In just four months we all have the privilege to go out and vote - and we get to pick between two old white guys. What was...Is now...Will be in the future. In light of the defacement of monuments and demands - I wish it was all a discussion - upon our culture to go backwards and examine every title, movie, street name, school building name, holiday, and general reference - I stand strong that you cannot and you should not change history by erasing it. Acknowledgement and enlightenment is the answer. From the Columbus monument in New York to the over 1700 other symbols of the confederate period that exist in our society, there's a right way and a wrong way to move forward. It's impossible to not offend anyone ever. And we are more sensitive than ever. So grow a set and see thru the weeds to what really can or should be changed - then stop already.

Corona has revealed alot about our education system - and from where I'm sitting it's nothing to write home about. From highschool thru college we have some fixing to do. It's down right shitty in many areas. Both of my sons experienced private and public and regardless both school systems need to catch the freak up to this fast moving, social media influencing, internet resourcing world kids are growing up in. Not alot of empathy for schools from me these days. Kind of like them on their heels right now...question is what will they do next? What's the world look like for highschool and college kids next? Many were left behind before, what's next? I have some ideas for rockin a new way of learning...
