On this episode, Stephanie has Elizabeth Castro-Giles as a guest where they discuss tapping into the body and seeing the connection with your intuition. Elizabeth is an intuitive mind and movement coach, helping people get more in touch with their signals from their body, emotions and energy so they can notice when things are off physically, emotionally and energetically before they take over and you can better utilize this knowledge to make decisions in your life for health and wealth. She has been practicing yoga since she was a teenager when she didn't know why she was so stressed out, had body image issues, and started to suffer from migraines.
