In this episode, we're talking about reframing as a (2) step process that when done together, can help you rewrite the story of what's possible for you. First, we discuss the process of becoming aware of what your mind has to say about the current situations you're experiencing. What story are you telling? Next, we discuss giving yourself permission to change that story, which starts with admitting that you could be seeing it from a lower perspective. Could there be something greater than us with a higher vantage point that knows more about the situation than we do? When we surrender our story to that higher power, we gain access to the higher perspective, and can receive guidance on the next step to take. By stringing enough of these steps together, we will start to internally trust ourselves more, and see our life start to change as a result.
