The world of Charly Bliss is a constantly evolving one. It's bunny-moshing and sugar-rushes one moment, slow-dances and sombre synths the next. Across two albums, it's made them one of the most captivating new bands on the indie-rock circuit - and in July of 2019, it was finally Australia's turn to experience this exceptional band in the flesh. Over a couple of jetlagged drinks in Sydney, frontwoman Eva Hendricks and guitarist Spencer Fox let loose on everything from the art of percussion to their best-forgotten nu-folk project. If you're young enough, come and feel the love. Special thanks to Uda Widanapathirana, Inertia [PIAS], the Courthouse Hotel and Adam Buncher. Drawing inspiration from Lord of the Flies, of which both Tom and Pat both indulged in the Cliffnotes versions in high school, the guys draft the albums that would have made it to their desert island playlists, had they been stranded in 8th grade. It was a fun look back at what they were listening to at the time, and tbh, a modern day desert island wouldn’t look too terrible different.     Links: [SPOILERS] Enema of the State by Blink-182 Dookie by Green Day Meteora by Linkin Park Your Favorite Weapon by Brand New Take Off Your Pants and Jacket by Blink-182 Give Up by The Postal Service I Am The Movie by Motion City Soundtrack Hot Fuss by The Killers The All American Rejects by The All American Rejects In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 by Coheed and Cambria     Songs of the week: Young Enough by Charlie Bliss Bring Me Back to Life by The Dangerous Summer   Listen to these songs and millions of other songs on Apple Music with a 3 month free trial     Follow us on Twitter at @_ReminscentFM and Instagram!

Carolyn Bendall is the editor of Your True Colours Magazine and fashion critic/image consultant.  Each Monday morning she brings you entertainment, fashion, and engaging stories and people. Albertini International is the creation of Valorie Albertini, a long-time beauty expert who has spent 25 years testing and developing skin care and hair products for major manufacturers.  Valorie has spent years collaborating on videos with topics ranging from the newest products, to what works and what doesn’t, and how products and ingredients actually work. Through the years, Valorie discovered a change in her own skin and began talking with her friends and clients about how their skin was changing as they got older.  Valorie discovered, as do many women, that her skin began to change about the same time her hormones did, at the beginning of menopause. Having little patience for things which can and should be remedied, she set out to find a solution. Having spent the last few years researching and testing, Valorie developed a formula for her new product, Divine skin hydrator. This unique formulation locks the water in skin cells, helping to restore skin’s Natural Moisture Factor, providing a solution to the dry skin problem experienced by women worldwide. Albertini International’s focus is about creating beauty solutions for the specific problems that nearly everyone encounters. Beauty issues that happen after age 45. Albertini International offers Skin Care for Women Old Enough to Know and Young Enough to Care! http://albertiniinternational.com/
