This is a reminder the Love, God's Laws, God being with us...does not stop just because you dont see it there.  

How many homes do we normally show a buyer.  Verify often its less then you may think.  I have heard of people looking at over 100 homes. And sometimes we show someone only 1-2 properties.

One of the hardest things for me to do is to quiet my mind. However, when we do this is when we can filter out the illusions and receive God's Word.

Miracles are always there and available, but there fog of darkness normally covers them.  The first step of starting to integrate the Holy Spirit is to learn that to have, is to give all to all...

Miracles are expressions of love but with all the darkness happening around us those get blocked out.  The reminder is that miracles are seen in light and that you are a light to the world.

Often I will get a call from a buyer who is not pre approved but states they have golden credit and money so they can buy if they find a home they like.  Here is the reason to get pre approved in advance in this show...

To choose God's Plan for Salvation we need to realize that Holding Grievances is what holds us back. Each day we typically find a way to hold a grievance against someone or some thing.  

When we meet with a seller a go through the comparable property sale we talk about these pricing strategies: Aggressive price, Fair Market Price, and (not reccommended) Over pricing.

With all your life experience and things that have not work, once you really look at the truth that God is teaching us its now realizable that only God's Plan for Salvation works.

It is another active Spring Real Estate market in Minnesota especially in the starter home or lower price range homes.  

Last year I tried to do a show a day and got to early March. This year I have got all the way to March 31st and plan to keep going.

Yesterday I spoke at Cambridge Lutheran like I mentioned in some of the recent videos and one thing that was not main point but that I mentioned is that whenever you find yourself in a lower state of mind its really because of a lack of love. Today (March 26) is my Birthday and for my Birthday I am speaking twice at Cambridge Lutheran Church...12noon and 645pm.  I am speaking on spiritual vision.

In Heaven there is no guilt. The ego is the symbol for guilt and how can we get to the heavenly mindset now.

One of the biggest things we need to do with our real estate team getting so many inquiries is figuring out who we can help now, and who we can help later, and who we cant help.

In this episode I read from Proverbs chapter 8 and share the message of what we were doing with God in the scripture and how it relates to A course in Miracles teaching.
