It is firmly believed Durst killed his first wife Kathleen McCormack Durst. When Kathleen went missing, it took Durst 5 days to report her missing, and his explanation was full of contradictions. Still, Durst remained free. Later, a former friend of Durst, Susan Berman, was killed. Not only was Durst linked to her killing, but his wife's disappearance could be one of the factors. Durst eventually took on a new identity - that of a mute woman! Still, he found himself implicated in the murder and dismemberment of an associate. If this case could get any crazier, Durst took part in a documentary that uncovered evidence that led to his eventual prosecution. This week's episode is a must listen!
