When fasting, there are some key things to keep in mind. Fast with the proper heart posture. Listen to this message as Pastor Vlad shares a revelation about God's chosen fast. Notes: The fast that God ignores is the fast that ignores God. Isaiah 58:3 Leviticus 16:29 If you're fasting and still gossiping, go ahead and eat (repent)! 1. The Requirements of God's Chosen Fast (Isaiah 58:6-10) 1. Stop hurting others. (Verse 6) 2. Start helping those in need. (Verse 7) 3. Don't avoid your family. (Verse 7) 4. Stop pointing fingers. (Verses 9-10) 5. Stop spreading rumors. (Verses 9-10) 2. The Reward of God's Chosen Fast Isaiah 58:8-9 1. Your light will break through, and your darkness will be like noonday! 2. Your healing will spring forth speedily and God will give strength to your bones. 3. Your righteousness will go before you but God's glory will go behind you. 4. The Lord will answer your cry and call. Isaiah 58:11-12 5. The Lord will guide you. 6. The Lord will satisfy your soul in a dry place. 7. You will be a blessing to others.
Fasting is one of the keys to a believer's life. We fast to humble ourselves and seek God wholeheartedly. With the decision to fast, there are also rewards! Pastor Ilya shares a message that is encouraging and highlights the rewards, physical and spiritual, of fasting. If you choose to fast, may God bless you on your journey with Him! Notes: Matthew 6:16-18 Fasting is a willful abstaining from natural pleasures for a spiritual purpose. Fasting is as much about what you are separating yourself TO as what you are separating FROM. 2 Timothy 2:21 Men of God in the Bible went to be secluded during their fast. They went to the mountain or wilderness to fast so that they were not distracted. Don't let things distract you during a fast - protect your environment. Fasting is a personal commitment to renounce the natural to invoke the spiritual. Fasting is the dedication to period of time to devout oneself to spiritual priority of prayer without food. 1. Physical Health - Naturally and Supernaturally Isaiah 58:8 (CEB) 2. Preparation for Temptation Matthew 4:1-11 It's training your body, appetites, desires, lusts to submit to your will. It strengths our spirit and weakens our flesh. It give spirit dominance over our flesh. THE FIRST TEMPTATION WAS WITH FOOD. Genesis 3:1 The first temptation of Israel was with food. Exodus 16:3 The first temptation of Jesus was with food. Matthew 4:4 After 40 days of fasting, Jesus was at the peak of His strength, not at His weakest point. 3. Unlocks Your Calling - or next season in your calling. Too often people seek approval and recognition of man or platform but neglect to seek God first. Promotion comes from the Lord. Acts 13:2 4. Releases Divine Power - in ministry and every day life. Deuteronomy 8:18 Luke 4:14 5. Answered Prayer Ezra 8:23 Daniel 9:3 6. Positions You for Deliverance - it's not the fasting itself that brings the deliverance, but spiritual fasting leads to deliverance. Esther 4:16 Mark 9:29 7. Revelation of God's Word Isaiah 58:8 (CEB) Psalm 119:130 Psalm 119:105 HOW TO FAST 1. START WITH A CLEAR GOAL. Why are you fasting? Do you need direction, healing, restoration of your marriage or family issues? Are you facing financial difficulties? Ask the Holy Spirit for guidance. Be specific. 2. PREPARE SPIRITUALLY. Confess your sins to God. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal areas of weakness. Forgive all who have offended you and ask forgiveness from those you may have offended. Surrender your life fully to Jesus Christ and reject the worldly desires that try to hinder you. 3. DECIDE WHAT TO FAST. Are you fasting food? Food and water? Are you fasting from something that isn't food, like social media or television?
Depression is at a high and it's a pandemic in of itself. But there is hope. Pastor Vlad shares a powerful and encouraging message on the keys to fighting off depression. Notes: Depression is a deep sense of despondency, discouragement, and sadness, often linked with a sense of personal powerlessness and a loss of meaning in and enthusiasm for life. 1. Make a decision to live a physically disciplined life. 1 Kings 19:5 Eating Sleep Exercise 2. Embrace community. 1 Kings 19:3 Family gatherings Small group Church 3. Escape to extended fasting. 1 Kings 19:8 Fasting is abstaining from food for spiritual reasons. Fasting brings spiritual reward when it's in the right motive. Matthew 6:18 Fasting is the time of feasting spiritual food. 4. Experience God in His word. 1 Kings 19:9 Read the Bible daily. Get a study Bible. (Examples: Spirit-Filled Bible; The Quest Bible Study) Memorize Bible verses. (Bible Memory app) 5. Live for a cause in the midst of the chaos. 1 Kings 19:15 According to Viktor Frankl, we discover meaning in life by 1. By creating a work or doing a deed 2. By experiencing something or encountering someone 3. By the attitude we take toward unavoidable suffering Final thoughts: 1. You don't have to die to end your pain. 2. Taking medicine is not a weakness of faith.' 3. Depression is not a pet to be entertained but a pest to be exterminated.
As the new year has come, people are making new year resolutions, reflecting on this past year, and making new goals. In this message, Pastor Mariana Parkhotyuk shares 3 things that you NEED to leave BEHIND in 2021. Do not bring them into 2022 if you want to have a fruitful year. Notes: 1. Offense Our response towards an offense determines our future. Luke 17:1 If you stay free from offense you will stay in God's will. If you become offended you will be taken captive by the enemy to fulfill his own purpose and will. You can't get closer to Holy Spirit with bitterness, but you can with forgiveness. Ephesians 4:29-31 Stop being so sensitive to what people say and do, and start being sensitive to what Holy Spirit is about to do. Get some fact checkers: Be accountable with the condition of your mind, soul (emotions), words (what you say and who you say it to). Instead of trying to keep others accountable, we need to keep ourselves accountable. Our offense ends up tearing down the bride of Christ. Psalm 92:13 2. Wrongful Pursuit Matthew 6:33 Is Jesus the way or is He in the way? Our goals are god and God is no longer the goal. The pursuit became, “I want to be acknowledged, that we have forgotten to acknowledge Him.” 3. Building Life Alone Genesis 2:18 We need community. When groups of zebras travel together, the stripes of one animal, blend the stripes of another one. Creating confusion towards the predator, when zebras stick together they create an optical illusion for the predator. If a zebra is injured, the whole herd forms a circle to defend it.
Jesus Christ was fully man and fully God. Our God is the One True God. Why is this? Many men wanted to be God but only one God became Man. Listen as Pastor Vlad shares the powerful message about our God becoming a man in the most vulnerable way to make a way for His people to have life. Notes: Jesus' coming was prophetically anticipated… - A virgin birth - A star out of Israel - Born in Bethlehem 1. The Bible teaches that God became a man. - God the Father said that Jesus was God - Demons said that Jesus is God - Jesus said that He is God - The Bible plainly says that Jesus is God - Jesus did the works of God - People worshiped Jesus as God 2. The Bible teaches that Jesus didn't stop being God when he became man. Philippians 2:6-7 Jesus didn't deny His divinity to put on humanity. Jesus is not God's Son in the human sense of a father and a son. To be the Son of God is to be the same nature as God. The Son of God is “of God.” 3. The Bible teaches that Jesus is the Word! John 1:1-4 Jesus is eternal - “In the beginning was the Word” Jesus is distinct yet equal to God. - “The Word was with God” Jesus is divine - “The Word was God” Jesus is a Creator - “Through Him all things were made” Jesus became human - “The Word became flesh” John 1:4 John 1:14 Jesus has and offers: 1. Life (death) 2. Light (darkness) 3. Glory (shame) 4. Grace (sin) 5. Truth (lies)
After we pass on this earth, we will face God. This is the reality - you will either go to Heaven or Hell. Jesus Christ is the only way into Heaven. In this honest and powerful message, Pastor Vlad stresses the importance of accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. We pray this message will bless you and give you a deeper desire to pursue Jesus even more. He loves you. He is for you. And He is ready to do life with you TODAY! Notes: God has a name and His name is Jesus! “And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins.” Matthew 1:21 To them it was revealed that, not to themselves, but to us they were ministering the things which now have been reported to you through those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven—things which angels desire to look into. 1 Peter 1:12 The church is the University of Angels and every believer is a professor. 1. The Atheistic Fool “The fool has said in his heart, ‘There is no God.'” Ps 14:1 NKJV An atheist can't find God for the same reason a thief can't find a policeman. Proof of God: - Creation - Christ - Conscience 2. The Ambitious Fool But God said to him, ‘Fool! This night your soul will be required of you; then whose will those things be which you have provided?' “So is he who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.” Luke 12:20-21 3. The Absolute Fool And the king sang a lament over Abner and said: “Should Abner die as a fool dies? Your hands were not bound nor your feet put into fetters; as a man falls before wicked men, so you fell.” Then all the people wept over him again. 2 Samuel 3:33-34 Don't die without seeing Jesus as your Savior. Reference: Luke 2:26-30
Tithing is a topic that may be controversial in today's church. Pastors, Christians, ministers, and all sorts of people have different opinions and beliefs about tithing. But what does the BIBLE say about it? In this message, Pastor Vlad goes into both the Old and New Testaments to see what the Word of God has to say about giving. We pray this message will bless you! Notes: 1. The Response of Tithing Genesis 14:20 2. The Promise of Tithing Genesis 28:22 3. The Law of Tithing Three Types of Tithing Under the Law A. Tithing 10% to fund the ministry of the Levite priests. Numbers 18:21 B. Tithing 10% to pay for festivals to build community and celebration. Deuteronomy 14:22-26 C. Tithing 10% every three years to give to the poor. Deuteronomy 14:28-29 4. The Lord of Tithing Jesus corrected the legalistic abuse of tithing. (Matthew 23:23; Luke 18:12) WHERE TITHING MISSES THE POINT: 1. Tithing was a response to deliverance. We have Jesus' death to live in response. 2. Tithing was focused on maintaining the ministry. We have a mission to reach the world. Luke 8:3, 1 Corinthians 9:11, 1 Timothy 5:18, Philippians 4:15 All of our giving is going to the mission! 3. Tithing misses the mark of discipleship. Luke 3:11, Luke 19:8, Matthew 19:21, Luke 14:33, Acts 2:44-45, Matthew 6:19-21 Generosity is not about donation but about discipleship. 4. Tithing focuses on the percentage more than the Presence. 10% should be the floor not the ceiling; a place to begin not a place to end for a Christian. ________________ WAYS YOU CAN SUPPORT THE MINISTRY: 1. Deliverance is dangerous, but not for the reasons you may be thinking. It is dangerous because you can't help but changes your ways of behavior and thinking. Listen to this as Dr. Bob Larson shares a message that is sure to get you thinking deeper about deliverance as a lifestyle. Notes: APOSTLES OF CHRIST: Matthew 4:19 - “Follow me.” • Peter was crucified upside down at his own request. • Andrew was crucified. • Thomas was pierced by a spear. • Philip was impaled with hooks & hung upside down • Matthew was stabbed to death. • Bartholomew/Nathanael was flayed and beheaded. • James the son of Zebedee was stoned. • James son of Alphaeus was stoned. • Simon the Zealot was crucified upside down. • Thaddaeus/Jude was executed with an axe. • Matthias was burned alive. (Chosen after Judas hanged himself) Hebrews 11:35-38 WHY IS DELIVERANCE DANGEROUS TODAY? 1) Deliverance will be dangerous to your spiritual apathy: Deliverance will be dangerous to your complacency to avoid claiming the promises of God. 2) Deliverance may be dangerous to your theological beliefs: a) The concept that Christians can have curses b) The teaching that Christians can have demons. 3) Deliverance may be dangerous to your political beliefs. 4) Deliverance may be dangerous to how you view Satan and the supernatural. God is calling you to a life of danger, on the edge, full of excitement and challenge, expecting the unexpected every day.
Do you ever feel like you're not being promoted in certain areas in your life? Have you been feeling ‘stuck' and motionless? In this message, Pastor Vlad goes into the story of Joshua as God revealed his purpose in life and the journey between them. We pray that this message will encourage you in the season you're in, no matter what it may be. May God minister to your heart and may you feel rejuvenated in your spirit. Notes: Joshua 3:7 Joshua 4:14 1. God's promotion follows God's process. Joshua served Moses - Ex 17:9; Ex 24:13-18 Joshua served God - Ex 33:11 Joshua spied out the land - Num 13:8 Joshua was Moses' successor - Num 27:18-23 2. God's promotion is not connected to a position but to the Presence. The process is you learning to be with God. The promotion is God's power being with you. 3. God's promotion is for God's purpose. John 15:2 Favor follows faithfulness. Favor leads to fruitfulness. Faithfulness blesses me. Fruitfulness blesses the world. Favor is not so that I can keep talking about my faithfulness but so that I can walk into my fruitfulness. Exaltation is for exploits.
Apostle Alexander Pagani shares a message about the depths of deliverance and how you can dive deeper into your own personal deliverance. God is in the business of delivering TODAY. Receive it! Notes: Hunger brings visitation. Groaning brings habitation. Add a shovel to your sword. Deuteronomy 23:9-14 Dig Deeper Ezekiel 8:7-9 2 Corinthians 6:17 Deliverance without revelation is witchcraft. Four levels of uncleanness: 1. Defile 2. Contaminated 3. Unclean 4. Corrupted Levels of Deliverance: Inside deliverance - 2 Kings 4:35 Outside deliverance - 2 Kings 5:14 Gift needs deliverance - Leviticus 8:10-11 House needs deliverance - Leviticus 14:51
The harvest is plentiful and the Kingdom of God is in need of laborers. All believers are called to labor in this Kingdom. Do what the occasion demands to do. Mark 14:6-9 Serve wholeheartedly - give God your best. 5. There is a reward. You get rewarded for your obedience and faithfulness.
Fact: the world will end one day. This is something that will bring fear or joy. Those who don't know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior will have fear. Those who follow Jesus Christ know that it is a glorious day to come. Pastor Vlad speaks on a topic that many may be intimidated to talk about - the end times. What does that mean for a believer and an unbeliever? Listen as he shares biblical scriptures and an encouraging word that will give you hope in something that may seem scary. Notes: 1. The world will end at the Day of the Lord! 2 Peter 3:10-13 “The day of the Lord” - It's His day, not the devil's. * God will repay with relief for present sufferings. * Righteous will receive reward. * God will destroy the wicked. * Day of the Lord is also called the Day of Judgment. * Coming of the Lord is called the day of the Lord. “Comes as a thief in the night” - End of the world is a mystery * Matthew 24:36 2. There are many signs of the end of age but only one sign of Jesus' second coming. Matthew 24:3, 30 What is the signs of the end of age? There are many signs, * false prophets * wars * hunger, earthquakes, pandemics * persecution of Christians * surge of wickedness * lukewarmness of Christians * world evangelism * Israel being in the land 3. Pray for pre-tribulation, prepare for post-tribulation. ** What all we agree on: 1. There is tribulation. 2. There is second coming of Jesus. 3. There is rapture of believers. ** What we all disagree on is when it will happen! The Bible talks only about one second coming of Jesus Christ. - The rapture of believers and Jesus' coming is the same event. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 2 Thessalonians 2:1 Jesus' second coming is happening after tribulation, not before. Matthew 24:29-30 The first resurrection happens right before the thousand year reign of Christ, not before the tribulation. Revelation 20:4-6 Tribulation is the normal experience of believers in this age. Revelation 13:7-10 Not experiencing affliction is a blessed exception that we should enjoy when we have it, but we should not count on it as if it were our right in Christ. We should always be ready to suffer for Christ and always be ready for Christ's return. John 16:33 2 Timothy 3:12
Who is the Holy Spirit and how does one have a relationship with Him? Why would you want to have a relationship with Him? In this message, Pastor Ilya Parkhotyuk sheds light on WHO the Holy Spirit is and the power of the Holy Spirit that comes through intimacy with Him. Notes: We need the power of the Holy Spirit for 2 reasons: 1. To build produce character of Christ in us . 2. To accomplish the purpose of God in our life. Holy Spirt is not power, He is a person and He has power. You have the Holy Spirt from the time of your Salvation. I. Start fellowshipping with the Holy Spirit. Our salvation gives us the relationship but our pursuit of the Holy Spirit brings about intimacy. 2 Cor. 13:14 Grace of Jesus. Love of God. Communion of the Holy Spirit. To start fellowshipping with the Holy Spirit we must first see Him as a person. He wants relationship, not rules. It's important to discover the leading of the Holy Spirit in our Christian life. II. Be led by the Holy Spirit. * Way to go through the wilderness - Word of God, Fasting, Worship, Serve III. Be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. A. This anointing is already in you - 1 John 2:27 B. Holy Spirit comes ON the person and power is released.

Ministry can become heavy with burdens. What does the Bible have to say about that? Listen as Pastor Vlad shares a key lesson with our staff members here at Hungry Generation regarding leadership and people. Notes: Numbers 11:7-17 Babysitting is burdensome. God did not accept Moses' resignation. He shifted the burden. God didn't remove the burden. He made it be so that Moses didn't bear it alone. Choosing Leaders: 1. Whom you know to be the elders, not those who have the potential. - elders are made by God but recognized by men 2. That they may stand there with you. - leaders are supporting him and strengthened by the virtue of their presence 3. I will take the Spirit on you and put it on them. - they must share the same heart, the same vision… 4. Shall bear the burden of people with you. - they shall share the load of ministry The blessing of ministry comes with the burden of ministry.

The difference between driving and leading: Driving implies a controlling force pushing a passive object. Job 18:18 Numbers 32:21 Isaiah 8:22 Leading implies a participation on the part of the disciple. Exodus 13:21 Psalm 25:5 Revelation 7:17 If you are not led by the Holy Spirit, you will be driven by the flesh! B.) The dangers of driving: 1. Driving is done by men, leading is done by the Holy Spirit. 2. Driving is done by force, leading requires you to follow. 3. Driving is hard, leading is easier. 4. Driving is trying to do everything fast, leading is about the pace of grace. 5. Driving leads to death, leading leads to life. 2. The Grace of God Should Determine the Pace of Life. A.) Grace leads you to stride, not strive (stress). Psalm 37:23-24 B.) Grace doesn't go faster than the pace of peace. Colossians 3:15 When you lose the peace, you have lost the grace! Stress is the ticket your body gives you for speeding.

Pastor Vlad brings a word that is sure to encourage you, no matter the season that you are in. In this message, he shares insight on different areas the enemy can have a grip on your life and ways to overcome them. Notes: The Church in the End Times Then Samson said to the lad who held him by the hand, “Let me feel the pillars which support the temple, so that I can lean on them.” Now the temple was full of men and women. All the lords of the Philistines were there—about three thousand men and women on the roof watching while Samson performed. Judges 16:26-27 So the dead that he killed at his death were more than he had killed in his life. Judges 16:30 Prayer prepares you for what God has prepared for you. 1. Samson was born anointed – The Church was born at Pentecost. Jesus needed the anointing. Luke 4:18-19; Acts 10:38 2. Samson went against the gates – the gates of hell could not prevail against the Church. The Church belongs to Him. Jesus is building the Church. The Church is on the offensive, not a the defensive. 3. Samson sent foxes to the fields – The Church releases revivalists. 4. Samson was killed with a jawbone – The Church wins with their mouth. Your mouth is the match that will set the world on fire. 1. Prayer 2. Praise 3. Preaching 4. Proclaiming 5. Prophesy 5. Samson compromised and lost his anointing – The Church went through the dark ages. 6. Samson was bound, blind, and went in circles – The Church was without vision, and power. Weakness replaced wickedness. Depression replaced “dead in sin.” Defeated replaced disobedience. 7. Samson's hair started to grow – God started to restore the message and the power to the Church. 8. Samson was led by a child – The youth will play a role in the last days revival. 9. Samson had the greatest victory at the end of his life - God is bringing the greatest revival in the last days. 10. Samson lost his life in the victory –Persecution is coming.
Ever wonder about the importance of having God as your "Lord?" What does that actually mean and look like? Pastor Vlad shares a powerful sermon on this very topic - he goes straight into the Bible and breaks down key verses about God's lordship and the role we can play. Notes: The garden of Eden was God's home office! 1. The devil doesn't mind you being religious, as long as you don't relate to God as your Lord! “Lord God” is mentioned in Genesis 2:4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 15, 16, 18, 19, 21, 22; 3:1 Matthew 26:22, 25 2. Today, the enemy will settle for an empty profession without the full practice of Lordship. Matthew 7:21 It's possible to profess the Lord but practice lawlessness. When you stop submitting you start sinning. Jesus cannot be the Savior if He is not Lord. 3. Lordship means ownership, surrender, and service. Psalm 110:1 2 Samuel 15:25-26 The “Here I am's” of the Bible: 1. Abraham (Genesis 22:1) 2. Jacob (Genesis 31:11) 3. Moses (Exodus 3:4) 4. Samuel (1 Samuel 3:4) 5. Isaiah (Isaiah 6:8) 6. Ananias (Acts 9:10) 7. David (2 Samuel 15:25-26)

Notes: If you get attacked, you must be a threat. Ephesians 6:11-13 The devil seeks to do one thing – kill, steal, and destroy. Jesus came so that we might experience life and more abundantly. While the enemy has been scrambling to bring you down, God has been fighting for you. He has given you all that you need to succeed. 1. Stand for Truth (Belt of Truth) 1. The difference between your truth and The Truth is that your truth changes with whatever is popular in the world today. 2. The Truth is a Person who never changes. 2. Stand for Righteousness (Breastplate of Righteousness) 1. Be holy for I am holy. 2. The breastplate covers the heart. Keep your heart pure and holy. 3. Stand for righteousness to protect your heart. 3. Stand for Peace (Shoes of Peace) 1. Walk in peace. 2. God's peace surpasses all understanding. You can live in outer turmoil but remain steadfast in peace because you have the Prince of Peace living in you. 4. Stand for Faith (Shield of Faith) 1. Hold up the shield of faith to block the fiery darts of the devil. 2. Faith must be followed by action because faith without works is dead! 5. Stand for Salvation (Helmet of Salvation) 1. Your salvation is your assurance in Christ. Thoughts of fear have to go! 2. If the enemy can't weaken your body, he will weaken your mind. 6. Stand for the Word of God (The Sword of the Spirit) 1. God's Word cuts through the hard outer shell and exposes the innermost part of you. 2. God's Word will expose the darkness so that the name of Jesus can deliver you. 3. God's Word will expose the pain so that the blood of Jesus can heal you. 7. Stand your ground 1. On Christ the solid Rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand. 2. Christ is our Cornerstone. 3. A wise man builds his house upon the Rock. Jesus is our Rock of Ages.
Are you struggling to hear God? Do you feel like He doesn't speak to you or stopped? How do you begin to hear His voice? God is constantly speaking to His people. Jesus said, "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me." (John 10:27) Pastor Vlad shares key points about hearing the voice of God in your life. Listen to this message with an open heart and mind and let God minister to you. He has something special for you today - you can hear Him. Notes: 1 Samuel 28:6, 15 1 Chronicles 10:13 1. When you become more desperate for a word from God at the expense of your devotion to God, then you'll lack discernment and will fall into deception. God will communicate in the community! 2. A relationship with the Holy Spirit is more important than a revelation from the Holy Spirit. 1 Samuel 28:5, 1 Samuel 20:6 David strengthened himself in the Lord his God. 1 Samuel 30:6 There was no strength in him (Saul) 1 Samuel 28:20 Get near to God if you want to hear God! 3. When we are filled with God's Word we will become familiar with God's voice. When we keep God's Word we will become keen to His voice. 1 Chronicles 10:13 If you can't get a word from God, get into the Word of God! 4. You can't hear God's voice today if you didn't heed His voice yesterday! 1 Samuel 28:18 When you stop heeding God's voice, it's a matter of time before you stop hearing God's voice.
What did Jesus mean when He said His yoke is easy and His burden is light? Listen to this powerful message as Ivan Semenyuk brings light to this question through scriptures and fresh revelation. Notes: Matthew 11:28-30 Jesus never tells us to do something that He Himself doesn't do first. If we understand what Jesus did for us on the cross, we will find life, peace, and rest. Isaiah 53 1 Corinthians 1:18 Cross: * took our minus (separation from God) and made it a + (reconciliation) * wounded/pierced for our transgressions * feet and hands were nailed * crown of thorns * took our curses * took our rejection * was naked * was silent * peace * by His strips we are Healed 2 Corinthians 5:21 A yoke is also a covenant (agreement) discipleship. Hebrews 5:7-9 Amos 3:3 Joshua 24:15 We must choose our yoke/burden John 6:37 Isaiah 57:20-21 Matthew 16:24
There is spiritual warfare going on around us - it is unseen but it is often felt in different aspects of our lives. Now is not a time to be lukewarm, comfortable, or passive. It's time to FIGHT Satan back - pray, read the Bible, and walk in true submission to the Lord. We're not just spectators - we must fight the good fight! Notes: James 4:7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 1. Before you RESIST, there must be SUBMIT - Submission is FULL surrender. 2. Process of Knowing of the TRUTH is Time and the RESULT is VICTORY - Knowing is Relationship - Relationship is not only prayer but also His word. - Knowing Jesus is knowing His word. - Jesus and the Word are one. - Jesus cannot offer a solution to anyone who keeps their bible shut. 3. We only have two options — Warfare or Slavery - Walking away from a fight leads us right back into bondage. - We don't choose IF we fight we only chose WHO we fight. - Warfare is necessary for Victory. Hard times create strong men, Strong men create good times, good times create weak men and weak men create hard times.
The New Age in a nutshell is ancient eastern religions blended with modern scientific discoveries to take people away from knowing the truth of Jesus Christ. The New Age deception is preparing the world for “tolerance” and “acceptance” of all religions to bring “peace” on the earth. In reality, the New Age is leading people away from knowing their Savior and salvation of their souls. “Spiritual” is no longer thought of as Jesus-loving and Bible-loving, it's being into meditation, yoga, nature worship, crystals, psychedelic drugs, and supernatural practices. The church needs to wake up to the reality of the New Age deception and witness to the seeking souls that are stuck in it. Notes: 1 - Reincarnation. Hebrews 9:27 2 - You can become God. Genesis 3:5, Genesis 2:7 3 - Humans are actually divinely perfect. Romans 3:23, Romans 3:10 4 - Jesus is just an enlightened man. John 8:58 Colossians 1:15-17 5 - Love, light, and truth are merely states of consciousness. 1 John 4:15, John 14:6, 1 John 1:5 6 - The Creator is an unknowable force. John 1:14, 1 John 1:1-2 7 - There are many ways to heaven. “Your truth isn't my truth.” John 14:6, Acts 4:12
There is a reality of Hell and there is a reality of Heaven. Is Heaven too good to be true? Have you lost your hope? Have you lost the JOY of your SALVATION? Pastor Vlad shares a powerful message of the hope that we have in Heaven - this sermon will encourage you and will give you fresh insight on what awaits us as believers. Rejoice in the Lord always! Notes: Everyone wants to go to heaven but no one wants to die! 1. THERE IS MORE THAN ONE HEAVEN! God is the Creator of the heavens. The first heaven is our atmosphere. The second heaven is the invisible realm, where demons and angels are at. The third heaven is where God lives. Heaven is called: - The Father's house (John 14:2) - A city designed and built by God (Hebrews 11:10) - A better country (Hebrews 11:16) - Paradise (Luke 23:43) 2. HEAVEN IS OUR FUTURE HOME AND OUR PRESENT HOPE. God commands us to be heavenly minded (Philippians 3:19; Colossians 3:2) 3. WHERE CHRISTIANS GO WHEN THEY DIE IT'S NOT WHERE THEY WILL SPEND ETERNITY! Revelation 21:1,2 What will not be in heaven: 1. No tears. 2. No pain. 3. No cemetery. 4. No hospitals. 5. No police. 6. No locks or alarms. 7. No jail. 8. No orphanages. 4. HEAVEN IS AN UNKNOWN REGION WITH A WELL-KNOWN INHABITANT. Revelation 21:3 “My knowledge of that life is small, the eye of faith is dim, but it's enough that Christ knows all, and I shall be with him.” Richard Baxter 5. THIS WORLD IS NOT YOUR HOME, IT'S YOUR HOTEL! Life is as fast as wind, as temporal as grass, as lasting as flower, as passing as shadow, vanishes as vapor), death as water spilled. To gain this life is to lose it. This world is not our home, we are just passing through! HEAVEN IS A PREPARED PLACE FOR A PREPARED PEOPLE.

Pastor Vlad shares practical steps on overcoming grief. Notes: So David arose from the ground, washed and anointed himself, and changed his clothes; and he went into the house of the LORD and worshiped. Then he went to his own house; and when he requested, they set food before him, and he ate. 2 Samuel 12:20 Seven Emotional Stages of Grief: 1. Shock or disbelief 2. Denial 3. Bargaining 4. Guilt 5. Anger 6. Depression 7. Acceptance/hope David's Template of Dealing with Loss of Loved One: (2 Samuel 12:20; 24) 1. "Rise from the ground" // Stand in what you know, don't lay in what you feel. 2. "Wash yourself" // Don't let the devil stain you with disappointment when you're down. 3. "Anoint yourself" // Choose the oil of joy. 4. "Change your clothes" // Don't curse tomorrow because of the pain of today. 5. "Go to the house of the Lord" // Go to church. 6. "Worship" // You will either surrender to God or slander God. (Job 1:20-22) 7. "Eat" // God's work will give you strength. 8. "Give Comfort" // 2 Corinthians 1:4 Just because you're down, it doesn't mean you're done! Psalm 23:1-3 Good stuff (Lord-Shepherd / He) Psalm 23:4 Bad stuff (Lord-Shepherd / You) Psalm 23:5-6 Better stuff (Lord-Host / You) When you don't get an explanation from God, you will have a new experience of God.
Where is your faith at? We all go through instances where our faith is shaken up. Many times throughout life, we don't understand why things happen. Maybe today you are at a point where you feel like God didn't come through for you or He abandoned you. Your prayer wasn't answered. You experienced loss. Your faith was lost. Pastor Vlad shares an encouraging, but sharpening, message on having FAITH even when you DON'T understand. May it bless you, build you, inspire you, and help you. Notes: 1. Faith gives understanding. Hebrews 11:3 Your understanding is either enlightened or darkened - Ephesians 1:18; 4:18 Lean not on your understanding but trust in God. God's peace surpasses all understanding. 2. The doctrine of suffering. Sin brought suffering. Suffering of Jesus brought salvation. The reign of Jesus will end suffering. Suffering will refine us if we don't let it define us. 3. Dealing with faulty expectations. A. When I get saved all my suffering will end. - Isaiah 53:3; John 16:33; 2 Timothy 3:12 B. The Holy Spirit removes all my suffering. - Galatians 5:22; Hebrews 9:14 C. If I have enough faith I will avoid all suffering. - Hebrews 11:35 Fear says “what if”; faith says “even if”. Faith is not bridge over troubled waters, it's a path through them. Same faith that enables some to escape trouble enables others to endure it. Same faith that delivers some from death enables others to die victoriously. D. Spiritual warfare will remove all my suffering. - 2 Timothy 2:3 Everyone receives the same suffering, but not everyone responds the same during suffering. 4. How to suffer well? 1 Peter 1:6-7 Habakkuk 3:17-19
Pastor Vlad brings fresh revelation to a story in the Old Testament involving Tobiah and Nehemiah. He highlights the importance of guarding your spiritual life and not allowing the enemy to have ANY access to rooms in your life. Notes: 1. Tobiah attacks from the outside but seeks to move inside. Cling to your assignment in the face of your attack. Stay in your position when facing opposition. 2. Tobiah is alive through alliances. Tobiah alighted himself with Sanballat and Geshem. Tobiah alighted himself with a priest. 3. Tobiah was active in the absence of Nehemiah. Tobiah is a demonic spirit that attacks you on the outside and assaults you through those close to you so that he can get access to a room inside of you. Tobiah is not looking to rule the temple, he settles for renting a room. When we live in the absence of holiness, we are aiding and abetting demons who will not hesitate to occupy a room.
The key to being used by God is surrender. Our love for God is shown by our obedience and our surrender to Him. When we obey the Lord, He uses us. When we obey the Lord, we see the lost saved, the sick healed, and the captives set free. Do you want to be used by God? Just say, YES. Listen as Lizeth shares a powerful message about the importance of your "YES."

What does it mean to truly "rest" in God's presence? Adrian answers this question and paints a beautiful picture of what life can look like with God - to find rest in Him, relieve the pressure, and relay the message. Notes: Psalms 91:1-2 1. REST IN HIS PRESENCE - Get alone with God (The Secret Place) - Focus on Him (Shut the door) It's not about being ready, it's about being available Alone time with the Lord is not a monologue, it's a dialogue 2. RELIEVE THE PRESSURE Matthew 11:28-30 - Lay down your burdens - Cast your cares upon Him - He is our Refuge & our Fortress 1 Peter 5:6-7 3. RELAY THE MESSAGE We are ambassadors for Christ. Fight the good fight, Run the race, until we see Him, Face to Face

This message is going to encourage you, sharpen you and equip you to take up the armor of God and fight your battle. Notes: 1. Acknowledge Your Identity God's Everlasting Love Romans 8:31-39 John 1:12 What are we? DANGEROUS 2. Accessing Your Authority Jesus Christ paid the ultimate price on the cross for you, and with that, came the ability to fight each and every single battle from a place of victory. Colossians 2:14-15 Anything that has to do with the kingdom of darkness has to obey your command in the name of Jesus. All Jesus asks of us is to be obedient to Him. Acts 5:32 The ability to fight from a place of victory is given to us when we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. The Holy Spirit allows us to walk in the same authority that Jesus did while he was here on earth. Luke 10:17-19 3. There are 3 types of ministries. There is ministry TO the Lord, FOR the Lord, and FROM the Lord. Listen as Pastor Vlad shares the differences between these three ministries and the importance of each one. 1. Ministry FOR the Lord Acts 11:29-30, Acts 12:25 You're not a volunteer, you are a minister. 1 Samuel 17:17-18 David wasn't looking for destiny; destiny was looking for him. Simple obedience is the highest form of spirituality. 1 Samuel 9:3 2. Ministry TO the Lord Acts 13:2 Matthew 28:16-17 1. Separation 2. Surrender 3. Scripture 4. Songs 5. Solitude in the soul 6. Sweetness of Jesus 7. Stay 3. Ministry FROM the Lord Acts 13:3, 4 A great commandment will usher the Great Commission. If you don't love the Lord, you will not love the lost. If you are not fulfilled in your life, get filled with the Lord.

Pastor Vlad shares a message that is sure to break off the lies, strongholds and chains of our minds. He shares key steps in shifting your mindset. Take a listen now! Notes: Your mind doesn't change when your life gets better. (Romans 12:2) Your life is always moving in the direction of your strongest thoughts. (Joshua 1:8) Mind management is the priority of the overcomer because winning starts, not around us, but within us. You can't change your mind without taking responsibility for your thoughts. - The Right Mind (Mark 5:15) - The Sober Mind (Titus 1:8) - The Sound Mind (2 Timothy 1:8) - The Spiritual Mind (Romans 8:6, Isaiah 26:3) - An Anxious Mind (Luke 12:29) - A Debased Mind (Romans 1:28) Reprobate, castaway, not standing the test, not approved, rejected, that which doesn't prove itself such as it ought. - A Carnal Mind (Romans 8:6) Steps on How to Shift Your Mind 1. Take Responsibility for your thoughts. 2. Take care of your brain. 3. Get out of your head. (Philippians 4:8, Proverbs 23:7) You are not your thoughts 4. Capture thoughts before you can hold them captive. (Ephesians 6:16-17) 5. Don't focus on emptying your mind, fill it with truth. (Psalm 1:2) 6. Take every thought captive, like a prisoner of war. (2 Corinthians 10:4-5)
Life is much more spiritual than you would think. There is a battle between light and darkness. When you understand the spiritual world more, questions may arise! Who are demons? Can CHRISTIANS have demons? How do I know if I have a demon? Pastor Vlad answers these three questions in this message. Check it out! Notes: THE THREE MOST ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT DEMONS 1. WHO ARE DEMONS? Demons are spirits without bodies. 4 Views on Where Demons Come From: 1. Spirits of evil men and women. Hebrews 9:27 2. Disembodied spirits of pre-Adamic race. Genesis 1:1-1:2, Genesis 2:4 3. Fallen angels cast from heaven with Satan. Revelation 12:4-6 4. Demons are the disembodied spirits of dead Nephilim giants who perished at the time of the great flood. (Genesis 6:1-4) WE ARE NOT CLEAR WHERE THEY COME FROM; WE ARE CLEAR WHERE THEY ARE GOING! Matthew 25:41 2. CAN CHRISTIANS HAVE DEMONS? Christian's can't be possessed by a demon but a Christian cam be in possession of a demon. - Christians can give place to the demons. Ephesians 4:27 Possession can mean two definitions: “in possession of” OR “possessed by.” Once you open the door, you can't control what comes in. - Satan can fill Christians. Acts 5:3, Acts 2:28, Ephesians 5:18 - Satan stole the seed in the heart. Matthew 13:19 Objection 1 - We are temple of the Holy Spirit not temples for demons. 1 Corinthians 6:19, 15 Objection 2 - Light and darkness can't exist together! - 2 Corinthians 6:14-15 Light and darkness can coexist but they can't go into covenant. Objection 3 - God and Satan can't be in the same place. They are not on the same page but no where does it say they can't occupy the same place. - Galatians 5:17 Flesh is as wicked and defiled as demons yet it coexists with the Holy Spirit. Satan is wicked yet he occupies space where omnipresence of God is present. How do they enter? Through gates - eyes, ears, mouth, blood, genitals - Inherited (blood, unwanted pregnancy). - Invasion (broken home, abuse, moment of weakness). - Involvement (Occult. Bringing objects. Sex. Abortion. Entertainment) John 14:30 3. HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE A DEMON? Demons target Christians more than non-Christians. How to spot a demon? 1. Involved with occult and false religion. 2. Extreme restlessness in a spiritual environment. 3. Hostility toward deliverance ministry. 4. Intrusive thoughts and hearing voices in your head. 5. Surges of violent anger, self-harming, suicide. Compulsive behavior. 6. Constant attacks in your sleep with nightmares, sexual dreams and etc. 7. Heaviness, depression and chronic fear. 8. Intense desire and drive for defiled things. (Addictions) 9. Chronic sicknesses. 10. Paranormal activity and experiences.
Watch as Bill Wiese explains his vision of hell. On November 23, 1998, Bill had an out-of-body experience that falls under the classification of a ‘vision' (2 Corinthians 12:1-2). It was not a dream or a near-death experience. The Lord chose to take him to hell in his spirit body. He had been a Christian for 28 years with a love for God's Word but had never studied the topic of hell. In 2005 he was approached by Charisma House to write a book about his experience. To date, the book has been published in 14 languages. His wife Annette and him founded Soul Choice Ministries in 2000 for the purpose of spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. With hundreds of requests to share “23 Minutes in Hell,” they left our careers in 2007 to enter full-time ministry.
6 Principles of Prayer 1. Prayer is an overflow of our walk with God. - Acts 4:24 - Prayer is an extension of our walk with God; it does NOT equal our time with God. - Devotions does not equal your devotion to God. - You relationship with God is not contingent on your time with prayer. - Your heart posture towards Him. 2. God loves our presence more than we love His. - He wanted us, He didn't need us - Psalm 149:4 - Zephaniah 3:17 - He simply has pleasure in His people If you don't spend time with Him, you deprive Him of His pleasure. 3. We go to prayer to be with God; not to find Him. - Matthew 6:6 - Exodus 24: 12 - We don't have to strive to be with Him. - The struggle is to get our flesh out of our comfort and be there with the Lord. 4. We pray in the Spirit. - 1 Samuel 30:6 - Ephesians 3:16 - Jude 1:20 - 1 Corinthians 20:4 - This is God giving us permission to turn prayer into a spiritual gym. - You start praying until your emotions shut up and then your spirit take over. - Speaking in tongues will take you through the turbulence of your emotions. 5. We pray the Scriptures. - When you don't feel God. - When in the dark, the enemy tries to hinder what God revealed in to you in the light. - It forms your understanding. 6. Always run into secret place when you fall into secret sin - Go to God first when you commit sin. - Isaiah 16 :1 - God wants to know where are we, we wants us to talk to Him, to be with Him, and to ration with Him.

The enemy has schemes that you might not be aware about. Listen to this sermon as Zack exposes the schemes of the enemy. Notes: Judges 16:1-16 1. You will get Delilah before you get the Philistines (who’s behind it?) She had men hidden In the inner rooms of her house - The devil might not be in the room but he’s in the house Delilah his what we see. Philistines is what we don't see. Algorithm shows us what we want (our desires) - Devil will tempt in the realm of our desires. - Devil takes sin and makes it to be something its not - Devil is sneaky he shows up in way that culture says is safe but Christ say is sin Proverbs 27:7 We can avoid Delilah by being satisfied with Jesus. Culture didn’t die on the cross; Christ did. 2. What the devil offers is way overpriced (what's the cost?) * We find rest on lap of Delilah because we aren’t resting in Jesus. * The product has to match the price. You will always overpay with the devil. Anything the costs you your integrity, faith or prayer costs too much! Culture will say it's safe while Christ says it's sin. What satan says is success; Christ says is sin. 3. Devils plans always leads to death (what's the destination?) - Success brings happiness only if God is behind it . - Success that leads to death was overpriced and devil was behind it.
If you feel sorrow and sadness in your soul, or like your life is a continuous fall and don't know how to face it, how to overcome the pain and the bitterness, listen to this message. Pastor Lana shares her testimony of her deliverance and the lessons she learned through that process. Notes: 5 Lessons Learned: 1. Recognize your enemy; face him. John 10:10 2. Seek Jesus' face more than your freedom; your freedom is a by-product of being near Him. 3. Embrace suffering. Don’t try to run from it, learn from it - it will end. James 1:2 & 2 Timothy 2:3 4. Never give up. 5. Your deliverance is for purpose. Genesis 1:1-2 Holy Spirit is hovering over your darkness.
Jacob shares an incredible message about the believer's arsenal - our equipment for spiritual warfare. Listen as he goes into the Word and brings light to what we as believers have as our weapons! Notes: Arsenal - “A collection of weapons and military equipment stored by a country, person, or group.” Fight the good fight of Faith... 1 Timothy 6:12a ⁃ God will always fight your battles but He will never do your part. ⁃ If you do not FIGHT, you will not be FREE. 1. Weapon of your perspective ⁃ Jesus called things that are not as though they were Colossians 2:14-15, 20 Deliverance comes when Jesus become more real than your bondage Deliverance came to the Israelites when God became more real than Pharos Exodus 3:10-11 - You’re able to overcome Pharos because of the God that lives inside you - Change your perspective from “who am I?” to “who is Pharos?” 2 Samuel 1:25 - We cannot have the benefits of the cross if we don’t live by the words of the Man that died on it 2. Weapon of your word Exodus 3:7-8, Psalm 56:9 The Lord has your deliverance planned out; He’s just waiting for your prayers. ⁃ The dead were raised to life as a response to the command of Jesus ⁃ The labor of your words will determine the harvest you will reap ⁃ The power of God is activated when we Renounce and Prophesy 3. Weapon of the Armor ⁃ The armor of God is not so that attacks of the enemy won’t come. It’s so when they do come, you won’t fall victim to them. Ephesians 6:10-11, 14-17 ⁃ Every piece of armor is the Word of God. ⁃ Living by the word of God will keep you firm against attacks of the enemy.
Our relationship with the Holy Spirit is our greatest gift from God. God desired to give us His Spirit to empower us in our lives. Pastor Vlad shares a powerful message on the three truths about the Holy Spirit. May you have eyes to see Him, ears to hear Him, and a heart to feel Him. Notes: 1. Holy Spirit is a PROMISE from the Father Genesis 6:3 Strive - judge, plead the cause, contend, execute, plead, strife, uphold Isaiah 63:9-10 Holy Spirit is the gift the Father protected. Now He is the gift the Father promised! Acts 1:4 2. Holy Spirit is a PETITION of Jesus John 14:16 Even Jesus had to petition the Father for the things the Father promised. Jesus’ priestly prayer for us is “give them ANOTHER Helper.” The Holy Spirit is called to take the place of Christ with the apostles, to lead them to a deeper knowledge of truth, to give them the strength to overcome trials and power to reach the world. Jesus’ prayer was that we know the Holy Spirit the way disciples knew Jesus! 3. Holy Spirit is a PURPOSE of salvation Acts 2:38 Salvation brings the PERSON before it takes us to a PLACE. Indwelling vs Infilling John 20:22 Acts 2:4 1. The indwelling occurs one time, infilling is a repeated experience. 2. The indwelling follows salvation, infilling follows surrender. 3. The indwelling is about possession, infilling is about power. Ephesians 5:18
