In this heartfelt Mother's Day message, Pastor Pam honors the influence of godly mothers and teaches on the redemptive power of faith through brokenness. Using the image of a cracked teacup repaired with gold, she illustrates how God restores and brings value to our broken places, allowing His light to shine through them. Drawing from the stories of women in Jesus' genealogy and scriptures from 2 Timothy, Psalms, and Isaiah, Pastor Pam encourages parents—especially mothers—to pass on a legacy of faith, perseverance, and trust in God. She urges them to be examples in times of weakness and difficulty, showing their children how to pray, stand on God's Word, and live with purpose in every season of life.

In this final installment of her series, Pastor Pam concludes her teaching on trials, temptations, and the importance of building your life on a firm foundation. Drawing from 1 Peter 5 and Luke 6, she emphasizes that trials reveal what we're truly made of, while temptations attempt to draw us away from God's purpose. Pastor Pam uses the metaphor of a house built on sand versus solid rock to illustrate the need for a secure foundation in Christ. She challenges listeners to examine their lives, identify cracks in their foundation, and allow God to rebuild and restore. With examples from Paul's life and the Samaritan woman, she highlights the transformative power of faith in Christ to set us free from past failures and generational cycles. The message encourages believers to trust God's process, let go of the past, and press forward with purpose and resilience.
In the continuation of her message on trials and temptations, Pastor Pam dives deeper into the wisdom needed to navigate life's challenges. Expanding on James 1, she highlights the role of discernment, faith, and reliance on God's Word in overcoming both external trials and internal temptations. Pastor Pam emphasizes the importance of spiritual maturity, teaching believers how to recognize and resist the enemy's tactics while trusting God for strength and guidance. Pastor Pam is a force of nature and an advocate for building the resiliency of New Jersey's youth, the justice-involved, the unemployed, the under-employed, and other underserved populations and fragile families. She founded Communities in Cooperation (CIC), an organization that strengthens communities through Family & Individual Assistance Programs, Job Readiness & Employment, Utility Assistance, Reentry Services, and youth mentoring. CIC has built a particularly strong platform of supporting prisoner re-entry into society, which Pastor Pam and host Aaron Turner discuss in detail. Pastor Pam diagnoses the big challenges people in or emerging from the criminal justice system face (with some surprises) and the types of critical support they need to get back on their feet and living fulfilling and productive lives.
In today's message, Pastor Pam helps us see how important worship is in our lives.
