ABOUT MY MISSION I assist people in generating greater self-awareness, self-acknowledgment and self-acceptance. I coach clients to observe, welcome, and integrate all parts of themselves into their ideal visions. This results in richer life experiences, stronger leadership, and resourcefulness to turn in any obstacle into opportunity. What's my deal? I've spent the majority of my life living through experiences that have broken me down along the way; a multi-year battle with disordered eating and negative self image, failures to approach the world in ways that were best for him, and an upending of who I was from a collapsed marriage. Once the lessons and wisdom from these experiences were integrated into my conscious worldview, they became mechanisms for helping others achieve the balance, peace, and clarity of direction that I discovered for myself. Aiming to be an example of using ALL parts of ourselves... I was legit saved by coaching, and became dedicated to and obsessed with sharing the tools and exercises that I learned. By adding ICF-accredited Coach training to my certified personal training background, and undergrad work in psychology and sociology, I was inspired to offer others what I believe to be the most incredible medicine of the self. Those that have been through a coaching process with me often admit that life is changed afterwards; fear to move forward subsides and is replaced by the courage to go after whatever they seek. https://www.ericbedellcoaching.com/

Aside from this, De'Vannon is an Honorably discharged veteran of the United States Air Force and a graduate of both Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and the Hypnosis Motivation Institute. De'Vannon's story is one of surviving the social outskirts and finding one's way back to a balanced path. A Little Bit More About De'Vannon: My name is De'Vannon Hubert and I'm from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Discovering my sexuality while growing up as a Christian in the South wasn't easy, but I didn't get into any real trouble until my own church told me I wasn't welcome in God's house, in my twenties. Dejected, I spiraled into drug addiction and crime, and my drug of choice was crystal meth. After years of living life to the extreme with the craziest drugs and wildest sex I could imagine, my HIV+ diagnosis only told me one thing: Go out with a bang because your life is almost over. Today, my life is a very different story and much has changed. I'm not homeless, I don't think my life is ending any time soon, and I have an evolving perspective of what it means to live a balanced and spiritual life. I make it a point to have people in my life who many would say live on the "social outskirts" and who embrace ideas and practices society believes to be "taboo" because these are my people and we have so much in common. I have a dirty, sexual, VERY open mind and yet maintain a strong connection with Jesus Christ. I feel called to tell my story and connect with others to help them find a greater understanding of themselves and a path to spirituality as well. https://www.thequattroway.com/podcast Unlike my partner Maurice, in the beginning, it was about the money for me (sadly). I entered the corporate world with one intention, and that was getting to the top so that I could pound my chest, flaunt my title, and enjoy the perks of a sizable mid-six-figure income. Thank heavens I woke up and learned that the essence of life actually revolves around my beautiful (and much more intelligent) wife, our darling daughter, and our wonderful family and friends that surround us with love even when we don't deserve it. Today, at thirty-two, I am well on my way to that dream that leads to freedom of time and passion. For me, financial freedom has become an obsession and a lifestyle. I love that Quattro Capital provides a way for me to become financially free while helping others do the same, as well as solving our country's need for quality workforce housing. One day my girls and I will travel to all of the cool places I went to during my corporate life. I mean, let's face it, a conference room looks the same in all cities in the world! As my story progresses, I am spending more time doing what I love like playing golf in exotic places, getting lost in the notes of my guitars, playing and wake surfing on the lake with family and friends, building anything from furniture to homes, and doing what makes my heart full.? What does your freedom vision look like? Real Estate ? ??My journey with real estate began when my wife and I purchased our first home in the 2015 sizzling Nashville market that almost priced us out completely. We were fortunate to find something well below market value and performed a live-in renovation on it. After reaping the rewards of sweat equity (because it was all that we could afford to do at the time), the neurons in my head connected the dots that led to my pursuit of value-add real estate investing. As we began to scale, I discovered that larger real estate assets were valued on the income they generate and not using the comparable method as in the residential world. From there, I was hooked. ?? Yes, I am the young buck in the group! It has been such a privilege and an honor to link arms with such an experienced and high-performance team while we build Quattro Capital "The Quattro Way". For Quattro Capital, I spend most of my time working with Brokers and putting deals together in the multifamily space. I lead a team of Alliance Partners whom we work with very closely to coordinate the negotiation, underwriting, due diligence, and debt origination of our acquisition pipeline. As of this writing, I have led the acquisition of over $70 million in multifamily real estate on behalf of Quattro Capital. ? ? Professional ? Believe it or not, my first love was actually aircraft. I originally became an aerospace engineer with NASA back in the days the Space Shuttle was still flying. The feeling that comes from watching a man-made machine leap off of the ground and leave this world is something I still to this day have trouble explaining. But, all good things must come to an end as did the space program. I then transitioned into the private sector and rose through the ranks of General Electric in their aviation division as a mechanical engineer of ever-increasing influence. When the company health began to come into question by the public, I was fortunate to be asked to join an elite internal consulting group that had one sole mission: expand contribution margin on all products to improve the bottom line. It was here that I developed my understanding and love of business strategy all while becoming a cultured world traveler as I jumped from facility to facility around the globe. Soon after this once-in-a-lifetime experience ended, I was blessed with an opportunity to serve as a Global Sourcing Leader for GE Renewable Energy supporting wind turbines on both land and sea, effectively assisting the world in its transition to more sustainable green energy generation. It was here that I grew my abilities in global team leadership and negotiation tactics with international cultures. My team jokes that I am an "old soul" in that I come from a diverse background and have had many experiences for someone in his early thirties. I have been given a passion for ingenuity and a love of generating thoughtful solutions to some of the industry's most challenging problems. Now that passion and ingenuity are harnessed in using value-add real estate to create financial freedom for myself and others while simultaneously providing wonderful communities for our residents. Quattro Capital is based on four core pillars. It begins with people and for people. A team of people then collaborate around a property which yields profits, some of which are used in philanthropy. What happens when talents converge and passions align? Merger Magic. ? Back in 2019, Erin Hudson organized a meeting with Maurice Philogene, Chad Sutton and Kim Wendland to discuss a multifamily acquisition. Over time we discovered that we all performed better as a team. Ultimately, we closed five more acquisitions in the first year. It didn't take long for our style of team to become known and begin to grow. After a handful of conversations, Tammy Sutton joined the partnership and new alliance partnerships began to solidify. As our team grew into a high-performance team, the next step was natural -- we needed to merge: Quattro Capital was born. ? Quattro Capital is a merger between Legacy Builders 7, JMP Holdings and NextGen Real Capital effective September 1, 2020. ? With a background encompassing almost all aspects of the social media landscape, she often describes herself as a "media mixologist" -- combining new technology with storytelling and community to create successful events, formulate practical success strategies for organizations, and deliver client results. She has been podcasting since 2005, and was part of the birth of podcasting as an industry. In 2007, Jennifer founded National Podcast Post Month (aka NaPodPoMo), a community event that encourages folks to create 30 podcasts in 30 days during the month of November. This event gave new podcasters a chance to "fail fast and get good" while motivating veteran podcasters to experiment with new technology and new podcast formats. This year, NaNoPodMo is celebrating its 14th anniversary of inspiring podcast innovation. With the recent popularity of live audio platforms like Clubhouse and new live audio features like Twitter Spaces, she now hosts live weekly audio sessions on both platforms. Jennifer has been featured in television and newspaper interviews on topics ranging from mobile technology to user-generated conference events to social media trends. She has spoken about podcasting and social media at conferences across the country and at local events like She Podcasters, WordCamp San Antonio and BlogItSA. Jennifer is no stranger to hosting podcasting and social media events and in October of 2019, hosted the inaugural Texas Podcast Conference (TexasPodCon) which received rave reviews. She has been featured on KENS5 Sunday AM and Great Day SA to discuss podcasting. Through her company, Brewing Media, Jennifer provides virtual event production, podcast coaching and production services, and social media coaching to agencies, entrepreneurs and non-profits. Founded in 2010, the company's services are in high demand with the continued boom of virtual events, podcasting, and social media storytelling. Whether it's helping clients set up their entire social media presence, giving them the push they need to start podcasting, or coaching them on the finer points of social media marketing, Jennifer and the team at Brewing Media bring years of diverse experience to the table. Her recent focus has been helping clients create engaging virtual conferences and podcasts around PR & Communication, financial services, specialty insurance, and professional coaching services. Clients and colleagues praise Jennifer's "unparalleled mastery of social media tools and techniques", calling her a "true expert" in social media. With a clear talent for the challenging task of organizing social media communities in the offline world, Jennifer founded the San Antonio Podcasters Group and was a co-Founder of the San Antonio chapters of two international organizations: Social Media Club and Social Media Breakfast. In addition to community groups, Jennifer was at the forefront of bringing "unconferences" (participant-driven events) to the Alamo City such as PodCamp, Barcamp, Startup Weekend, TweetCamp and MobiCamp. She has also been involved in providing social media coverage at TEDxSanAntonio, Innotech San Antonio, the EFS Business Conference, the San Antonio Manufacturer's Association, and FIRST in Texas, among many others. In 2010 she was honored with a Texas Social Media Award from the Austin-American Statesman, with the judge noting that "it's rare that you find an event in the city that hasn't been organized or touched by her in some way". Whether it's through podcasting, live-streaming, or other forms of social media, Jennifer believes in the power of storytelling, and that everyone has a story to share. She continues to use her vast experience in podcasting and social media to coach, encourage, and support others on their social media journeys, embodying the philosophy of "learn, share, grow". Jennifer stays on top of the rapidly shifting social media landscape and is currently embracing video as a powerful tool for online storytelling.
