When you think of yoga, what do you think of? Do you think of stretching, or maybe you think of someone deep in the Himalayas who floats while meditating and can withstand the freezing temperatures with just a robe on. What if there was more to yoga than just the above? Could the act of moving and stretching be just a small component of the entirety of a yoga practice? Joining us for this week's episode is Antonella and Jordan of Gravity Lift Yoga. They are a dynamic yoga duo who provide more to their classes than just the "stretch" portion. They are on a mission to build a community within the yoga world, while also teaching all 8 limbs of yoga.
