Overweight, Underweight (um this has never happened to me but I hold space for those who experience it), bumps, bruises, illnesses and surgeries, rolls and curves, scooping up my breasts into a bra each day, and battle scars too right? Let's explore how to hold all of those things and be unapologetic about the tug of war we experience as a result of societal norms and how not to let that suck the life out of us.
