Claire is an average girl full of thoughts. She sneaks time into doing homework, writing poems, attending meetings, eating and sleeping—now she adds a podcast to that list. She created this podcast to spend some quality time with herself and take a seat back, and reflect on life and what's happening to the world. Most of her thoughts are socio-political issues that would then again be about self-care and rants on academics.
Hey, what's up? Welcome back to another episode. In this episode, Tricia talks about the year after the biggest decision she ever had to make—leaving someone she thought was the love of her life. I know, for a 22 year old, love is beyond me now. Kidding. But she talked about the letter she never sent at one of those periods she wanted to come back. One year ago, I would have never thought of leaving... and one year later, I am here. :) Happy singleversary, Tricia.

Start remembering the times you wish you had that again, the strength, confidence or even the ability to manage yourself—reclaim that.
Hey, how are you? In this episode, Tricia talks about "productive procrastination". (Yes, that's a thing.) In a society (and social media) that glorifies unhealthy productivity, let it be a reminder that resting is also productive. (I am not glorifying cramming even if I'm good at it. Please don't use this as an excuse, jk). Remind yourself that overworking isn't productive, it's unhealthy. You are not drinking that nth cup (or glass) of coffee (or tea) at the middle of the night—rest.
Hey, how are you? In this episode, Tricia talks about the three As of coping—acknowledge, allow and act. These three As are her guide in coping from her surroundings.
