Stay firm on the humble foundation youve built, without being influence by people who do not have an understanding of what true humility is.

We have the luxury to speak to many people given the internet, but the challenge that many people hadn't prepared themselves for is how to use these platforms for informed talk rather than fruitless chatter. Let's talk for a short period of time on how to create more impact with our words.
I just wanna chat a bit about the state of romantic relationships.
We are in strange times and it's important to have clarity on where you are.
I am learning to deal with my anger when it shows-up instead of burying out of fear that I will offend people or cause unwanted confrontation. I cannot do that anymore. When it bothers you they this is bothering me we have to address it.
Dropping in with a quick episode, the show regular time is and will be 3 PM on Sundays.
I am still having conversations about self love, worth and value.
I want to chat a bit on mental health of young adults; not from a place of a professional, but I've been there and I am raising one currently. Watching his journey isn't like mine was; it seems there's a bit more pressure, idk, but I am speaking from my experiences through my memoir, As Thyself by Nia.
I don't want anyone to feel attacked, but we have to hear things from an unbiased place to get to the root of issues.
I think we are caught in the chaos of societal sin; the pressure of guilt, resentment, shame and the overall need of feeling wanted has caused us to put way too much pressure on people. We are defining the word, relationship. Visiting what societal sin is; and how it can affect how we relate I will share a short audio excerpt from my Mini-Doc for my book As Thyself by Nia.
Sometimes you have tune-out the chatter and DO NOT engage.
This conversation, I think is needs because the issue lies beneath all the rhetoric. We speak loudly about the issues, but quietly about the fact that the issues came to, because we settled.
Leveraging - use to maximize advantage
I talk in my book about women relationships; are we healed enough to really support each other?
Topic from upcoming memoir/journal "As Thyself by Nia" www.asthyselfbynia.com
I am so ready to get back to work. I miss doing the podcast.
These talks are driven by things I talk about in my memoir-journal Asthyself by Nia.
Just thinking we may need a lil push to get us back in the swing of things here in the states.
People say God don't bless no mess. That's a lie! God is in the blessing business and we are all a mess.
