On the Evolving Wellness podcast, host Sarah Kleiner interviews returning guest Steve about seasonal allergies, histamine intolerance, and MCAS, emphasizing that the root problem is often loss of immune tolerance driven by gut dysbiosis, leaky gut, and Th1/Th2 imbalance from factors like antibiotics, PPIs, stress, mold, and environmental changes. They contrast symptom tools—antihistamines that block histamine receptors and herbs like quercetin/ginger that stabilize mast cells—with approaches aimed at lowering IgE formation and retraining gut–immune “crosstalk.” Steve describes postbiotics and beta-glucans as “tolerization rehab,” highlighting his product HoloImmune (heat-killed strains) and butyrate (TriButyrin-X) for gut lining and mast cell support, plus DAO enzymes for dietary histamine. They discuss safety, dosing, avoiding live probiotics during flares, and examples including motion sickness, bug-bite welts, and a child's post-viral hives.— GUT HEALTH:  Healthy Gut Supplements- discount automatically applied: Holoimmune: https://healthygut.com/holoimmune-now/?rstr=811&coupon_code=Sarah15 Holozyme Link: https://healthygut.com/holozyme-now/?rstr=811&coupon_code=Sarah15 HCL Guard Link: https://healthygut.com/hcl-guard-now/?rstr=811&coupon_code=Sarah15 Tributyrin X: https://healthygut.com/tributyrin-x-now/?rstr=811&coupon_code=Sarah15 Magnesium: https://healthygut.com/magnesiumhp-now/?rstr=811&coupon_code=Sarah15 _________Sponsored By:→ VivaRays | This episode is sponsored by VivaRays - VivaRays Blue - code YOGI https://vivarays.com/→ Bon Charge | Go to https://boncharge.com/products/demi-red-light-device?rfsn=8108115.26608d & use code SARAHKLEINER for 15% off storewide._________Timestamp:00:00 Coming Up01:02 Podcast Intro Disclaimer02:15 Spring Allergies Setup05:05 Loss Of Tolerance08:02 Why Symptoms Worsen10:25 How Antihistamines Work11:59 Mast Cell Stabilizers14:20 Rewiring With Postbiotics16:20 Red Light Sponsor Break17:59 MCAS Pepcid Bridge22:11 Gut Healing Without Probiotics25:45 Blue Blockers Sponsor Break27:12 Mold And Individual Variance29:57 Antibiotics Farm Effect31:39 Dead Bugs Vs Probiotics32:40 Live vs Dead Probiotics33:25 Immune Software Updates35:28 Strawberry Hives Story36:40 Allergy Medicine Toolkit37:25 DAO Enzyme Explained40:05 Springtime Support Stack40:48 Root Causes and Triggers42:38 Immune Rehab and Tolerance45:56 How to Start Dosing49:11 Coaching Over AI51:47 Antihistamines and Acid Blockers53:56 How Long to Take It56:35 Leaky Gut and Butyrate57:39 Hidden Histamine Symptoms58:29 Motion Sickness and Bug Welts01:00:17 Wrap Up and Resources——— This video is not medical advice & as a supporter to you and your health journey - I encourage you to monitor your labs and work with a professional!________________________________________Get all my free guides and product recommendations to get started on your journey!https://www.sarahkleinerwellness.com/all-free-resourcesCheck out all my courses to understand how to improve your mitochondrial health & experience long lasting health! Did you know that motion sickness affects 1 in 3 people? As AVs gain traction and drivers become passengers, it may be the biggest barrier to the future of autonomous mobility. With a focus on addressing the root cause of motion sickness, Motion Sync offers breakthrough solution: a haptic pre-activation system that helps passengers anticipate vehicle movement with a personalized in-cabin experience that could redefine comfort and productivity. Listen in as we sit down with Dr. Daniel Sousa Schulman, CEO and Founder of Motion Sync, to unpack the science behind motion sickness and why it's a critical issue for EVs, robotaxis, and self-driving cars. You'll learn why passengers get sick, why drivers don't, and how EVs can actually make symptoms worse. As a topic critical to the success of autonomous vehicles, it's a conversation you don't want to miss.   We'd love to hear from you.

And joining us as our featured passenger is Margaret Larkin from The Radio Girl Podcast, bringing sharp cultural context and great instincts for what's working, what's cheesy, and what still plays today. We're digging into the episode's storylines, the early-season vibe before everything locks into the familiar formula, and why this show became the ultimate “drop your brain at the gangplank” comfort TV. We live in a world that often feels spiritually disorienting, where what we believe about justice and goodness doesn't match what we experience daily. This exploration of Ecclesiastes 8:10-17 tackles what we might call 'spiritual motion sickness'—that nauseating disconnect between our expectations of how the world should work and the reality we encounter. Just as physical motion sickness occurs when our eyes and inner ear send conflicting signals to our brain, spiritual motion sickness happens when wicked people prosper while the righteous suffer. The passage confronts us with uncomfortable observations: hypocrites praised in religious spaces, evil deeds going unpunished, good people treated as if they were wicked. Our culture offers two inadequate responses—empty sentimentality that ignores real pain, or crushing cynicism that sees only darkness. But the Teacher in Ecclesiastes offers a third way: wisdom that looks up to the horizon of God's ultimate justice while still enjoying the gifts of life here and now. This isn't naive optimism; it's resurrection realism. We're reminded that in Christ, we have a horizon shaped like a cross, where God entered our suffering, defeated death, and initiated a kingdom where all things are being made new. The cure for our spiritual motion sickness isn't having all the answers—it's keeping our gaze fixed on the North Star of God's promises, trusting that the arc of the moral universe truly bends toward justice, even when we can't see it clearly in the darkness.

Vidcast:  https://www.instagram.com/p/DOwcerADAD3/If you're a victim of motion sickness, listening to soft and joyful music will tamp down your nausea and discomfort.  This the result of Chinese study just published in the journal Frontiers in Human Neuroscience. The researchers studied the reactions of 30 subjects in a simulated driving environment noting their subjective reactions and collecting neurophysiologic data.  After tabulation, the numbers revealed which tunes suppressed motion sickness.  The winner was soft music at 57.3% improvement closely followed by joyful music at 56.7%.  Less effective was passionate, stirring music at 48.3%,   with sad music coming in last at 40%.  The control group hearing no music enjoyed a 43.4% symptom reduction, better than listening to sad music. So if you feel a bout of motion sickness is impending, put in those ear buds or turn your auto music system to soft or joyous music.https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/human-neuroscience/articles/10.3389/fnhum.2025.1636109/full#motion #sickness #music #soft #joyous
