Salvation is as simple as how Paul described it to the Philippian jailer, "Believe in the Lord Jesus and be saved." And at the same time, there's many aspects to it. In this message, let's explore what the Bible has to say about the amazing gift of God's salvation!
All people deserve God's judgment, and only when we understand that can we recognize the greatness of God's grace. What we see in Genesis, and the whole Bible, is that salvation cannot come from man. Salvation comes only from God's grace. The salvation God provides for sinners is founded upon and flows from his free grace.

Why World Hates True Message of Jesus (and his followers) The Good News Of Jesus requires truth - all of us have sinned and we can do nothing about that - we have to fully depend on what Jesus has done for us and so be made righteous in Christ and before God by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone.
There is no other name but Jesus by which anyone may be saved for eternal life with God the Father through the finished work of Jesus the Son - who paid your / my / everyone's sin debt to God in full and we receive new birth (from spiritual death to spiritual life) only in the name of Jesus by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone.

Week 3 of "The DNA of our Faith." Sin always brings double trouble! …the legal problem before a Just and Holy God and the health problem of a sin infected soul. Fortunately God provided a double cure for our double trouble. Grace. God's Salvation (Grace) has 2 distinct and important elements. Key Verse: Various
Without question, salvation is the most important concept posed to man. Salvation answers all questions that a person may have about life on Earth, and life after death. What is Salvation? More importantly, how can one be saved? In this episode, find out what salvation is, what grace is, how a person can be saved, what salvation is not, and what salvation entails. Corrections for this episode: The term "trinity" is used many times in this episode in place of the Biblical term Godhead, which refers to the 3 distinct persons of the living God (See Acts 17:29, Romans 1:20 and Colossians 2:9). The trinity is a Catholic doctrine that is of pagan origin, for more details check out the 5th episode in this series titled "The Holy Spirit." “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9 Grace be to you.

We can’t earn salvation; it comes only though faith in Jesus Christ. Ultimate joy is found in “Jesus only.”
This weekend, we continued our Salvation/Grace series with a message on unconditional love. What does it mean and what does it look like? What does God mean when God calls us to love one another unconditionally? So often in our world today, we put guidelines and restrictions on everything. But, our understanding of Christian love does not have a place for that. Scripture: Romans 8:35-39 1. What does God mean by unconditional love from God? 2. What does God ask of us in unconditional love? 3. Does unconditional love require acceptance or tolerance and what is the difference?

Salvation, Grace, & Sacraments (Episodes 120) In this episode we are going to talk about Salvation, Grace, and Sacraments. First, we are going to discuss theology of salvation. Next, we will discuss what a sacrament is, and how can the church be sacramental in everything we do, even in activities that do not meet the criteria of being a recognized sacrament. Then, we will compare the two sacraments in mainline Protestantism, which includes the Church of the Nazarene, with the seven sacraments of Roman Catholicism. Finally we will conclude with a question of whether or not we should expand our list of recognized sacraments. #Christianity #ChurchoftheNazarene #Nazarene #Sacrament #Salvation #Christ #Bible #Grace #Church #Theology #Pastor #Podcast #Talk

God gives us so much that we do not deserve, because of his mercy. Instead of judgement, punishment and death he brings Forgiveness, blessings and as many fresh starts as we need. Has God's mercy changed your life? Are you making the most of the fresh start he has given you? Are you still in awe at the eternal life that is now yours in Christ Jesus?
Rod Bayley speaks on salvation through grace from the book of Ephesians.
We have been saved by God for God. Our religious activity means nothing to God when we make it about ourselves
What do Christians believe about the immortality of the soul and the justification for punishment? Has hell been lost as a doctrine in the modern church? In their second inter-Christian encounter James White and Roger and Faith Forster explain their different view of hell. James White holds to an "eternal conscious torment" view - that those in hell are punished for all eternity. Roger and Faith Forster believe in "conditional immortality" - that only those in Christ are granted eternal life and those who go to hell cease to exist. The love of God is revealed to me in the words of Jesus in John 15:9 “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you.” The best activity I can engage in to make me a loving husband and father, is to believe that God loves me, just as I am.As I soak in the love of God, I am a new man, more like my savior and prepared to love others as He has loved me. My vision for the family has changed from: “Where each lives for the other and all live for Christ”, to: what I now I see as a more biblical statement: “Where each lives for Christ and all love for the other”.To begin to grasp the love of God, we need to being with the good news, or the gospel of Jesus. I have chosen 2 Corinthians 5:21 to represent the truths of the gospel. For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.There is nothing I can do or anything I can add to make God love you more. In Christ we are accepted totally and completely. Our salvation and sanctification are both gracious gifts from God.I mistakenly believed that salvation was by His grace, but sanctification, was by my efforts. The more I did for God, the better the husband and father, the more God would love me and like me. Any semblance of works, nullifies grace. If I am working for something it is no longer a gift.Ephesians 2:1 "And you were dead in your trespasses and sins, ... 4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not as a result of works..."The only appropriate response to grace is, “Thanks”.Closing Prayer: John 17:26 "I made known to them your name, and I will continue to make it known, that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them.”
