In this episode Richard describes how, back in the late 70's, he created a cheating technique that was later picked up by a team of professional cheats who perfected it and used the technique across the country and Canada, and ultimately made this team millions of dollars. What was great to learn from Richard, was his take on what current operators should do, in the way of training that no one else is doing, that would have a huge impact on the way to prevent many of these scams, the cheaters use, still, to this day. Part 3 is the final leg of this series episode which revealed something, that was very new to us regarding a casino company doing something completely different and innovative to protect the house.
