Lilly moved here from Arizona specifically to study winemaking to apply to mead-making. While in school, she also helped launch a Meadery in Whales, UK. Oran Mor Meads in Roseburg was launched in 2015 and they are now one of the top Meaderies in the state producing award-winning mead. They focus on producing Meads and Honey wines from local and varietal honey and farm direct, using local PNW fruit and spices.
