The Strikers are flying with three wins on the bounce this Big Bash campaign - Wes Agar joins Josh Jenkins & Bryce McGain following last night's win over the Thunder.

Wes took career-best figures of 4 for 6 in the Strikers rout of the Sydney Thunder last Friday evening. He will face them again tonight at Adelaide Oval and spoke with Sam about hoping to repeat that performance and how the Strikers are shaping up this Big Bash.

A disappointing start to the season. We need to work hard to get better. Coach Dizzy said we just haven't been good enough with bat or ball. Been working on keeping things more straightforward. In the past has been making the craft of bowling too complicated. AC “Are you the man who keeps the group positive?” “We are a positive group in general, despite the results. In terms of morale, we've got plenty of guys who keep it positive and some interesting characters”.

Some serious topics were also discussed, including the AFL's proposed magic round potentially coming to Adelaide, why isn't Rory laird considered a star of the game, who were the top five players from SA-based clubs this season, and when will the SA Redbacks finally get their act together.
