In today's episode, we're talking today about how much sugar is in your food. This is part one of a three-part series.
We have been talking about the reason sugar ruins your health this is part four this is the last in this four-part series we're talking about the various ailments that sugar causes in your body. We've discussed 100 reasons so far that sugar ruins your health. So far we've discussed a hundred different ailments and things that sugar causes in the body and we have a few more to go. Number 101.
Part three of reasons sugar ruins your health. So far discussed 60 reasons and we're going to go over about 20 to 30 more today. When we first started in the series, we discussed that sugar affects every part of our body and it doesn't leave anything untouched. It does not get the blame or doesn't get the acknowledgment that it should get. It doesn't get proper acknowledgment for the things that it does. Other foods have taken the blame for what sugar does and that is in part to what the sugar industry has done, shifted the blame to fat.
Sugar does not get the acknowledgment that it deserves in causing ailments and things like that in our body, it just doesn't. Because it's sugar! Yeah, it is sugar and it is good in small quantities. But if you look at our food nowadays we're not getting it in small quantities, or in small doses and our bodies take that sugar in whatever form that it can get it. Now it's better if it comes with fiber, the way it's found in nature. But we strip off the fiber and throw it away, and the fiber is what saves us from the dangers of sugar.
This is the first episode of a four-part series describing what sugar does to the body. Some of the negative things that sugar does to the body and people. Sugar upsets your whole body it messes with you no matter where it is in your body it messes with everything in your body. It's important that we eliminate sugar from the body from our diet.
