What does the crap in your car say about the state of your mind? Hour 2: Sarah and Vinnie are still giggling about some of the Super Bowl ads. Lindsey Vonn's Olympic moment was not what we were hoping for. The car brands were noticeably absent from Super Bowl ads. Here were our favorite ads from the show. It seems like the adversity he faced made most people root for Bad Bunny. He must be relieved that it's over. Is “Vagueposting” the most annoying trend on social media? Birkenstocks are the new wedding shoes, but you'll need to shell out. (48:14) Hour 3: The SF Marathon is no joke. A horrible update on Savannah Guthrie's mother. On the bright side, Bad Bunny brought the party. There's a little more smoke around the Alix Earle and Tom Brady dating rumors. The gang isn't impressed by this year's streaker. Someone cashed in big on a coin flip prop bet. America ate a lot of wings yesterday. Plus, the best dig of the weekend. Why is it called the Super Bowl anyway? Vinnie still can't believe he has a theatre kid in his house. Here's your daily dose of nostalgia. (1:32:07) Hour 4: The Castro Theater is making its grand return. Best of the Morning Sickness Podcast

Well, it wasn't the outcome I was hoping for, but I did spend a full day with my wife & pets yesterday…enjoying lots of snacks, drinking a few beers, and yelling at the TV. Super Bowl 60 is in the books and congrats to the Seahawks on the victory. We recapped the game, the commercials, the musical performances, along with a bunch of other interesting stats and info. I actually took notes during the game to remind myself of the things I wanted to mention this morning. We let you know what's on TV today/tonight, and in the news…the latest on the disappearance of Savannah Guthrie's mother, the tragic deaths of Brad Arnold from "3 Doors Down" and Greg Brown of "CAKE". Elsewhere in sports, the Bucks have now won three in a row after beating Indiana on Friday, the Badgers lost to the Hoosiers on Saturday in overtime, an update on the US medal count at the Winter Olympics, and the terrible crash for Lindsey Vonn. Nikola Jokic is climbing the ranks of the NBA's greatest with another triple-double, a linebacker for the Falcons gets arrested for domestic abuse, the "hot mic" at the Olympics, and the Duke vs. UNC game. Remember the woman in Philly who had her car encased in ice after a water pipe burst? Well, she just got a new car thanks to Carvana. And check out this firefighter who rescued a bunch of puppies not too long ago and has now rescued two of them! With everything costing so much and all the holiday bills starting to roll in as we wait for our tax returns, it's a good opportunity for us to look at some ways to save money. And in today's edition of "Bad News with Happy Music", we had stories about Angry Orchard looking to trade some cider for your ex's belongings, some "lawn-gerie" from Natty Light just in time for V-Day, a truck that was doing donuts on a frozen lake falls through the ice, a woman who threw lasagna in her husband's face because he was being a "bunghole", a man who murdered his ex and then broke down at the police station after he realized he wouldn't be able to play GTA 6 if he ends up in jail, and a crazy video of someone getting a back tattoo inside a Wendy's restaurant.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

This week on Friends Talking Nerdy, Professor Aubrey and Tim the Nerd dust off the record player and go head-to-head once again in The Musicwed Game — the game where friendship meets finely tuned musical instincts. Each picks five songs they believe the other will love, and whoever racks up the most correct guesses earns bragging rights as the reigning music whisperer. The playlist this round is as eclectic as ever — a sonic road trip through dusty border towns, cosmic dance floors, and smoky backroom stages. You'll hear talk of the swaggering “Canción del Mariachi” from Antonio Banderas and Los Lobos, the bittersweet twang of Glen Campbell's “Galveston,” and the glitter-soaked groove of Ace Frehley's “New York Groove.” From the haunting “This Mess We're In” (PJ Harvey featuring Thom Yorke) to the gospel fire of Sister Rosetta Tharpe's “Strange Things Happening Every Day,” every track sparks stories, laughter, and passionate debate.Rounding out the mix are Orville Peck's outlaw spin on “Born This Way (The Country Road Version),” the late-90s alt-pop gem “F.N.T.” by Semisonic, the heartfelt lift of Patty Griffin's “Top of the World,” the fiery “Malagueña Salerosa” by CHINGÓN, and the introspective “Just By Myself” from Greg Brown.Whether you're a die-hard music nerd or just love hearing two friends geek out with gusto, this episode hits all the right notes — nostalgia, discovery, and a few good-natured arguments about what makes a song perfectly Tim or undeniably Aubrey.

Pirates broadcaster Greg Brown joined the show. We reacted to the DFA of Andrew Heaney after he reached an incentive last night in a brutally bad stretch of pitching. Greg talked about winning in 2026 and why Heaney didn't fit into that equation. Where does Jack Suwinski fit into future plans? Greg doesn't dismiss Konnor Griffin starting 2026 with the big-league club, but noted that it is still unlikely. Chris pointed out the wild Pirates stat, that they are objectively great at home but horrible on the road. Greg still doesn't think the Pirates are really THAT far away from being a good team. 15 minutes after the hour and still no 53-man roster. What could be the cause of the hold-up? We spent a few minutes on Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, who got engaged earlier today. Donny Football Debrief – The Browns have named Dillon Gabriel the backup to Joe Flacco – not Shedeur Sanders. And we finally got the Steelers 53-man roster. None of their 2025 picks were cut.

In this episode, Greg Brown unpacks the difference between setting goals and raising your standards. Most people set the same goals over and over—lose weight, get in shape, eat better—yet fail to achieve them. Why? Because goals are destinations, but standards are the daily behaviors that actually drive results. Greg explains why relying on goals keeps you stuck, and how shifting to non-negotiable standards transforms not just your body, but your identity. At Transcend Performance, we work exclusively with go-getters who see themselves as winners—men and women already thriving in their careers, businesses, and family life, but who feel their body doesn't match the excellence they've built everywhere else. If you're ready to raise your standards and make your physical presence as sharp as your success, this episode is for you.Connect with Greg & Transcend Performance
