My stepdaughter gets married this weekend and here is what is happening today.

Every few months I do a heavy follow up call month to past clients and leads. June has been the month for the call month.

We (mostly my wife) did some cleaning and decluttering and even though it was not fun to do, it sure feels better having it done.

The Holy Spirits only judgement is divided into 2 categories: one is love and the other is the call for love.

Looking at my 2025 showings for buyers this number makes sense but this number actually came from something I heard on the radio about how many toys is the right amount for toddlers..

The Minnesota Real Estate market is overall doing well.  Place that predict values toward the end of the year for the most part see the market as being flat on price appreciate. The Spring Market is still where you likely do better for selling then later in the year.
