatever label that exists as for you... and you now have aligned with all of the Universal components that will allow you to merge the two... NOW to create your life believing it is possible .. believing you are worth it .. and knowing for yourself that you have help along the way with this Universe as you continue to show that you trust and believe in your connection first ... I am so grateful for you guys its ridiculous!! Your messages about the "swamp of hope" references were Amazing !! lol. I know some of you wanted me to elaborate more on how we are first aware of the old patterns ... and then we are aware that we need to make new choices ... and then we use that awareness to make new choices for a decent amount of time.... Then...... WE BECOME "AWARE"... that there doesn't seem to be much progress.... That this new life style and choice making hasn't led to the rewards we thought... ( Or that the ego thought )..... and we become more susceptible to sinking down into the old way of thinking .. and our old vibration ... So...... We are shifting through a time in human and conscious history that is requiring much more from us.. It is requiring us not only to be more aware of who and what we are as self aware beings on a physical planet... But also our relationship to it.. our relationship to others who are all doing the same conscious evolution work as we are ( although we are all doing this at different rates )... and our relationship to versions of ourselves that we have not enjoyed very much... parts of our experience that we have consciously or unconsciously pushed down inside of us thinking it would be forgotten or hidden forever.. All of the unwanted things build momentum and at some point will need to be acknowledged and released... Doing the work regarding the shadow component of our being will be I believe a pivotal step needed to help evolve personally through these times,,, and also necessary to live a more authentic and peaceful life... There are a few parts to this conscious awakening or evolution that I make sure that I keep close to my heart and my attention.. Sometimes it is possible to drift in thought and allow random patterns of thinking and emotion to flood our experience in the moment and from this frequency we can find ourselves believing the things we are thinking without questioning their validity ... Without asking further questions... Realizing how the inner game is played and how we observe and then participate with our choices can truly help create an outer world that reflects our true intentions... Intentions that have been considered.. and questioned ... and evaluated to see if what we are saying is what we actually WANT to say .. In many cases it isn't at ALL what we want to say !! Kyle Cease has a very powerful statement that he makes in several of his presentations .. " People Pleasers can only attract takers" ... When I first heard this it was like hmmmmm... That seems to make sense... and I started to see where it may have been valuable in my journey and in my relationships ... If I get honest with this idea... how can I apply it to past and present situations to read what has happened and what is happening currently... Then.... In a meditation session about 3 years ago... I was like OMG... this holds the key to literally every question if you break it down honestly and view all relationships from what a place of higher consciousness would view it ... What would your aligned version do ... would you people please and continuously sacrifice your soul to get validation from others..... No ... Your higher self would not do that .. Would your higher self and full complete heart and soul version let another person who is out of their alignment sacrifice their heart and soul to make you happy because they need your validation .. NO... your highest version would not do that ... Because being in alignment you wouldn't require anything beyond something that was being authentically attracted to you... an you would feel that ... So from a state of alignment we can neither be a people please ... or a taker.... But we can recognize both based on what we are seeing and feeling .. .Today we dive DEEP into my journey of being ALLLLL of these different aspects of my shadow self and my aligned state.... and how I feel that using these aspects and how things went down in relationships is the path to really finding a genuine state of alignment within ourselves FIRST .... It's just like riding a bike !!!! lol What does that even mean right?? When we say that what we are typically implying is that it is something that we never forget how to do... that once we take our time and initially put our "conscious" attention into something and learn how to do it or how we use it we can always remember how to do it later ... sometimes years later !! We can just .. do it .... This thing that took time to figure out... now we do it without a conscious thought at all..... energy allocated to operations that we don't even consider are running behind the scenes ... Why is this important ... because the process we use to ride a bike .. or learn how to drive a car ... is the same process that happens when we develop our story.. or behaviors and eventually I believe it is what creates the physical reality that we experience... Just as we put initial attention on how do to something in the physical world ( ride a bike / drive a car ) .... that same attention is initially given to a thought or idea or belief .... in order to feel something from this at first we must have a conscious focus on it ..... but eventually if we repeat it enough... there will be enough pattern recognition and energy involved that it will store the thought... the story or the belief AND THE ENERGY YOU CHARGED IT WITH .... ( Emotion ) into your subconscious where just like driving a car it will be able to happen in the background without your conscious attention or focus needed anymore .... and this is happening infinite times under the surface without us even being aware.... Focusing the light of your awareness on this part of us .. the SHADOW SELF if you will .... we can begin to release these old energy patterns and the experiences they create in our current reality ... As I started to take more time understanding the relationship with my thoughts and my story.. I began to understand some very core aspects of our existence. There appears to be a conversation happening that I am aware of... and I am aware of both the "positive" things that are being said... and the "negative" things it says... I also became aware that some of the things I was listening to that used to be negative ... were now seen as positive... and some of the things that it said that were at one time positive... I didn't feel so good about anymore in that moment... How can that be ..?? What has to take place in order for this thought .. or idea to shift emotions inside of me .... It can't be the thought itself... because it seems to change based on how I feel inside... My perspective or state seems to affect what energy the thought resonates inside back to me ...?? Now the great understanding and wisdom that ALL thoughts are neutral ... and that WE charge them with the emotion we feel matches our story.. or our expectation.. or a projection from someone else's story that we've unconsciously adopted as our own... So what causes a shift one way or the other when we are watching an endless stream of neutral thought waves come past our screen of awareness .... There is a third thought bubble that chimes in ... also not you.... But references the higher state of consciousness we all have access to if we listen carefully ... Developing the energy of this third thought bubble... and the check systems it holds can stop us from traveling down the frequency scale to negative pits of uninspired living ... and can help also balance the scales of consciousness when we find ourselves in a state of doubt by being "to excited" about something that may happen or that we are creating ... Balance can be found if we listen... Say YES to today and allow the inner balance to build enough momentum so that it can begin to change your outer reality for the better ... SO MUCH LOVE TODAY !!! There seemed to be a very interesting theme and pattern in my life when it came to manifesting things.. or allowing things into my space or reality ... I started to notice that as I was either creating the thing I said I wanted,.. or if I was just about to get it after working for it ... I would have 2 very different dynamics happening .. I had a voice and external dialogue that said I was ready.. and that I wanted this to happen.. and that I couldn't wait !!! But inside .. I was in knots... or I was sad.. or in disbelief and doubtful... This gap in vibrational resonance of thought and emotion is what causes the suffering and anxiety we feel... AND it's why I would always procrastinate unconsciously for most of my life !! I recently experienced this in my reality earlier in the month and wanted to share an amazing process that really helped me not only identify what the depths of that limiting story and belief system was... but helped me create the new narrative right then and there.. by being honest with the answers that came to me from some of the more probing difficult questions I had to ask my "human" story..... The one thing that started many humans on a new realization of their world and what may be possible for them was the book "The Secret"... Reintroducing the Law of Attraction in a new way with very articulate spiritual guides and teachers .. who are sharing the basic principles of how this energetic law works in our lives. Although it was a huge factor in many humans waking up a bit more.. It also created some further resistance for others. There is a deeper level of understanding the law and how the observer of you... and the mind itself work together with whatever energy field we communicate with to bring to us what it is that we ask for ... We just sometimes don't allow ourselves to take responsibility for what it is that we are feeling ... or what we allow ourselves to think on a daily basis. There seems to be a way of thinking that "works"... a way of thinking and an approach to challenges that gets results.. It allows the ability to be flexible and to dig into and sort through a situation of challenges and emerge with not only a greater understanding .. but also some new ways to implement ideas that will evolve that old situation to something greater ... something more efficient and something that achieves the desired result that was scripted... Not because it was easy.. not because it all just "worked out"... But because it was the only way of thinking or the only mindset that can do that ... This mindset of problem solving and solution based conversation is acceptable in business... it is acceptable in athletics or when we are trying to do something that seems to be acceptable in the world.. or in society.. But for some reason when we try to apply the same ideas of solution based thinking in our "every day" life story we fall victim to the Ego chatter... the limited story of ( usually other peoples projected ) beliefs and expectations of the world ... The voice of not enough or not capable or victim mode can run strong in us at times... and when we try and apply the same high conscious level of thinking to our old story or "problems" ... we fight it tooth and nail .. run from it.. bury it with addictions and basically do all we can to " stay in that story" ... not because we like it . .. but because it is more comfortable than changing the story. We can still apply empathy... and heal our story while at the same time using the winning solution based mindset to apply the wanted changes we've outlined along the way ... We can combine this high consciousness mindset with the sensitivities of the human existence and become our own Conscious Guides... our own healers.. and our own navigators of what could have been considered to be some rough waters ... You hold this power to do this inside of you... You just have a story that says you can't ... or that you can... but "not all the time ".. ROUND 2 !!!! lol Round 2 of my " Pat you need to stop spending so much time on social media " conscious fine tuning of my workshop!. :) If you have been listening to the podcast for a little while you'll remember that in a few months back I realized that I wanted to fine tune and really reassess the energy I was co-dependently applying to areas other than what I was saying I wanted to do, or be or create .. Social media and how I was using it was the biggest area for me that was causing the most disruption and resistance .. I never had a voice that said that it was possible for me to remove myself from those platforms and be ok... That was a serious " NOT ENOUGH " voice trying to trick me into getting dopamine hits by making excuses to check my phone ... So after the last time it worked AMAZING.... and I was really able to keep it going and feel good even well after the last day of my social media removal deadline. Now I have a new story that says I did it and it felt good when I did... I had more time and built some cool things for this show and in my life .. So now I'm looking to fine tune and address some of that old momentum that I feel trying to creep back in... This will be cleaning and clearing up a new version of an energy loop, and honestly it feels better already .. So !!! Until the end of the month feel free to make this a conscious intention... I realized pretty early on in my 4th or 5 go round of trying to do or get things that would " make me happy "... That none of it was going to work... But I had spent so much energy and effort in the world creating and doing and building this illusion of what I reallllly thought was going to fill the void... help me to fit in.. to be someone .. To get some kind of a reaction from anyone at all that I valued in order to make me feel valuable for a moment ... Once I went through it enough times to wake up from the unconscious loop of disguising my pain through things in the world.. I now had to not only ride out that physical momentum in the world of all I created.. But I had to also heal the energy and experiences that created it at the same time.... This is the progression of human consciousness ... In one way or another we are doing this in loops every single moment... If you are listening to content like this... There are some incredibly interesting things happening in most of our world right now ... I really do have the privilege to talk with so many of you and the synchronicity in which I see this energy play out through our conversations is amazing .. We just finished up the energy cycle dissection and healing series of episodes .. and one thing came through pretty clear .. That there is a certain calm and " pleasantly " exciting part of our loops where we are healing.. manifesting.. observing and feeling grateful .... and then ...... There comes the storm.... The final boss of energy is beginning to hover over many of us in a way that is designed to cause confusion .. questions and doubt in a MAJOR way as to how all of this works... It really is the Job story from the bible you may be familiar with ... It may seem that it is all being taken from you.. or about to be taken from you... You don't know how ... but you feel it... This is the part where we really need to link arms... take deep breaths and believe in this ... believe in yourself... in the work you've done to heal and align and feel good... to give and to receive positive energy and raise your frequency and that of all you come into contact with ... In past loops this is where you would have fallen apart .. In past loops this is where it would have come unraveled ... But in this loop... You are aware and conscious of the game .... Trusting and doing the same incredible things you've been doing when it seems as though there is no way out or no point .. is the evidence this Universe is looking for to know that you are truly worthy and believe you are ready to align to that next level frequency .. in that timeline and in that reality ... I started this episode with an understanding that I wanted to talk about some of the different modes we can find ourselves in.. and how recognizing those modes is pivotal to transcending states of being... And what came out of it was a clearer than ever view of why I could never get past a certain point during the "moving on and moving through" to feel better process.. It was because at that point in that Ego Self on hyper drive version of me.... feeling good wasn't enough .. Other people couldn't measure my inner FEEL GOOD.. and I needed to be accepted by them at that point at all costs... I had to create something amazing that people could hear about or see me have or do in order to feel valuable in any way .. I had always sacrificed feeling good inside in almost every way to create what I thought would make me "feel good" in the external world... my internal feel good in my mind would be the result of creating something that makes me look a certain way... or have certain things... in the physical world.. and other people will view me in the amazing way ..!! and that is worth alllll of the energy effort physical suffering and mental health to get !! ...... NO... Over and over and over I would attempt to get this sense of peace or validation from a world designed to have the opposite effect... Until one day ... there is a stand off ... Between the voice in your head that has propelling this negative expression into the world.. the voice that is demanding to be heard and healed.. and the higher conscious state that is trying to guide you into feeling good inside first .. and then creating your world from there... I had to be conscious of what mode I was in ... either distraction and "push down emotions " mode ... or relax allow heal and rest mode ... When I understood that not just on a personal level.. but on a Universal energy level this is how the game is played I was able to really make powerful changes in my life .. and this allowed me the ability to navigate through the chaos of physical creations I made in the world.. while my inner world was becoming more peaceful... Eventually and with enough focus and time,, that energy of allowing yourself to feel better will over ride and become the more powerful dominant vibration and you will experience what they call miracles in your day... There is one thing that I have really always looked to as the single main catapult to any higher consciousness that I exist at these days.. and that one thing was that no matter what the voice in your head is saying to you... "good" or "bad" It is NOT you... That you will always be and will never not be the observer of that ever changing voice, narrative and story.. Inside of that ever changing story exists different experiences that the voice repeats to you every second... like a play by play... You are the listener .. the observer of the story you are hearing ... You are NOT the story ... So ... When I was able to make the biggest changes was when I finally allowed myself to view my lower consciousness story and attachments... from a higher consciousness space ... It seemed that at that frequency in those moods... My story changed... or lost some UMPPHHH ... New ideas would enter my awareness ... and I would be able to connect with them emotionally and FEEL them as being possible for some reason.... Because the vibration of consciousness that I was at ... aligned with those positive thoughts... If I observed those same "positive" thoughts from a lower state ... It wouldn't be in alignment .. and it would repel... or FEEL BAD ... This is our inner GPS ... We just need to be able to be honest about what the story is saying ... and be awake enough to understand all of the tricks it uses through emotional triggers trying to get you to become the story itself... We've made it to Part 4 of our Energetic Loop Dissecting.. We've been become aware of our old story... the unwanted and the wanted... Understood the situations that brought it all to our attention loop after loop after loop.. and we've decided that we are done with it ... ready to see the evidence of the new script we have been writing and believe is possible for us ... There comes a point where after a good amount of time doing the right things in your life and shifting through challenging periods.. that there will be essentially one final... "test"... one final ASK from the Universe in that moment ..... It will show you everything that represents your past story all at once ... Possibly multiple threads of your life seemingly coming together to ask one more time .... do you Believe ?? Do you believe that with almost ZERO evidence in the world of what you are trying to make or create or be.... Do you believe that it's real for you waiting here.. and that with this heavy challenging choice to not fall back into your old story you can transcend the loop and clear that .... So it seems to be going around.. It seems like all of the threads from all of your stories combined are entering back into your experience in an overwhelming fashion... asking you in a very specific way if you still want what you've asked for ?? .... You're about to get what you asked for .. BUT FIRST ... Here is some evidence of the old you... the old story.. the old beliefs ... Right in your face again... We want to make sure you reallllllyyyy believe and want what you are asking for... If you make the "difficult" choices in this new moment ... in the face of all it seems you DON'T want.... On the other side of that new choice of faith and self love.. and inner guidance ... On the other side of that will be the entering of a new higher conscious loop... This moon will represent that ... A new loop and reality where that energy of the old versions and the healed versions doesn't take part in your story... You will have literally aligned with a higher conscious... higher perspective having version of you.... This will be the version of you that when we started all of this "NEW STORY" stuff... Fear is one of those things that can be hard to really honestly uncover the source of. Most of the time we experience things that scare us in the world and we have to put on a face that says we are brave.. " Putting on a brave face " can be necessary and actually helpful in some moments and situations... But without digging deep into what initial experiences or thoughts allowed or experienced the fear .. all you will have is an adult that knows how to act brave in the world and even BE brave in the world... but is fueled and controlled by a child version of themselves inside that was never able to be reassured.. never able to understand why it suffered.. or what was happening or why.... I believe that one of the "perks"... ( for lack of a more appropriate word lol ) of the conscious connection and deliberate creation world.. is not just healing.. not just feeling better .. But the hype around manifestations .. creating and seeing things that we've said we have wanted to experience or have in our lives. It became more and more clear to me that ALL of these stories and the different versions of them I attached to would seem to happen in Loops... One of my main focuses through the last decade or so of my life here.. has been trying to figure out at what point of the loop I am in ... and what it is that I'm saying about it... This way not only can I be more honest with what I'm seeing now .. and the versions of me from the past that created the now I'm currently living in... But also identifying the specific thoughts in my mental patterns that were running on a loop so I could be consciously aware of the emotional or energetic waves trying to move through me .. Today we dive into a process that really helped me hop out of my loop and my story and sit in the "meditative editing room" if you will... There is one thing that has given me both great comfort and also incredible experiences of fear at seemingly the same time..lol That is the realization that all though it appears to be random... We exist in a reality of patterns and loops... Energy is no exception ... We as energetic beings that are "consciously aware" of the ride we are on... can be programmed in a way that continuously initially rewards the glancing over of the patterns in our life .. to assume they are part of a terrifying unclear unfolding of natural uncontrollable sequences of events.... Distractions abound and we become a character that builds an avatar around NOT experiencing that fear or disconnection ... The loops and energy created from that facade and that fear will manifest eventually in the world for us to experience ... heal ... and evolve beyond ... This is how we either repeat or transcend our energetic loops of life .. love .. and reality ... Today we start the process of really breaking apart the loops we create and experience .. so that we can choose what parts we want to re experience ... and heal the unwanted parts that seem to keep us stuck in the "universal" ruts we all want to evolve from...
