We're back!! And this time its personal. This week we are touching on Purpose. What is it, how do we find it and who defines it!? Is it selflessly giving to others?  Is it a life of work? Who are we? Sounds crazy and pretty simple to define right?! We honestly didn't have a clue... or did we??? At times it's so easy to get caught up in the day to day of our busy lives that we often miss out on time for ourselves. Its really a struggle when you are juggling so many different roles. Are you ready? Tax season is upon us. This episode the ladies talk on tips to use and file your tax returns responsibly if you plan to get financing for real estate. Entrepreneurs are you writing all of your income off in expenses? Lets get out of doing that when you plan to shop for a government backed mortgage like FHA, VA, USDA or conventional loan. You need to show some income!! Lenders typically want to see at least a two-year history of tax returns to verify that your self-employment income is stable and reliable. In contrast, if you get a no-tax-return mortgage, you should expect to pay more as a down payment. Long story short, FILE YOUR TAXES and keep your paperwork in order!

If your partner passes out flyers in their office for your Mix & Mingle , but didn't repost it in their stories, would you tell your friends they don't support you?Do we have any right to impose our feelings on someone else's right to post (or not post) whatever they want on their own social media accounts?Tune in as the ladies prove that there is no tea too hot for The Closing Table.
