"It was a good day but it could have been a great day," says Brad Haddin after Australia finished day one at The Oval on 1-61, 222 runs adrift of England's first innings of 283. It could have been much better had Australia held on to five dropped catches but Pat Cummins' side do take the day one honours having won the toss and elected to bowl. The final test of the Ashes got underway at the Oval last night. Australia had earlier won the toss, their first of the series, and elected to bowl, restricting England to 283 with Australian quick Mitchell Starc taking 4 wickets, before finishing the day 61/1. Even if England win, Australia retain the urn, but both sides will be hoping to end the series on a winning note. BBC cricket commentator Henry Moeran joins us now spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
