In episode 118 astrologers Kristina Martin and Tara Redfield take on NBA's greatest 3-point shooter, Stephen Curry and his entrepreneurial wife, Ayesha Curry. The two first met as teenagers and remained friends until a romantic spark was lit and they decided to take their relationship to the next level, eventually marrying and having four children together.    First, we look into Ayesha's chart and see a willful, self-motivating Aries Sun. This, combined with a square from Uranus produces someone who makes her own rules and loves to move at lightening speed. However, finding balance is importanat to her as well thanks to her Libra Moon. Last year, Babsi Zangerl did something no one has ever done before—she flashed a route on El Capitan. Thousands of feet of hard climbing with no falls. Her partner, Jacopo Larcher, came really close, taking just one fall during their ascent of Freerider.  Zangerl has been a climber for over two decades, since she was a teenager at a climbing gym in Austria. But what, and how, she climbs has evolved over that time—she spent her early years as a professional boulderer.  Zangerl first visited Yosemite fifteen years ago with her friend Hansjörg Auer. She was getting more serious about ropes after sustaining a serious back injury while bouldering. Since that first trip in 2010, Zangerl has returned with Larcher to free climb many of the valley's classic routes, including Zodiac, Magic Mushroom and the Nose. In 2018 the pair climbed the North Face of the Eiger. In 2022 they freed Eternal Flame on Pakistan's Nameless Tower, a trip Larcher wrote about in Alpinist 82. In episode 117 astrologers Kristina Martin and Tara Redfield take on the relationship between Rom-Com Queen Cameron Diaz and Good Charlotte band founder, Benji Madden.    First, looking into Cameron's chart we encounter a Venus/South Node/Ascendant conjunction  in nurturing, but protective, Cancer.  Although this zodiac sign is known for being a softie, we talk about Cancer's need for maintaining a hard outer shell for safety.  With Venus so prominently positioned on the Ascendant, Cameron's beauty has always been on obvious display - she started modeling at 16!  We also see an exalted Moon in Taurus along with an earthy Sun/Mars conjunction in Virgo. She's grounded, health conscious and extremely hard working. However, with those Virgo planets getting a square from Neptune, her identity can get lost easily.   As we look at Benji's chart we see an artistic and empathic stellium in Pisces including the Sun, Mars, and South Node. We notice that he also has Neptune squaring his Sun, adding even more Piscean energy to his chart. For him, the square could be about addiction issues, but very wise of him to use this energy to create music. We also see a grounded, yet labor intensive Saturn/Mars opposition and a friendly and unconventional approach to love thanks to Venus in Aquarius.    Together they have an extremely supportive and sensual Sun/Moon sextile, creating a strong sense of connection. They also share a Venus/Sun trine in water signs, so they do have a strong intuitive and emotional connection. But we also see a heavy and even patronizing Saturn/Sun conjunction along with a sharp, instigating exact Mars opposition. We also see a willful and bold Mars/Moon trine in fire, making her creative and passionate.   Together, they have a beautiful Sun/Moon opposition, lending to a reliable balance of energy. They also have a Sun/Neptune conjunction leading to feelings of romance and heightened compassion. But with square Moons, their domestic life might have its highs and lows. When one luminary blocks another, as happens during an eclipse, we experience significant shifts in energy.
