All 3 of us are back and it's been a while! Are we Popeyes Camp or Chick Fil A Camp? The guys give out there NFC North Roundtable and we find out that Geffre doesn't know anything about the Lions, but claims he's a Lions fan.

Geffre is flying solo again, Ryan Burns joins us from Gophers Illustrated to talk about Gophers camp and how they'll do against SDSU next Thursday. The Twins are up 2 games over Cleveland and can they hold out? The Vikings in preseason mode, who makes the cut?

Are the Twins in FREE FALL mode? Release Trade or Keep Treadwell? The Vikings need to do something. Geffre talks about Dak and Elliot from the Cowboys.

Geffre ends up going to the Sports Governors mansion and finds out how important hands free for Minnesota. The Twins end up doing what Twins normally do, we had a sit down interview with Mark Wilf from the Vikings thanks to Justin.

With the Vikings camp opening up, we got help from Justin at KNSI for interviews with Vikings coach Edwards and backup QB Sloter (Sorry about the wind). Can the Twins actually make a big trade?
