Also ohne Unternehmensstrategie keine Datenstrategie!
In the beginning of the pandemic I was hit with some serious anxiety. There was so much uncertainty. Would we survive? Is this the end of the world? As I sat with my fear, one thought kept me grounded and anchored: my ancestors have survived pandemics and I will too. This is the not the first time humans have gone through something like this. I knew I wanted to have my friend Lisa Nagel on the podcast to talk all about connecting with our ancestors, especially in uncertain times. Lisa is an inherited trauma resolution coach and ancestral healing guide who works with highly sensitive womxn who want to be free. Who want to feel vibrantly alive in their self-expression, their relationships, and careers. She believes in gentle bravery, radical love, in transformation that lasts and that our stories aren't over yet. That everything is still possible. www.wildsensitivesouls.com. In this episode, I explore grief and loss with Lisa Nagel. Our shared intention for this conversation is to support anyone moving through grief and to create the space to invite healing. Lisa shares so many insights around the grief process, how our society treats loss and grief, and what she means when she says that grief is an invitation. She also helps me rethink how I look at self-care by sharing a question she asks herself and her clients. It completely changed my approach to caring for myself in moments of stress, grief, or illness and I'm so grateful. In September of 2018, a day before I found out that my boyfriend had been cheating on me, I had booked myself an initial call with a woman called Lisa Nagel. I had found her the good ol fashioned way - through instagram. I virtually knew nothing about her except for the fact that she worked for a coach I respected in the trauma resolution world and she seemed to enjoy tarot cards. Obviously, that’s my type of human. The call ended up being a bust because I was staying up in the mountains of the San Gabriel Valley where on Saturday mornings, wifi was optional. Lisa was so accommodating with my unusual sense of chaos, while I thought she’d write me off as a flake of a potential client. Instead, she showed me incredible amount of compassion. At the time, I had no idea that I was going to have to grieve my entire 3 year relationship with a man I was planning on marrying before the end of the year. Yet, I still signed myself up to inquire about signing up for her wild sensitive grieving program before the big reveal. We joke in this interview, that like, what was I thinking I needed to grieve before the collapse happened? I felt a little crazy hiring yet another support person. I already had my therapist and my trauma resolution practitioner along with all my other wellness peeps, so it felt excessive. At one point, I felt like I had a whole other job just going to my appointments. But honestly, hiring Lisa as my new coach was one of the best top 3 decisions of my life. Working with her has actually lessened my need for more outside support because I’ve met and connected with myself in ways I NEVER have through her guidance. She is magic. In this episode, we talk about Lisa’s own journey with grief, all cumulating when she got divorced at 24 years old. We talk about grief as an invitation, what it invited Lisa to and what it could be inviting you to do. She teaches us about holy truths surrounding grief - that you want to hear if you’re going through a hard time so that things can make more sense. We also talk about what grief feels like. Lisa gives us tips on how to navigate fresh heartbreak and loss and she tells us about the storm season and how to honor that you’re in it. She talks to us about processed and unprocessed grief and guides us on how to softly meet ourselves, perhaps for the very first time, after our world falls apart.

This week I had my beautiful friend and business guide Lisa Nagel on the show - we talked about keeping it real, simple and magical and how we can learn through joy rather than just through difficult experiences. We also shared some rituals that are pretty easy to do and have really helped us through challenging times, explored what it can mean to work with desire and surrender and talked about being at ease with the cycles of expansion and contraction. Lisa is such a sweet, wonderful babe and I am delighted to share her with you! In this episode we mentioned the concepts of mantras and chakras and as two white people we`d like to acknowledge that these are practices that have generously been brought to us in Europe by Indian teachers like Swami Sivananda who shared their wisdom with us despite the horrific experiences their communities have made through colonisation. Lisa Nagel is a card reader and healer currently based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. She supports women through a unique blend of love filled card and energy readings by marrying the magical, spiritual and the practical to empower them, witness and heal their wild sensitive souls. She deeply believes in the inherent wisdom each soul carries and in making more space for sacredness in our lives.
